技术领域
本发明涉及通信电缆技术领域,具体为一种用于监控系统的环保通信电缆。
背景技术
通线电缆是传输电话、电报、传真文件、电视、广播节目、数据和其他电信号的电缆,由一对以上相互绝缘的导线绞合而成,通信电缆与架空明线相比,具有通信容量大、传输稳定性高、保密性好、少受自然条件和外部干扰影响等优点,现有的通信电缆功能性较差,发明效果差,无法进行抗老化保护,防火防潮性能较差,同时安装较繁琐。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于监控系统的环保通信电缆,以解决上述背景技术中提出的无法进行抗老化保护,防火防潮性能较差,同时安装较繁琐的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种用于监控系统的环保通信电缆,包括保护套、导体和内护套,所述导体的外部安装有绝缘层,所述绝缘层的一侧安装有内护套,所述绝缘层的另一侧安装有金属编制层,所述金属编制层的内部安装有填充层,所述金属编制层通过屏蔽网与保护套连接,所述保护套的内部嵌入有阻燃基布层,所述阻燃基布层的内部安装有铝箔层,所述保护套外围安装有抗氧化层,所述抗氧化层的一侧安装有防紫外线层,所述保护套的一端安装有限位台,所述限位台嵌入安装在安装件的底部。
所述的屏蔽网是由铜丝交错重叠组成的网板,屏蔽网绕在金属编制层外,首尾通过连接件相接组成屏蔽层。
所述的连接件为竖向连接板,竖向连接板上设有若干横向通孔,竖向连接板上设有竖向通孔,竖向通孔与贯穿若干横向通孔中部。
所述的横向通孔中部下方的竖向通孔孔壁设有槽,槽顶与横向通孔相通。
使用时,将一端铜丝从横向通孔一端插入,另一端铜丝从横向通孔另一端插入,至两端的铜丝在横向通孔中段相聚,利用一根金属条,从竖向通孔顶端插入,顶到铜丝后,用力,将铜丝向下挤压,铜丝折弯,被挤压在槽内,完成连接,简单有效,拆卸回收也更为便捷。
优选的,所述安装件的内部开设有螺纹槽。
优选的,所述金属编制层的表面涂有防锈剂。
优选的,所述保护套与安装件通过密封件连接。
优选的,所述内护套的一侧安装有隔水层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、该监控系统专用通信电缆,通过限位台,限位安装,限位台嵌入安装在安装件的底部,保护套与安装件通过密封件连接,密封锁紧,安装稳定,安装件的内部开设有螺纹槽,螺纹连接,连接稳定,拆卸便捷。

3、该监控系统专用通信电缆,通过保护套进行外部防护,阻燃基布层具有阻燃耐磨,防火保护的功能,铝箔层具有防潮、气密、遮光、耐磨蚀和无毒无味等优点,抗氧化层用于防止保护套因氧化降解而失去强度和韧性,防紫外线层的安装,防止紫外线破坏保护套的分子结构,加速老化。

工作原理:在使用时,绝缘层4的安装,绝缘保护,内护套8进行内部防护,金属编制层3增强抗拉能力,填充层9用于填充塞紧,避免导体5晃动脱离,屏蔽网2屏蔽干扰,保护套1进行外部防护,阻燃基布层12具有阻燃耐磨,防火保护的功能,铝箔层13具有防潮、气密、遮光、耐磨蚀和无毒无味等优点,抗氧化层11用于防止保护套1因氧化降解而失去强度和韧性,防紫外线层10的安装,防止紫外线破坏保护套1的分子结构,加速老化,限位台7,限位安装,螺纹连接,连接稳定,拆卸便捷。

1.一种用于监控系统的环保通信电缆,包括保护套(1)、导体(5)和内护套(8),其特征在于:所述导体(5)的外部安装有绝缘层(4),所述绝缘层(4)的一侧安装有内护套(8),所述绝缘层(4)的另一侧安装有金属编制层(3),所述金属编制层(3)的内部安装有填充层(9),所述金属编制层(3)通过屏蔽网(2)与保护套(1)连接,所述的屏蔽网是由铜丝交错重叠组成的网板,屏蔽网绕在金属编制层外,首尾通过连接件相接组成屏蔽层,所述保护套(1)的内部嵌入有阻燃基布层(12),所述阻燃基布层(12)的内部安装有铝箔层(13),所述保护套(1)外围安装有抗氧化层(11),所述抗氧化层(11)的一侧安装有防紫外线层(10),所述保护套(1)的一端安装有限位台(7),所述限位台(7)嵌入安装在安装件(6)的底部;所述的连接件为竖向连接板(14),竖向连接板上设有若干横向通孔(15),竖向连接板上设有竖向通孔(16),竖向通孔贯穿于若干横向通孔中部;所述的横向通孔中部下方的竖向通孔孔壁设有槽(17),槽顶与横向通孔相通。
