Further, whether the foreign object moving close to the air conditioner is a human body, generally a finger, is judged by detecting whether the object has vital signs through the radar wave sensor. When the foreign matter is detected to be a finger of a human body, the door plate is opened to prevent the hand or the body of the user from being hurt by the air-conditioned door plate. And when detecting out that the foreign matter is not the human body, can set up the air conditioner and slow down the speed of closing the door plant, remind the user to remove the foreign matter through sending out the alarm sound, when having improved the whole door closing efficiency of air conditioner, avoid causing bodily injury.

Whether the foreign matter is clamped or not in the door opening and closing operation process of the air conditioner is detected by the detection device, whether the foreign matter leaves the air conditioner or not is detected and recognized by combining the dual-channel radar wave sensor, the advantages of wide detection range, accurate distance measurement and the like of the radar wave sensor are utilized, door opening and closing intelligence is conducted, hands or bodies of users are prevented from being injured by a door plate of the air conditioner, the users can be prevented from being injured by clamping more accurately, the motion state of the foreign matter can be detected quickly, the door plate of the air conditioner is opened again only when the foreign matter is detected not to leave, the door plate of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed continuously when the foreign matter leaves, the door closing efficiency of the air conditioner is improved, and the door.
In the embodiment, after the foreign matter is detected to exist in the door panel of the air conditioner, the radar wave sensor is adopted to further detect whether the foreign matter moves close to the air conditioner, so that the hand or the body of a user is dually prevented from being injured by the door panel of the air conditioner, the accuracy of the air conditioner for preventing the hand or the body of the user from being injured by the door panel of the air conditioner is improved, and the personal safety of the user is further guaranteed.

In the process of closing the door plate of the air conditioner, in order to prevent a user from being injured by clamping, the door plate is opened, but the door plate still needs to be closed after being opened, and the task of closing the door plate of the air conditioner is completed. Therefore, the radar wave sensor is continuously adopted to detect whether the foreign matters move close to the air conditioner after the door panel is opened. If the foreign matter moves away from the air conditioner, the foreign matter in the door plate of the air conditioner is removed by the user, and the air conditioner can be controlled to close the door plate; if the foreign matter is detected not to move away from the air conditioner, the opening state of the air conditioner door plate is continuously kept.

In order to prevent the air conditioner from repeatedly opening and closing the door panel when the movement of the foreign matter away from the air conditioner is detected, the presence or absence of the foreign matter in the door panel of the air conditioner is detected again by the detecting means in the first embodiment before the door panel of the air conditioner is closed. When the foreign matter is not present in the air conditioner door panel, the control operation of closing the air conditioner door panel can be executed; and when the foreign matter still exists in the air conditioner door plate, returning to the step S20, detecting the motion state of the foreign matter by using the radar wave sensor, and controlling the air conditioner door plate to prevent the air conditioner door plate from clamping a user in the closing process.
In the present embodiment, when the movement of the foreign matter away from the air conditioner is detected, before the air conditioner door is closed, the presence or absence of the foreign matter in the air conditioner door is detected again by the detecting means described in the first embodiment. When the foreign matter is not present in the air conditioner door panel, the control operation of closing the air conditioner door panel can be executed; and when the foreign matter still exists in the air conditioner door plate, returning to the step S20, detecting the motion state of the foreign matter by using the radar wave sensor, and controlling the air conditioner door plate to prevent the air conditioner door plate from clamping a user in the closing process. Whether foreign matters exist in the door plate of the air conditioner is judged again, the repeated opening and closing of the door plate of the air conditioner is avoided, the service life of a motor of the air conditioner is shortened, and energy consumption caused by repeated opening and closing of the door is saved.
Referring to fig. 9, a fifth embodiment of a method for controlling a door panel of an air conditioner according to the present invention is based on any one of the first to fourth embodiments, before step S50, the method further includes:
and step S70, when the foreign matter moves away from the air conditioner, acquiring the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner.
And step S80, judging whether the distance is larger than a preset distance.
When the distance is greater than the preset distance, step S30 is performed, in which the door of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed.
And when the distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, returning to step S20, namely, detecting whether the foreign object moves close to the air conditioner by using the radar wave sensor.
When the radar wave sensor can detect that the foreign matter moves away from the air conditioner, the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner can be accurately acquired through the radar wave sensor. And judging whether the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is greater than a preset distance, wherein the preset distance is a safe distance, namely when the object is spaced from the air conditioner by the preset distance, the air conditioner door plate is closed and does not contact with the object, in other words, when the distance between the finger and the air conditioner is greater than the preset distance, the air conditioner door plate can prevent the hand or the body of the user from being hurt by the door plate of the air conditioner. Therefore, when the distance between the foreign matters and the air conditioner is larger than the preset distance, the door plate of the air conditioner can be controlled to be closed; and when the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, continuously returning to the step S20, detecting the motion state of the foreign matter by using the radar wave sensor, and preventing the air conditioner door from being pinched by a user in the process of controlling the air conditioner door to be closed.
In the embodiment, the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is obtained through the radar wave sensor, when the foreign matter is detected to move away from the air conditioner, the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is obtained, whether the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is larger than a preset distance or not is judged, and when the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is larger than the preset distance, the air conditioner door plate can be controlled to be closed; and when the distance between the foreign matter and the air conditioner is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, continuously returning to the step S20, detecting the motion state of the foreign matter by using the radar wave sensor, and preventing the air conditioner door from being pinched by a user in the process of controlling the air conditioner door to be closed. Before closing the door panel of the air conditioner, the distance that the foreign matter is far away from the air conditioner is determined to be outside a certain safe distance, so that the phenomenon that the air conditioner clamps a user when the condition occurs when the door panel is closed and whether the foreign matter exists or not is detected can be effectively avoided.
In addition, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an air conditioner, where a controller of the air conditioner controls a driving motor to rotate, the driving motor drives a driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives a driven gear to rotate, the driven gear drives a transmission rack, and a door switch is driven by the transmission rack, where a magnetic ring is installed around the driven gear ring, and a hall sensor assembly is correspondingly disposed beside the magnetic ring, the air conditioner includes: the control method comprises the steps of realizing the control method of the door panel of the air conditioner according to the above embodiments when the control program of the door panel of the air conditioner is executed by the processor.

when the air conditioner door plate is in a preset area, controlling the door plate to move according to a preset movement rule so as to slow down the closing speed of the door plate; the preset area is an area which is easily damaged by clamping of a door plate of the air conditioner;
detecting whether foreign matters move close to the air conditioner or not by adopting a radar wave sensor, wherein the fact that whether the foreign matters move close to the air conditioner or not is determined according to speed and direction information of a detection target in a detection signal of the radar wave sensor;
and controlling the air conditioner door plate to be opened when foreign matters move close to the air conditioner.
2. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the door panel of the air conditioner includes a first door panel and a second door panel, the first door panel and the second door panel are closed from both sides to the middle during the closing of the door panel of the air conditioner, and the controlling the door panel to move according to the preset movement rule includes:
controlling the first door panel to stop moving, and maintaining the current moving state of the second door panel;
or, the second door panel is controlled to stop moving, and the first door panel maintains the current moving state.
3. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein before the step of detecting whether there is a foreign object moving close to the air conditioner using a radar wave sensor, further comprising:
detecting whether foreign matters exist in the air conditioner door panel;
and when foreign matters exist in the air conditioner door panel, the step of detecting whether the foreign matters move close to the air conditioner by using the radar wave sensor is executed.
4. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of controlling the opening of the door panel of the air conditioner is followed by further comprising:
returning to the step of detecting whether foreign matters move close to the air conditioner by adopting the radar wave sensor;
and controlling the air conditioner door plate to be closed when foreign matters move away from the air conditioner.
5. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the step of controlling the closing of the door panel of the air conditioner is preceded by the step of:
when foreign matters move away from the air conditioner, judging whether the foreign matters exist in the preset area or not;
and when no foreign matter exists in the preset area, executing the step of controlling the air conditioner door plate to be closed.
6. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 5, wherein after the step of determining whether the foreign matter exists in the preset area, further comprising:
and when the foreign matters exist in the preset area, returning to execute the step of detecting whether the foreign matters move close to the air conditioner by adopting the radar wave sensor.
7. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 4, wherein the step of controlling the closing of the door panel of the air conditioner is preceded by the step of:
when foreign matters move away from the air conditioner, acquiring the distance between the foreign matters and the air conditioner;
judging whether the distance is greater than a preset distance;
and when the distance is greater than the preset distance, executing the step of controlling the air conditioner door plate to be closed.
8. The door panel control method of an air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein after the step of determining whether the distance is greater than a preset distance, further comprising:
and when the distance is smaller than or equal to the preset distance, returning to execute the step of detecting whether foreign matters move close to the air conditioner by adopting the radar wave sensor.

when detecting that foreign matters move close to the air conditioner, detecting whether the foreign matters are human bodies;
