Example 1
The invention provides a jack quality detection device for a civil air defense door, which is shown in fig. 2, and comprises a frame 1, wherein a pressure plate 6 is horizontally arranged in the frame 1; the pressure plate 6 is movably connected with four threaded rods 3 penetrating through the top surface and the bottom surface of the pressure plate, one end of each threaded rod 3 is screwed with a nut 2, the other end of each threaded rod is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the frame 1, and the nuts 2 are positioned above the pressure plate 6; a plurality of compression springs 5 are arranged between the bottom of the pressure plate 6 and the inner wall of the bottom end of the frame 1; a supporting plate 8 is fixedly connected to one side wall of the frame 1; the top surface of the supporting plate 8 is provided with a transmission mechanism 4; the output end of the transmission mechanism 4 penetrates into the frame 6; the frame 1 is provided with a pressure scale value 7.
It should be noted that, in order to achieve a better detection effect, the pressure plate 6 is a square plate, and the four threaded rods 3 are respectively located at positions of the pressure plate 6 close to four corners; one end of the compression spring 5 is connected with the bottom of the pressure plate 6, and the other end of the compression spring is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom end of the frame 1.

The jack quality detection device for a civil air defense door provided by the embodiment 2 of the invention is basically the same as the embodiment 1, except that, referring to fig. 3, the frame 1 includes a bottom plate 13; the top surface of the bottom plate 13 is vertically connected with two parallel side plates 12, and a gap is reserved between the two side plates 12; the top of the two side plates 12 is connected with a top plate 11; the two ends of the top plate 11 are respectively and vertically connected with the tops of the two side plates 12; the outer side walls of the bottom ends of the two side plates 12 are provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs 14.
It should be noted that, in order to achieve a better fixing effect, two fixing plates 15 parallel to each other are connected to the outer side wall of one of the side plates 12; the bottom ends of the two fixing plates 15 are vertically connected with the bottom plate 13; the two fixing plates 13 and the supporting plate 8 are located on the same side of the side plate 12 and are located on two sides of the supporting plate 8 respectively.
When in use, the two fixing plates can be used as supporting points of the supporting plate, so that the structure is more stable; the function of the reinforcing ribs is to stabilize the frame.

The quality detection device for a jack for a civil air defense door provided in the embodiment 3 of the present invention is basically the same as that of the embodiment 2, and is different in that, referring to fig. 4, 5 and 6, the transmission mechanism 4 includes a housing 41 fixedly connected with the support plate 8 and a manual crank 42 penetrating through front and rear end surfaces of the housing 41, the manual crank 42 is rotatably connected with the housing 41, a first bevel gear 43 is fixedly arranged on the manual crank 42, and the first bevel gear 43 is located inside the housing 41; an output shaft 45 is also rotatably connected to the inside of the shell 41; the two ends of the output shaft 45 are perpendicular to the inner walls of the two sides of the housing 41, and one end of the output shaft penetrates through the housing 41 and extends into the frame 1; a second bevel gear 44 which is engaged and matched with the first bevel gear 43 is fixedly arranged on the output shaft 45; the end face of one end of the output shaft 45 extending into the frame 1 is provided with a bayonet matched with the input end of the jack.

s1, firstly, placing a jack on a pressure plate;
s2, adjusting nuts on the threaded rods to enable the input ends of the jacks to be connected with bayonets of the rotating shafts;
s3, marking a scale value a1 of the pressure plate in a state of not applying pressure;
s4, rotating the manual crank to enable the jack to work;
s5, after rotating to a set position, recording a scale value a2 of the pressure plate at the moment;
s6, calculating a difference value of a2-a 1;
s7, obtaining a pressure value of the state at the moment;
s8, setting different formulated positions, and calculating a difference value;
s9, comparing the calculated result with a specified value to judge whether the quality of the jack is qualified or not
