a. forming a first water window hole in the plastic shell, and punching a second water window hole in the hardware kettle body;

c. manufacturing a water window which is matched with the shape of the clamping ring;
d. manufacturing a first sealing ring which is matched with the water window in shape, wherein the inner ring of the first sealing ring is provided with a groove, and the inner side and the outer side of the first sealing ring are provided with annular water-stopping first convex ribs;
e. sleeving the first sealing ring around the water window, wherein the outer ring of the water window is matched with the inner ring groove of the sealing ring;
f. bending or stamping a hardware sheet to form a first fixing piece with an inverted Z-shaped section, wherein the first fixing piece comprises a first positioning ring which is bent inwards, a first limiting ring is formed by bending outwards, and a first fixing ring is formed between the first limiting ring and the hardware sheet;
g. a hardware piece is bent or punched to form a second fixing piece with an inverted Z-shaped section, the second fixing piece comprises a second positioning ring which is bent inwards, and a second fixing ring is formed between a second limiting ring which is bent outwards and the hardware piece;
h. and pressing the installed water window and the first sealing ring to the first positioning ring along the first fixing ring, and enabling the first convex rib of the first sealing ring to be attached to the first positioning ring.

The method for manufacturing the water window structure of the double-layer kettle according to claim 7, wherein: the method comprises the steps that the outer surface of the second fixing ring is tightly attached to the inner surface of the first fixing ring, the second locating ring tightly presses the first sealing ring and the water window towards the direction of the first locating ring, a welding seam gap is formed between the inner surface between the first limiting ring and the first fixing ring and the outer surface between the second locating ring and the second fixing ring, welding connection is conducted on the welding seam gap, and therefore the first sealing ring and the water window are fixed in a containing groove formed between the first fixing ring, the first locating ring and the second locating ring.

The method for manufacturing the water window structure of the double-layer kettle according to claim 7, wherein: the method comprises the steps of welding one end of a five-metal connecting piece to the inner surface of the first fixing ring, enabling the second fixing ring to be tightly attached to the inner surface of the five-metal connecting piece, enabling the second fixing ring to tightly press the first sealing ring and the water window towards the first fixing ring, enabling the other end of the five-metal connecting piece to form a welding seam gap with the outer surface of the second fixing ring, and enabling the first sealing ring and the water window to be fixedly connected in a containing groove formed between the first fixing ring, the first fixing ring and the second fixing ring through welding.

The method for manufacturing the water window structure of the double-layer kettle according to claim 8, wherein the method comprises the following steps: the water window assembly comprises a first limiting ring, a second limiting ring, a first sealing ring, a second sealing ring, a first fixing ring, a second fixing groove, a first limiting ring and a second limiting ring.
