The rehabilitation evaluation system and method for drug addicts based on the portrait label, provided by the invention, realize labeling in the evaluation process, strengthen the functions of individuals and families in the evaluation item, pay attention to the guidance of nursing behaviors and contribute to realizing comprehensive and accurate portrayal of drug addicts. Through labeling of the assessment scale library, the assessment scale is extracted as required, assessment item association selection is realized in the assessment process, and the assessment speed is improved; by labeling the rehabilitation scheme library, the rehabilitation scheme recommendation based on the evaluation result is realized, and the evaluation result can be executed. In the evaluation process, the drug-addicts are periodically evaluated, and evaluation record analysis reports can be generated, which is beneficial to realizing the quantification of the long-term nursing effect of the drug-addicts and the optimization of the rehabilitation scheme.

1. An image tag-based rehabilitation assessment system for drug addicts, the system comprising:
the assessment scale library is used for storing a plurality of assessment scales; the plurality of assessment scales comprise a universal assessment scale and a custom assessment scale; the user-defined assessment scale comprises a personal information scale, a toileting information scale, a disease scale, a nutrition assessment scale and a family environment assessment scale;
the rehabilitation scheme library is used for storing a plurality of rehabilitation schemes;
the portrait label system comprises a scale label system based on the evaluation scale library labeling, a rehabilitation scheme label system based on the rehabilitation scheme library labeling, and the correlation between the scale label and the rehabilitation scheme label is realized; wherein the assessment scale labels "daily activities", "toileting", "urinary incontinence" are respectively associated with rehabilitation protocol labels "basic care", "toileting care", "urinary incontinence care";
the assessment scale labels "nutrition, allergy", "disease", "fracture", "diabetes" are respectively associated with the rehabilitation protocol labels "nutrition", "nutrition, rehabilitation", "rehabilitation, fracture care, nutrition, fracture", "nutrition, diabetes";
the assessment scale library comprises the following three layers for labeling:
the first layer is a scale classification label used for associating an assessment scale and supporting the scale extraction function;
a second layer, evaluation item tags, associated to evaluation items contained in the measurement table;
the third layer is an evaluation value label which is related to different values of the evaluation items;
the evaluation requirement selection module is used for inputting the evaluation requirement required to be carried out by a user;
the scale extracting module is used for extracting the scale labels matched with the evaluation requirement from the scale label system;
the rehabilitation scheme recommendation module is used for providing different rehabilitation scheme labels in a rehabilitation scheme label system;
the evaluation information collection module is used for displaying the extracted scale labels, providing an evaluation value label selection function and outputting the collected information to the evaluation result processing module;
and the evaluation result processing module is used for generating a rehabilitation scheme, an evaluation report and a historical evaluation record comparison analysis report.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the tagging of the assessment scale library further comprises a fourth layer:
and the fourth layer is a correlation layer and is used for correlating the evaluation value tags and providing a function of selecting different evaluation values of the evaluation items.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the rehabilitation protocol library stores a plurality of rehabilitation protocols, each of the plurality of rehabilitation protocols including a plurality of sub-categories;
and labeling a plurality of subclasses contained in the rehabilitation schemes and the rehabilitation schemes respectively to form a rehabilitation scheme label system.
4. A method for rehabilitation assessment of drug addicts based on portrait tags, the method comprising:
establishing an evaluation scale library and a rehabilitation scheme library; the assessment scale library is used for storing a plurality of assessment scales; the plurality of assessment scales comprise a universal assessment scale and a custom assessment scale; the user-defined assessment scale comprises a personal information scale, a toileting information scale, a disease scale, a nutrition assessment scale and a family environment assessment scale;
generating a portrait label system according to the evaluation scale library and the rehabilitation scheme library, wherein the portrait label system comprises a scale label system based on labeling of the evaluation scale library and a rehabilitation scheme label system based on labeling of the rehabilitation scheme library; wherein the assessment scale labels "daily activities", "toileting", "urinary incontinence" are respectively associated with rehabilitation protocol labels "basic care", "toileting care", "urinary incontinence care";
the assessment scale labels "nutrition, allergy", "disease", "fracture", "diabetes" are respectively associated with the rehabilitation protocol labels "nutrition", "nutrition, rehabilitation", "rehabilitation, fracture care, nutrition, fracture", "nutrition, diabetes";
the assessment scale library comprises the following three layers for labeling:

and the evaluation result processing module generates a rehabilitation scheme, an evaluation report and a historical evaluation record comparison analysis report.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the labeling of the assessment scale library further comprises a fourth layer:
