Technical Field

Background
The form of the advertisement is various, and as outdoor advertisement, the advertisement display board is the most common display form. In order to display more advertisement contents in a limited space, a roll-over billboard is generally used as an advertisement format. The technical scheme is that the hexagonal prism type turnover advertisement display group comprises a frame positioned outside the whole advertisement group body, wherein two fixing plates are arranged on one side and two ends of the frame, which face an advertisement display surface, a movable display plate area is reserved between the fixing plates on the two sides, and a rolling type display plate combination is arranged in the movable display plate area;
the display board assembly is composed of a plurality of display columns arranged in a horizontal array, each display column is a vertically arranged column body, an advertisement display area is arranged on each vertical column surface, and pictures on the column surfaces of the plurality of display columns are combined to form pictures displayed by the display board assembly;
the display columns are regular prisms, and a central shaft penetrating through the columns is arranged at the central axis of each display column; the two ends of the middle shaft are connected with the inside of the frame.
Preferably, the display column is a regular hexagonal prism and comprises six adjacent display boards, every two display boards are hinged, and the middle shaft is connected with the inner side faces of the display boards through a connecting piece combination which is arranged on a shaft rod of the middle shaft and has elasticity.
Preferably, the connecting piece combination comprises a plurality of connecting pieces which are arranged along the axial direction of the middle shaft in an array manner, each connecting piece comprises a lantern ring which is sleeved on the middle shaft, the lantern ring is rotatably connected with the middle shaft, and a torsion spring is arranged at the joint of the lantern ring and the middle shaft; the clamping block and the torsion spring for limiting play a role in enabling the lantern ring to be twisted under the action of external force and to be restored to the original position when no external force exists;

Preferably, one end of each middle shaft is coaxially provided with a worm wheel, a worm is arranged corresponding to the worm wheel, one end of the worm is provided with a worm motor, and the worm motor drives the worm to rotate; the worm motor can adopt the mode of directly driving the worm to rotate to link with the worm, or adopt gear drive's mode drive worm, and concrete mode adopts prior art to accomplish, and this place is not the technical essential of this scheme, no longer gives details here.
And two ends of the worm are respectively provided with an electric push rod, the fixed end of the electric push rod is fixedly connected with the inside of the frame, and the movable end of the electric push rod is connected with the end part of the worm. The movable end of the electric push rod is provided with a fixed ring which is sleeved on the rod body of the worm. The electric push rod can adopt a common electric telescopic rod.
Preferably, the bottom end of the middle shaft is provided with a ball. The ball is propped against the lower surface of the bottom of the frame, so that the middle shaft can obtain enough supporting force and the rotation of the middle shaft is not influenced.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects: through the cylinder structure that adopts the variable, under the condition of sacrificing partly horizontal space as fixed show region, obtained six show spaces that surpass original show region, can present six different change structures to can demonstrate more different contents than original triangular prism, the realization of certain degree is to the further utilization in space.

the display board assembly 3 is composed of a plurality of display columns 301 arranged in a horizontal array, the display columns 301 are vertically arranged columns, advertisement display areas are arranged on the vertical columns, and pictures on the columns of the plurality of display columns 301 are combined to form pictures displayed by the display board assembly 3;
the display columns 301 are regular prisms, and a central shaft 302 penetrating through the column body is arranged at the central axis of each display column 301; the middle shaft 302 is connected at both ends to the inside of the frame 1.
The display column 301 is a regular hexagonal prism and comprises six adjacent display boards 310, every two display boards 310 are hinged, and the middle shaft 302 is connected with the inner side faces of the display boards 310 through a connecting piece combination 320 which is arranged on the shaft rod of the middle shaft and has elasticity.
The connecting piece combination 320 comprises a plurality of connecting pieces 321 arranged along the axial direction of the middle shaft 302 in an array manner, each connecting piece 321 comprises a lantern ring 322 sleeved on the middle shaft 302, the lantern ring 322 is rotatably connected with the middle shaft 302, and a torsion spring is arranged at the connecting part of the lantern ring 322 and the middle shaft 302; the clamping block and the torsion spring for limiting play a role in enabling the lantern ring 322 to be twisted under the action of external force and to be restored to the original position when no external force exists;
the fixed telescopic link 323 that is provided with on the lantern ring 322, telescopic link 323 is including interior pole and the outer pole that cup joints, through spring coupling between interior pole and the outer pole, and telescopic link 323 connects the inboard direction setting in limit towards two adjacent panels 310, and telescopic link 323 keeps away from lantern ring 322 one end, two articulated fly leaf 324 of symmetry, and two fly leaf 324 are the medial surface sliding connection of a panel 310 respectively. The number of the connecting members 321 is three, and two telescopic rods 323 are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on two sides of the lantern ring 322 of each connecting member 321. That is, the telescopic rods 323 are symmetrically arranged on the same lantern ring 322 in pairs, so that the diagonal symmetry of the column body of the display column 301 is ensured. the rolling exhibition plate group 3 is driven by a driving mechanism to extend and retract in the track 6.
One end of each middle shaft 302 is coaxially provided with a worm wheel, a worm 9 is arranged corresponding to the worm wheel, one end of the worm 9 is provided with a worm motor 10, and the worm motor 10 drives the worm 9 to rotate; the worm motor 10 may be directly driven to rotate by the worm 9 to be linked with the worm 9, or driven by the worm 9 in a gear transmission manner, and the specific manner is completed by the prior art, which is not the technical point of the present solution and is not described herein again.
The worm motor 10 may be a servo motor.
Two ends of the worm 9 are respectively provided with an electric push rod 11, the fixed end of the electric push rod 11 is fixedly connected with the inside of the frame 1, and the movable end of the electric push rod 11 is connected with the end part of the worm 9. The movable end of the electric push rod 11 is provided with a fixed ring which is sleeved on the rod body of the worm 9. The electric push rod 11 can be a common electric telescopic rod.
The outer side of the display post 301 is located behind the inner side of the fixation plate 2.
When the rolling display board group 3 is used, in a common display state, the rolling display board group 3 is in a folded state, the adjacent display columns 301 are mutually extruded, so that the display columns 301 are deformed, the included angle of the display boards 310 positioned at two sides is changed into 180 degrees, the whole display columns 301 are changed into a rectangle, and the phenomenon that the picture formed by splicing the display boards 310 positioned at the front side has overlarge gaps and the appearance is influenced is avoided.
When the picture needs to be changed, the rolling display plate group 3 is stretched through the driving mechanism, the display columns 301 at the two ends gradually enter the space behind the fixing plate 2, the display columns 301 are restored to be in a regular hexagonal prism shape under the dual actions of the springs and the torsion springs of the connecting piece combination 302 in the display columns, the worm 9 is pushed through the electric push rod 11 to be meshed with the worm wheel on the middle shaft 302, and the worm 9 rotates under the action of the worm motor 10, so that the display columns 301 rotate for an angle. Then the rolling display board group 3 is driven again to be folded, so that the advertisement display picture is replaced.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 3, in the rolling exhibition plate group 3, in the embodiment 1, a central shaft 302 of a display column 301 located in the middle is fixed in a track 6, the central shaft 302 can rotate without horizontal displacement, a central shaft 302 located at the end is fixedly connected with a horizontally arranged rack 7, the rack 7 is arranged towards the middle of the rolling exhibition plate group 3, a stretching motor 8 is fixedly arranged inside the frame 1, and a driving gear is fixedly arranged on a motor shaft of the stretching motor 8 and is meshed with the rack 7.
Set up rack 7 towards the middle part of exhibition board group 3 that rolls, can not let rack 7 occupy unnecessary space, in the space utilization, this structure is more reasonable.
Example 3
On the basis of the embodiment 1 or 2, the bottom end of the middle shaft 310 is provided with the ball 311. The balls 311 are pressed against the bottom lower surface of the frame 1, so that the middle shaft 302 can obtain enough supporting force without influencing the rotation of the middle shaft 302.
