The present disclosure relates to a mobile terminal, including: the display device comprises a shell and a display panel assembled on the shell; the display panel comprises a display screen and a touch panel, and the shell comprises a middle frame shell and a frame enclosing the middle frame shell; the display screen is fixed on the middle frame shell, and forms a first distance with the frames at two sides of the shell and forms a second distance with the upper frame and the lower frame of the shell; the mobile terminal further comprises a first double-sided adhesive filled in the first space and a glue filled in the second space, and the touch panel is fixed on the shell through the first double-sided adhesive and the glue and is attached to the display screen. The mobile terminal disclosed by the invention bonds the touch panel on the middle frame of the shell in a mode of combining double-sided back glue and spot glue, so that the bonding reliability of the touch panel and the middle frame shell can be improved.

The present disclosure relates to the field of electronic devices, and in particular, to a mobile terminal.
Background
At present, in many electronic devices, for example, devices such as a mobile terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a mobile computer, and a tablet computer, a display screen in the electronic device is developed toward a large screen and a narrow frame in order to improve visual experience of a user.
In order to ensure the bonding stability of the touch panel, a bonding scheme of dispensing between the touch panel and the middle frame shell is generally adopted at present, and in order to avoid the problems that glue is pressed to run, is not pressed or causes glue overflow and the like, a support column is generally arranged at one circle of the edge of the middle frame shell. However, the existing supporting columns and the touch control film on the touch control panel are prone to cause line breakage on the touch control panel due to concentration of contact stress, and the touch control film is also pulled and damaged by glue when the touch control panel is separated and reworked, so that the reworking yield is greatly reduced.

In view of the above, the present disclosure provides a mobile terminal to solve the above technical problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the disclosure is as follows:
according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided a mobile terminal including: the display device comprises a shell and a display panel assembled on the shell; the display panel comprises a display screen and a touch panel, and the shell comprises a middle frame shell and a frame enclosing the middle frame shell; the display screen is fixed on the middle frame shell, and forms a first distance with the frames at two sides of the shell and forms a second distance with the upper frame and the lower frame of the shell;
the mobile terminal further comprises a first double-sided adhesive filled in the first space and a glue filled in the second space, and the touch panel is fixed on the shell through the first double-sided adhesive and the glue and is attached to the display screen.
The mobile terminal of the present disclosure is further improved in that the first double-sided adhesive tape includes a main body portion and an extension portion extending outward from two ends of the main body portion respectively; wherein, the extension portion is located at a corner position of the shell.
The mobile terminal is further improved in that the thickness of the first double-sided adhesive is 0.1-0.3 mm.
The mobile terminal of the present disclosure is further improved in that the thickness of the first double-sided adhesive is 0.2 mm.
The mobile terminal of the present disclosure is further improved in that the width of the first space is 0.7mm to 1 mm.
The mobile terminal of the present disclosure is further improved in that the width of the second space is 0.6mm to 0.9 mm.
The disclosed mobile terminal is further improved in that the touch panel comprises a glass layer, a transparent optical adhesive layer, an upper touch film and a lower touch film which are sequentially stacked; the first double-sided back adhesive is attached between the lower-layer touch membrane and the middle frame shell.
The mobile terminal further comprises a non-dispensing area arranged at two ends of the middle frame shell and a second double-sided back glue attached to the non-dispensing area, and the touch panel corresponds to the non-dispensing area and is attached to the second double-sided back glue through the glass layer.
In a further improvement of the mobile terminal of the present disclosure, the thickness of the second double-sided adhesive is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the transparent optical adhesive, the upper touch film and the lower touch film.
A further improvement of the mobile terminal of the present disclosure is that the non-dispensing region is located at an edge of the display screen and is joined to the dispensing.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can have the following beneficial effects: the mobile terminal disclosed adopts the mode that double-sided gum and point glue combine to bond the touch panel on the casing center, and this double-sided gum not only can the adhesive effect but also can have certain supporting effect between touch panel and casing center, can improve the reliability that touch panel and center casing bonded through double-sided gum and point glue complex mode.

The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to specific embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments do not limit the disclosure, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the disclosure.
The terminology used in the present disclosure is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the disclosure. As used in this disclosure and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
In the following, some embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, and features in the following examples and embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mobile terminal 100 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a housing 1 and a display panel 2 mounted on the housing 1. The display panel 2 includes a display screen 21 and a touch panel 22. The housing 1 includes a middle frame housing 11 and a frame 12 enclosing the middle frame housing 11, where the frame 12 may be formed integrally with the middle frame housing 11, or may be an independent frame 12 embedded or connected to the periphery of the middle frame housing 11. The display screen 21 is fixed on the middle frame housing 11, and the other side surface of the middle frame housing 11 may be provided with components such as a control main board and a battery.
The display panel 21 is spaced apart from the side frames 12 of the housing 1 by a first distance D1 and spaced apart from the upper and lower frames 12 of the housing 1 by a second distance D2. In this embodiment, the mobile terminal 100 further includes a first double-sided adhesive 31 filled in the first space D1 and a dispensing device 33 filled in the second space D2, and the touch panel 22 is fixed on the housing 1 and attached to the display screen 21 through the first double-sided adhesive 31 and the dispensing device 33. The first double-sided adhesive 31 on the two sides of the housing 1 is engaged with the adhesive 33 on the upper and lower ends of the housing 1 to form a sealing ring structure, and after the touch panel 22 is assembled on the housing 1, the peripheral side of the touch panel 22 is sealed by the adhesive, thereby facilitating the waterproofing of the mobile terminal 100.
In this disclosure, the first double-sided adhesive 31 replaces the existing matching method of the support pillar and the adhesive 33, which not only can play a role of supporting the touch panel 22, but also can balance the contact stress of the touch panel 22, thereby avoiding damaging the touch panel 22. In addition, the upper and lower ends of the housing 1 are sealed by the adhesive 33, so that the reliability of the adhesion between the touch panel 22 and the housing 1 is further enhanced.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the mobile terminal 100 may be an electronic device such as a mobile phone, a PDA (Personal Digital Assistant), a mobile computer, a tablet computer, and the like, and in the following embodiments and drawings, the mobile terminal 100 is taken as an example and will be described in detail. In the present disclosure, the mobile terminal 100 is a full-screen mobile phone or a large-screen narrow-frame 12 mobile phone.
The first double-sided adhesive 31 includes a main body 311 and an extension 312 extending outward from two ends of the main body 311. The main body 311 is located at the first distance D1, the extending portion 312 is located at a corner of the housing 1, and specifically, the extending portion 312 is located at a joint of the first double-sided adhesive 31 and the dispensing device 33 and extends toward the inside of the mobile terminal 100. The design of this disclosure through extension 312 can block off the inside route of steam from the clearance entering screen between touch panel edge and center casing 11, reduces the probability that the screen intake.
The thickness of the first double-sided adhesive 31 is 0.1 mm-0.3 mm. In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the first double-sided adhesive 31 is 0.2 mm. In this embodiment, the first double-sided adhesive 31 has a certain elasticity, so that when the mobile terminal 100 falls or is extruded due to impact, the first double-sided adhesive 31 generates a certain buffering force on the touch panel 22, thereby protecting the touch panel 22.
The width of the first spacing D1 is 0.7mm to 1mm, that is, the width of the main body 311 of the first double-sided adhesive 31 is 0.7mm to 1mm, and the first double-sided adhesive 31 is adapted to the first spacing D1, so that the first spacing D1 fills up the first double-sided adhesive 31, and thus, sufficient bonding can be performed by using a limited space structure. The width of the second distance D2 is 0.6 mm-0.9 mm, and the second distance D2 is filled with glue 33.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the touch panel 22 of the present disclosure includes a glass layer 221, a transparent optical adhesive layer 222, an upper touch film 223 and a lower touch film 224, which are sequentially stacked. When the touch panel 22 is assembled in the housing 1, the first double-sided adhesive 31 is adhered between the lower-layer touch film 224 and the middle frame housing 11.
Further, the mobile terminal 100 further includes a non-dispensing 33 area disposed at two ends of the middle frame housing 11, and a second double-sided adhesive 32 attached to the non-dispensing 33 area. The touch panel 22 can be further bonded by the second double-sided adhesive 32, so as to further ensure the reliability of bonding of the touch panel 22. When the mobile terminal 100 is a full-screen, the second double-sided adhesive 32 is transparent and does not affect the display of the display screen 21.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to ensure that the touch panel 22 is attached to the second double-sided adhesive 32 through the glass layer 221 in the non-dispensing area 33 after the touch panel 22 is assembled. Since the mobile terminal 100 usually does not need to touch the top or bottom of the mobile terminal, the transparent optical adhesive layer 222, the upper touch film 223 and the lower touch film 224 are removed from the touch panel 22 at the position corresponding to the non-dispensing area 33, so that the glass layer 221 of the touch panel 22 is parallel to the display screen 21 after the touch panel 22 is assembled.
The thickness of the second double-sided adhesive 32 is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the transparent optical adhesive layer 222, the upper touch film 223 and the lower touch film 224. The thickness of the second double-sided adhesive tape 32 is 0.1 mm-0.3 mm. In a preferred embodiment, the thickness of the second double-sided adhesive backing 32 is 0.2 mm.
Further, the non-dispensing 33 area is located at the edge of the display screen 21 and connected to the dispensing 33, and the width of the non-dispensing 33 area may be determined according to the design requirement of the mobile terminal 100. Here, components such as a camera and a sensor of the mobile terminal 100 may be disposed in the non-dispensing 33 region.
The mobile terminal disclosed adopts the mode that double-sided gum and point glue combine to bond the touch panel on the casing center, and this double-sided gum not only can the adhesive effect but also can have certain supporting effect between touch panel and casing center, can improve the reliability that touch panel and center casing bonded through double-sided gum and point glue complex mode.

Claims (8)

1. A mobile terminal, comprising: the display device comprises a shell and a display panel assembled on the shell; the display panel comprises a display screen and a touch panel, and the shell comprises a middle frame shell and a frame enclosing the middle frame shell; the display screen is fixed on the middle frame shell, a first distance is formed between the display screen and the frames on the two sides of the shell, a second distance is formed between the display screen and the upper and lower frames of the shell, the width of the first distance is 0.7-1 mm, and the width of the second distance is 0.6-0.9 mm;
the mobile terminal further comprises a first double-sided adhesive filled in the first space and a glue filled in the second space, and the touch panel is fixed on the shell through the first double-sided adhesive and the glue and is attached to the display screen.
2. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the first double-sided adhesive tape comprises a main body portion and an outer extension portion extending outwards from two ends of the main body portion; wherein, the extension portion is located at a corner position of the shell.
3. The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the thickness of the first double-sided adhesive is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm.
4. A mobile terminal according to claim 3, wherein the thickness of the first double-sided adhesive is 0.2 mm.

The mobile terminal of claim 1, wherein the touch panel comprises a glass layer, a transparent optical adhesive layer, an upper touch film and a lower touch film, which are sequentially stacked; the first double-sided back adhesive is attached between the lower-layer touch membrane and the middle frame shell.

The mobile terminal of claim 5, further comprising a non-dispensing region disposed at two ends of the middle housing, and a second double-sided adhesive attached to the non-dispensing region, wherein the touch panel is attached to the second double-sided adhesive through the glass layer corresponding to the non-dispensing region.
7. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the thickness of the second double-sided adhesive is equal to the sum of the thicknesses of the transparent optical adhesive, the upper touch film and the lower touch film.
8. The mobile terminal of claim 6, wherein the non-dispensing region is located at an edge of the display screen and is connected to the dispensing.
