Abstract
本发明提供一种全固态反射/吸收膜及其制备方法和应用,所述反射/吸收膜含有螺旋微结构的聚合物基质,以及掺杂在所述聚合物基质间的二向色染料。本发明的全固态反射/吸收膜是一种全固态晶体光子薄膜,其具有全固态、可柔性、可塑形、高光密度、高损伤阈值、可柔性的反射/吸收膜,可广泛应用于一系列光学器件产品,尤其是光学滤波器以及防护镜。

技术领域
本发明属于光子晶体反射/吸收薄膜领域,涉及一种全固态反射/吸收膜及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
液晶是一种物质状态介于固态晶体和传统液体的特殊物质形态。如今,液晶已经被广泛应用于显示和各类光学光子器件当中。胆甾相液晶在反平行液晶盒中自组装形成一维光子晶体结构,其对外界环境比较敏感,例如:温度、电磁场、光场、应力等。因此胆甾相液晶被广泛应用于动态光栅、电控光开关、宽带偏振片、液晶激光器以及双稳态反射式液晶显示器等一系列可调谐器件。但当应用其他器件时,比如滤波器、防护镜等性能稳定的状态,此时就需要其性能和特性对环境无依赖。
胆甾相液晶反射与其手型相同的圆偏振光,反射中心波长为:λ0=nav*p,其中nav是液晶分子平均折射率,p是螺距。反射禁带的线宽:Δn*p=(ne-n0)*p(ne是非常光折射率,n0是常光折射率)。利用上述特性可以制备出很多如上述的光学器件。由于某些场合的需要,可聚合物胆甾相液晶被广泛研究,有许多基于聚合物的偏向于降低驱动电压以及响应时间的研究,但现有技术中仍没有使用可聚合液态胆甾相液晶成功制备全固态染料掺杂的反射/吸收膜的成功研究。
在现实的需求中,无基底、全固态、高反射率、高光密度、高损伤阈值、可柔性的反射/吸收膜是现今应用热点,其研究具有重要意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提供一种反射/吸收膜及其制备方法和应用。本发明的全固态反射膜是一种全固态晶体光子薄膜,其具有全固态、可柔性、可塑形、高光密度、高损伤阈值、可柔性的反射/吸收膜,可广泛应用于一系列光学器件产品,尤其是光学滤波器以及防护镜。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
本发明目的之一在于提供一种全固态反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜含有螺旋微结构的聚合物基质,以及掺杂在所述聚合物基质间的二向色染料。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述螺旋微结构的聚合物基质为一维光子晶体。
优选地,所述螺旋微结构的聚合物由液晶聚合物基质单体通过掺杂手性剂自组装形成。
优选地,所述螺旋结构为右旋结构和/或左旋结构。
优选地,所述反射/吸收膜的厚度不小于所述反射/吸收膜波段中心波长的5倍,如5倍、6倍、8倍、10倍、15倍、20倍、50倍或100倍等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
本发明中,全固态反射/吸收膜通过聚合物液晶单体自组装形成光子晶体,聚合后形成稳定的光子晶体微结构,微腔具有方向性,在液晶分子螺旋轴的方向形成了折射率周期变化的微腔。
微腔的形成是由于聚合物液晶分子单体在取向的作用下自组装形成的,经过聚合作用把这种螺旋结构固化形成全固态薄膜。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,所述反射/吸收膜为单层膜或复合膜。
优选地,所述复合膜包括至少两层所述单层反射/吸收膜。
优选地,所述复合膜为含有左螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜与含有右螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜依次叠加形成或含有同种螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜叠加形成。
本发明目的之二在于提供一种上述全固态反射/吸收膜的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在第一基板以及第二基板上分别独立地涂布取向剂,退火,摩擦取向得到含有分别取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层;
(2)将液晶聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于第二复合层取向层一侧形成液晶盒;
(3)使液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射/吸收膜。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤(1)所述第一基板以及第二基板分别独立地包括玻璃、表面平整的金属基板或PET板中的任意一种或至少两种的组合,但并不限于上述列举的基板,其他本领域常用的基板也可用于本发明。
优选地,步骤(1)所述取向剂为聚酰亚胺。
优选地,步骤(1)所述退火的温度为150~250℃,如150℃、160℃、170℃、180℃、190℃、200℃、210℃、220℃、230℃、240℃或250℃等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
优选地,步骤(1)所述第一复合层以及第二复合层中取向层的厚度比分别独立地为80~200nm,如80nm、90nm、100nm、110nm、120nm、130nm、140nm、150nm、160nm、170nm、180nm、190nm或200nm等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
优选地,步骤(1)所述第一复合层以及第二复合层中基板的厚度不做要求,根据应用对膜厚度的要求进行适当选择即可,但基板需为透明。
优选地,步骤(1)所述第一复合层的取向层与第二复合层的取向层反向平行。
本发明中,步骤(1)中所述“反平行取向”指:第一复合层中的取向层的摩擦方向和第二复合层中的取向层的摩擦方向平行且相反,步骤(2)形成的液晶盒为反平行取向(即摩擦取向方向的反方向)的液晶盒。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤(2)所述液晶聚合物单体为液态聚合物液晶单体。
优选地,步骤(2)所述液态聚合物液晶单体为右旋液态可聚合胆甾相液晶单体和/或左旋液态可聚合胆甾相液晶单体。
本发明中,所述“右旋可聚合液态胆甾相液晶”指:可聚合液态胆甾相液晶中分子排列旋转方向为右旋;所述“左旋可聚合液态胆甾相液晶”指:可聚合液态胆甾相液晶中分子排列旋转方向为左旋。
液态胆甾相液晶单体中分子呈扁平状,排列成层,层内分子相互平行,分子长轴平行于层平面,不同层的分子长轴方向稍有变化,沿层的法线方向排列成螺旋状结构。液态胆甾相液晶单体中,分子旋转360°行进的距离称为螺距。
优选地,步骤(2)所述聚合物单体中添加有光吸收剂。
优选地,所述光吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂。
优选地,步骤(2)所述光引发剂包括Darocur 1173、Irgacure 2100或Irgacure2959中的任意一种或至少两种的组合,所述组合典型但非限制性实例有:Darocur1173和Irgacure 2100的组合、Irgacure 2100和Irgacure 2959的组合、Irgacure2959和Darocur 1173的组合或Darocur 1173、Irgacure 2100和Irgacure 2959的组合等。
本发明中,对液态聚合物液晶的具体型号不作限定,例如可以是HRM1001-002或其他型号的可聚合液晶。
本发明中,对手性剂的具体型号不作限定,例如可以是手性剂R5011和S5011等。
本发明中,对二向色染料的具体种类不作限定,只要所选吸收光谱范围覆盖薄膜反射禁带即可,本领域技术人员可以根据需要选择合适的二向色染料掺杂。所述二向性染料可以吸收偏振方向与自身长轴方向相同的光,而垂直于长轴的光吸收很少。
本发明中,反射膜的反射禁带宽度(也可称为反射禁带线宽)可调。反射禁带宽度取决于可聚合液态液晶的折射率差以及薄膜微结构周期大小(即螺距)。
本发明中,根据HTP*P*C=1公式,其中HTP值代表手性剂对液晶分子的扭曲力常量,P代表螺距,C代表手性剂浓度。手性剂浓度的会影响薄膜微腔的螺距,进而直接影响薄膜的颜色。
本发明中,反射/吸收膜的禁带位置可通过改变微腔周期实现,本发明的反射/吸收膜具有很强的抵御外界干扰性能(比如温度、电磁场、光场、应力等)。
优选地,步骤(2)所述液态胆甾相聚合物液晶、光引发剂及二向色染料的质量比,以532nm为例,左旋/右旋为98:1:1。本发明中,所述液态胆甾相聚合物液晶、光引发剂及二向色染料的质量比与波长的关系为本领域的公知常识,因此说明书中不再赘述。
本发明中,对液态聚合物液晶与手性剂的质量比不作限定,浓度比值可以为任意值,浓度比值不同,对应的薄膜颜色不同,且这种对应关系为本领域技术人员所公知,因此说明书中不再赘述。如以532nm滤波为例,左旋结构为44.37:1;右旋结构为40.18:1。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤(2)所述滴入前对聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料加热并混合。
优选地,所述加热的温度为60~80℃,如60℃、62℃、65℃、68℃、70℃、72℃、75℃、78℃或80℃等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
优选地,所述加热的时间大于等于20min,如20min、25min、30min、35min、40min、45min、50min、55min、60min、70min、80min、90min或100min等,但并不仅限于所列举的数值,该数值范围内其他未列举的数值同样适用。
优选地,步骤(2)所述隔垫包括PET板和/或硅球,但并不仅限于上述两种物质,隔垫的材料可以是不易变形且不与液晶盒中的物质反应的任意物质。
作为本发明优选的技术方案,步骤(3)所述液晶聚合物单体聚合的方法为曝光法或引发剂引发聚合法,优选为曝光法。

当本发明在聚合物单体中添加紫外线吸收剂,并采用紫外光曝光的方式进行曝光时,可以促进曝光的效果。

(1)在第一基板以及第二基板上分别独立地涂布聚酰亚胺,150~250℃退火,摩擦取向得到含有分别取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层,所述第一复合层的取向层与第二复合层的取向层反向平行;
(2)将液晶聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料在60~80℃下加热混合至少20min,将混合物滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于隔垫上形成液晶盒;
(3)在第一复合层一侧使用紫外光曝光引发液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射/吸收膜。
本发明目的之三在于提供一种全上述固态反射/吸收膜的应用,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜用于制备光学器件,优选为光学滤波器和防护镜。

(1)本发明提供一种全固态反射/吸收膜,所述反射/吸收膜利用液态可聚合胆甾相液晶的自组装性成膜的特性相结合,制备得到了有序的微腔结构,具有很好的研究价值以及使用价值,获得具有微结构的聚合物基质,再向得到的膜材料中掺杂二向色染料,最终获得性能优异的反射/吸收膜;
(2)本发明一种全固态反射/吸收膜,所述反射/吸收膜具有全固态、可柔性、可塑形和反射率/吸收率高的优点,而且反射膜可完全脱离基板;
(3)本发明一种全固态反射/吸收膜,所述反射/吸收膜可以是单层反射膜,也可以是复合反射膜,复合反射/吸收膜由多个单层膜通过多层贴合技术制备得到两层及以上的膜,能够实现宽波段反射/吸收功能;
(4)本发明一种全固态反射/吸收膜,所述反射/吸收膜中单层反射膜的反射率小于50%,复合反射膜的反射率大于80%;
(5)本发明一种全固态反射/吸收膜,所述反射/吸收膜可适用于宽温域(-100℃~100℃)、抗压(0~9.8*105Pa)、电场无影响、角度无关以及高光密度(大于4.6),脉冲激光60mJ/cm2以下可长期使用。

下面对本发明进一步详细说明。但下述的实例仅仅是本发明的简易例子,并不代表或限制本发明的权利保护范围,本发明的保护范围以权利要求书为准。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
为更好地说明本发明,便于理解本发明的技术方案,本发明的典型但非限制性的实施例如下:
实施例1
本实施例提供一种全固态反射/吸收膜的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在第一玻璃基板以及第二玻璃基板上分别独立地涂布聚酰亚胺,200℃退火,摩擦取向得到含有分别取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层,所述第一复合层的取向层与第二复合层的取向层反向平行;
(2)将液态可聚合胆甾相液晶、光引发剂以及二向色染料按照质量比98:1:1在70℃下加热混合20min,将混合物滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于隔垫上形成液晶盒;
(3)在第一复合层一侧使用紫外光曝光引发液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射膜。
其中,可聚合胆甾相液晶由液态可聚合液晶HRM1001-002与手性剂R5011按44.37:1的质量比组成;光引发剂为Irgacure 2100,二向色染料为Red-2。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种全固态反射/吸收膜的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在第一玻璃基板以及第二玻璃基板上分别独立地涂布聚酰亚胺,200℃退火,摩擦取向得到含有分别取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层,所述第一复合层的取向层与第二复合层的取向层反向平行;
(2)将液态可聚合胆甾相液晶、光引发剂以及二向色染料按照质量比98:1:1在60℃下加热混合40min,将混合物滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于隔垫上形成液晶盒;
(3)在第一复合层一侧使用紫外光曝光引发液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射膜。
其中,可聚合胆甾相液晶由液态可聚合液晶HRM1001-002与手性剂S5011按40.18:1的质量比组成;光引发剂为Irgacure 2959,二向色染料为Red-2。
实施例3
将实施例1得到的反射膜和实施例2得到的反射膜卷对卷贴合或者直接利用夹具贴合,得到双层反射/吸收膜。
实施例1和2中,固化选用常用的紫外灯作为固化光源,中心波长为365nm(也可选用290nm~390nm)。
实施例1和2得到的单侧反射膜以及实施例3得到的双层反射膜进行检测,结果显示:其禁带位置短波边缘在528nm,线宽为40nm(如图2所示),可适用于宽温域(-100℃~100℃)、抗压(0~9.8*105Pa)、电场无影响、角度无关以及高光密度(大于4.6,图3所示),脉冲激光能量60mJ/cm2以下可长期使用。
申请人声明,本发明通过上述实施例来说明本发明的详细结构特征,但本发明并不局限于上述详细结构特征,即不意味着本发明必须依赖上述详细结构特征才能实施。所属技术领域的技术人员应该明了,对本发明的任何改进,对本发明所选用部件的等效替换以及辅助部件的增加、具体方式的选择等,均落在本发明的保护范围和公开范围之内。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本发明的保护范围。
另外需要说明的是,在上述具体实施方式中所描述的各个具体技术特征,在不矛盾的情况下,可以通过任何合适的方式进行组合,为了避免不必要的重复,本发明对各种可能的组合方式不再另行说明。
此外,本发明的各种不同的实施方式之间也可以进行任意组合,只要其不违背本发明的思想,其同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容。
Claims (25)
1.一种全固态反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜含有螺旋微结构的聚合物基质,以及掺杂在所述聚合物基质间的二向色染料;
所述螺旋微结构的聚合物由液晶聚合物单体通过掺杂手性剂自组装形成;
所述的全固态反射/吸收膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在第一基板以及第二基板上分别独立地涂布取向剂,退火,摩擦取向得到分别含有取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层;
(2)将液晶聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于第二复合层取向层一侧形成液晶盒;
(3)使液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射/吸收膜;
步骤(2)所述液晶聚合物单体为液态聚合物液晶单体,所述液态聚合物液晶单体为右旋液态可聚合胆甾相液晶单体和/或左旋液态可聚合胆甾相液晶单体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述螺旋微结构的聚合物基质为一维光子晶体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述螺旋微结构为右旋结构和/或左旋结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜的厚度不小于所述反射/吸收膜的反射波段或吸收波段中心波长的5倍。
5.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜为单层膜或复合膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述复合膜包括至少两层单层反射/吸收膜。
7.根据权利要求5所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述复合膜为含有左螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜与含有右螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜依次叠加形成或含有同种螺旋微结构的聚合物基质的单层反射/吸收膜叠加形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述第一基板以及第二基板分别独立地包括玻璃、表面平整的金属基板或PET板中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述取向剂为聚酰亚胺。
10.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述退火的温度为150~250℃。
11.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述第一复合层以及第二复合层中取向层的厚度分别独立地为80~200nm。
12.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述第一复合层的取向层的取向方向与第二复合层的取向层的取向方向反向平行。
13.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述聚合物单体中添加有光吸收剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述光吸收剂为紫外线吸收剂。
15.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述光引发剂包括Darocur 1173、Irgacure 2100或Irgacure 2959中的任意一种或至少两种的组合。
16.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述滴入前对聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料加热并混合。
17.根据权利要求16所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述加热的温度为60~80℃。
18.根据权利要求16所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述加热的时间大于等于20min。
19.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述隔垫包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯PET板或硅球中的任意一种或两种的组合。
20.根据权利要求1所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述液晶聚合物单体聚合的方法为曝光法或引发剂引发聚合法。
21.根据权利要求20所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述曝光从所述第一复合层一侧曝光。
22.根据权利要求21所述的反射/吸收膜,其特征在于,所述曝光为紫外光曝光。
23.一种权利要求1-22任一项所述的全固态反射/吸收膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在第一基板以及第二基板上分别独立地涂布聚酰亚胺,150~250℃退火,摩擦取向得到分别含有取向层的第一复合层以及第二复合层,所述第一复合层的取向层的取向方向与第二复合层的取向层的取向方向反向平行;
(2)将液晶聚合物单体、光引发剂、手性剂以及二向色染料在60~80℃下加热混合至少20min,将混合物滴入步骤(1)得到的第二复合层的取向层一侧,第二复合层的取向层一侧放置隔垫,并将第一复合层取向层一侧扣置于隔垫上形成液晶盒;
(3)在第一复合层一侧使用紫外光曝光引发液晶聚合物单体在步骤(2)所述液晶盒中聚合,分离得到所述全固态反射/吸收膜。
24.一种权利要求1-22任一项所述全固态反射/吸收膜的应用,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜用于制备光学器件。
25.根据权利要求24所述的应用,其特征在于,所述反射/吸收膜用于光学滤波器和防护镜。
