背景技术
市场上有的音视频婴儿监护器(babymonitor)/老人监护器,大致分为本地与网络两类。前者主要是通过无线发射音视频,隔墙实时接收查看被监护者的动静;后者主要是通过WIFI或网线RJ45接口有线连接路由到云端,把被监护人音视频传输给手机用户查看(与网络摄像机类似),但上述两种产品均无法查看到被监护者的心率、血压等重要生命体征。光电传感器利用灯光射向皮肤,透过皮肤组织反射回的光被光敏传感器接受,根据血液的吸光率就能测算出心率,进而计算血压和血氧灯生命体征。通过监测设备中值入相应传感器设备,并设置通讯网络和协议,能有效形成可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有监护器无法查看到被监护者的心率、体温、血压等重要生命体征的缺陷,提供一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,从而解决上述问题。

具体原理:本发明在使用时,将生命体征监测器1安装在被监护者的四肢或者其他身体部位,生命体征监护器1中设置有光电心率传感器21、光电血氧传感器22、光电血压传感器23、3D计步传感器3、体温传感器4和GPS定位器5,从而可以监测到被监护者的心率、血氧、血压、运动量、体温、位置信息等各项生命体征参数,且可以根据各项生命体征参数判断出被监护者的睡眠状态和睡眠质量,通过在生命体征监护器1中内置主控芯片和各项生命体征的探测器模块,探测模块探测到的各项生命体征的模拟量通过探测器模块内部的AD模块103转换为数字信号,传输到生命体征监测器主控芯片6,再通过无线发射模块101将转换成数字信号的各项生命体征参数传输到网络摄像机7,网络摄像机7中的网络摄像机主控芯片75将信号重新编解码并与被监护人音视频同步,进而通过WIFI网络模块71或RJ45网络模块73传输到网络交换路由器8,网络交换路由器8再传输到云端服务器9,云端服务器9传输到终端10;在无WIFI网络时,网络摄像机通过3G/4G/5G/6G模块72直接将信号传输到云端服务器9,云端服务器9传输到终端10;因为各项设备分别建立有协议,从而实现彼此配对连接,进而实现终端10配对云端服务器9,各项生命体征参数和实时音视频一起传输到终端10,终端10采用监护者便于携带和检测的智能手机或者智能手环,实现了远距离监测的效果。
本发明通过将被监护人的体征数据与音视频同步传输到终端设备,可最大程度解放监护人的沉重任务,让婴儿、老人等缺乏自我保护能力的弱势群体更加安全;第一监护人能全天候任意查看被监护者的体征数据和音视频图像,对保姆等直接监护人的工作起到额外的监督。

1.一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,包括生命体征监测器(1)和网络摄像机(7);其特征在于:所述生命体征监测器(1)内置光电传感器组(2)、3D计步传感器(3)、体温传感器(4)、GPS定位器(5)、生命体征监测器主控芯片(6)、无线发射模块(101)、电池(102)和AD模块(103);所述光电传感器组(2)包括光电心率传感器(21)、光电血氧传感器(22)和光电血压传感器(23);所述光电心率传感器(21)、光电血氧传感器(22)、光电血压传感器(23)、3D计步传感器(3)、体温传感器(4)和GPS定位器(5)信号连接AD模块(103),所述AD模块(103)信号连接生命体征监测器主控芯片(6),所述生命体征监测器主控芯片(6)通过无线发射模块(101)信号连接网络摄像机(7);所述网络摄像机(7)内置WIFI网络模块(71)、3G/4G/5G/6G模块(72)、RJ45网络模块(73)、体征数据接收模块(74)、网络摄像机主控芯片(75)和音视频模块(76),且体征数据接收模块(74)信号连接于无线发射模块(101);所述体征数据接收模块(74)和音视频模块(76)信号连接网络摄像机主控芯片(75),所述网络摄像机主控芯片(75)通过WIFI网络模块(71)或RJ45网络模块(73)信号连接网络交换路由器(8),所述网络交换路由器(8)信号连接云端服务器(9),所述网络摄像机主控芯片(75)通过3G/4G/5G/6G模块(72)信号连接云端服务器(8),所述云端服务器(8)信号连接终端(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,其特征在于:所述生命体征监测器(1)、网络摄像机(7)、网络交换路由器、云端服务器(9)和终端(10)之间分别建立有协议,并以此配对连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,其特征在于:所述3D计步传感器(3)为三轴加速度传感器。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,其特征在于:所述生命体征监测器(1)和网络摄像机(7)之间的传输方式为蓝牙或微波或Zigbee或wifi或其他无线方式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,其特征在于:所述网络摄像机主控芯片(75)内置编解码器。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可手机远程监控生命体征的音视频监护器设备,其特征在于:所述生命体征监测器(1)为手环或脚环或项圈或其他贴式体表设备,所述终端(10)为智能手机或手环。
