The oil storage semi-ring 70 is made of rubber; by adopting the material, the oil storage semi-ring 70 has better elasticity.
The material of the extrusion block 71 is stainless steel.
By adopting the structure, the output shaft of the servo motor 62 is controlled to rotate, the output shaft of the servo motor 62 drives the turntable 63 to rotate, the turntable 63 drives the driving rod 66 to swing back and forth, the driving rod 66 enables the micro-motion cross rod 73 to move back and forth, the micro-motion cross rod 73 drives the thread guide 75 to move back and forth, so that the thread guide 75 forms back and forth micro-motion in the production process, the transverse tension borne by the roller leather roller 74 can be reduced, the service life of the roller leather roller 74 is greatly prolonged, and the service life of the roller leather roller.

The driving assembly comprises a first push rod motor 83, a guide rod 84 and a guide block 85, the guide rod 84 is vertically fixed on a mounting plate 86, the guide block 85 is arranged on the guide rod 84, the first push rod motor 83 is fixed on the mounting plate 86, a push rod of the first push rod motor 83 is vertically downward, the end portion of the push rod of the first push rod motor 83 is connected with the guide block 85, and the adjusting strip 82 is fixed on the guide sleeve.
The first heater comprises a heating box 4, the heating box 4 is obliquely fixed on the rack 1, a heating pipe is arranged in the heating box 4, a plurality of wire feeding pipes 3 are also arranged in the heating box 4, and in the embodiment, the number of the wire feeding pipes 3 in each heating box 4 is ten; the wire feeding pipe 3 penetrates through the upper end and the lower end of the heating box 4, the lower end of the wire feeding pipe 3 is an input port, the upper end of the wire feeding pipe 3 is an output port, a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the wire feeding pipe 3 is arranged on the rack 1, the cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting frame 8, a moving seat 7, a water pump 14, a water tank 13 and a spray head 5, the mounting frame 8 is fixed on the rack 1, the mounting frame 8 is close to the upper end of the heating box 4, the moving seat 7 is arranged on the mounting frame 8, the moving seat 7 is connected with a moving structure capable of driving the moving seat to move back and forth, the spray head 5 is fixed on the moving seat 7 through a connecting rod 6, an outlet of the spray head 5 inclines downwards, an inlet of the spray head 5 is communicated with the water tank 13 through a water conveying pipe 12, the water tank 13 is fixed on the rack; the water pump 14 is provided on the water delivery pipe 12.
The water delivery pipe 12 is also provided with a flow regulating valve 15; by adopting the structure, the flow regulating valve 15 can regulate the water flow in the water delivery pipe 12, and the regulation is convenient.
The moving structure comprises a guide rail 11, a slide block 19, a gear 22, a rack 9 and a stepping motor 21, wherein the guide rail 11 is horizontally fixed on the mounting frame 8, and in the embodiment, the guide rail 11 is horizontally fixed on the mounting frame 8 in a bolt connection manner; the slide block 19 is arranged on the guide rail 11, the rack 9 is horizontally fixed on the mounting frame 8, and in the embodiment, the rack 9 is horizontally fixed on the mounting frame 8 in a bolt connection mode; the rack 9 and the guide rail 11 are parallel to each other, the stepping motor 21 is fixed on the slide block 19, and in the embodiment, the stepping motor 21 is fixed on the slide block 19 in a bolt connection manner; the output shaft of the stepping motor 21 is horizontally arranged, the gear 22 is fixed at the end part of the output shaft of the stepping motor 21, the gear 22 is meshed with the rack 9, and the movable seat 7 is connected with the slide block 19.
The rack 1 is also provided with an indicating structure, the indicating structure comprises a pointer 23, an indicating rope 18, a winding and unwinding shaft 16 and a torsion spring 24, the winding and unwinding shaft 16 is fixed on the rack 1 through a connecting frame 17, the winding and unwinding shaft 16 is horizontally arranged, the torsion spring 24 is sleeved on the winding and unwinding shaft 16, one end of the torsion spring 24 is connected with the winding and unwinding shaft 16, the other end of the torsion spring 24 is connected with the connecting frame 17, one end of the indicating rope 18 is fixed on the movable seat 7, the other end of the indicating rope 18 is connected with the winding and unwinding shaft 16, the indicating rope 18 is provided with scale marks, the pointer 23 is fixed on the rack 1, and in the embodiment, the pointer 23 is fixed on the rack 1 in a bolt connection; by adopting the structure, when the movable seat 7 moves back and forth, the movable seat 7 enables the indicating rope 18 to extend or shorten, and the scale marks on the indicating rope 18 are indicated by the pointer 23, so that the position of the spray head 5 can be quickly known, and the indication is intuitive; the automatic rolling and resetting of the indicating rope 18 can be realized through the action of the torsion spring 24.
The movable seat 7 is also provided with a limiting ring for indicating the limiting of the rope 18; with this structure, the indicating rope 18 can be restricted by the restricting ring.
The heating box 4 is also provided with an insulating layer.
A first controller 2 is fixed on the frame 1, and the water pump 14 and the stepping motor 21 are connected with the first controller 2 through circuits; in the embodiment, the first controller 2 adopts a commercially available singlechip, the programs of the singlechip for controlling the pump and the stepping motor are the prior programs, and the programs do not need to be edited again; by adopting the structure, the water pump 14 and the stepping motor 21 can be controlled to work through the first controller 2, and the intelligent degree is high.
By adopting the structure, when the silk threads pass through the silk running pipe 3, the silk threads are heated by the heating box 4; when the wire feeding pipe 3 needs to be cleaned, the output shaft of the stepping motor 21 is controlled to drive the gear 22 to rotate, the gear 22 is gradually meshed with the rack 9, the sliding block 19 is enabled to move along the guide rail 11, the sliding block 19 drives the moving seat 7 to move back and forth, the moving seat 7 drives the connecting rod 6 to move back and forth, the connecting rod 6 drives the spray head 5 to move back and forth, the spray head 5 is enabled to be located at the corresponding wire feeding pipe 3, the water pump 14 is started, water in the water tank 13 is conveyed to the spray head 5 through the water conveying pipe 12, the inside of the wire feeding pipe 3 is cleaned tightly under the action of water flow, manual cleaning is replaced, and cleaning is convenient.
The network mechanism comprises a compressed air pipeline 29, one end of the compressed air pipeline 29 is an air inlet end, the other end of the compressed air pipeline 29 is an air outlet end, a regulating mechanism for regulating and controlling air pressure in the compressed air pipeline 29 is arranged on the rack 1, the regulating mechanism comprises a regulating valve 31, a second controller 25, a processing box 37, a first air pressure gauge 32 and a second air pressure gauge 48, and in the embodiment, the second controller 25 adopts the existing products available on the market; an adjusting valve 31 is arranged on the compressed air pipeline 29, the adjusting valve 31 is positioned between an air inlet end and an air outlet end, the second controller 25 is fixed on the frame 1, the second controller 25 has a first end and a second end, the first end of the second controller 25 is communicated with the adjusting valve 31 through a first hose 30, a first air pressure gauge 32 is arranged on the first hose 30, the second end of the second controller 25 is communicated with the compressed air pipeline 29 through a second hose 26, a processing box 37 is fixed on the frame 1, the processing box 37 is positioned below the second controller 25, one side of the upper part of the processing box 37 is communicated with the side part of the first hose 30 through a drain pipe 34, a first one-way valve 36 and a first electromagnetic valve 35 are sequentially arranged on the drain pipe 34, the other side of the upper part of the processing box 37 is communicated with the side part of the first hose 30 through an auxiliary pipe 28, a second electromagnetic valve 27 is arranged on the auxiliary pipe 28, a discharge pipe 39 is connected to, the third electromagnetic valve 38 is arranged on the discharge pipe 39, the air pipe 52 is connected to the upper part of the processing box 37, the air pump 51, the second one-way valve 50 and the fourth electromagnetic valve 49 are sequentially arranged on the air pipe 52, the second barometer 48 is arranged on the air pipe 52, and the second barometer 48 is positioned between the fourth electromagnetic valve 49 and the processing box 37.
The material of the treatment tank 37 is stainless steel.
The treatment box 37 is also internally provided with an auxiliary structure, the auxiliary structure comprises a lifting plate 41, a shaking plate 44 and a flexible auxiliary rod 46, the lifting plate 41 is arranged in the treatment box 37, the lifting plate 41 is connected with a moving component capable of driving the lifting plate to move up and down, the shaking plate 44 is connected with the lifting plate 41 through a first spring 42, the lower end of the auxiliary rod 46 is hinged with the shaking plate 44, the upper end of the auxiliary rod 46 is positioned in the water drainage pipe 34, and the upper end of the auxiliary rod 46 is also provided with a wool top 47; by adopting the structure, the push rod of the second push rod motor 40 is controlled to drive the guide sleeve 57 to move up and down along the guide rod 56, the guide sleeve 57 drives the lifting plate 41 to move up and down, the lifting plate 41 drives the shaking plate 44 to move up and down, the shaking plate 44 drives the auxiliary rod 46 to move up and down, so that the wool tops 47 move up and down in the drain pipe 34, and water in the drain pipe 34 can flow down rapidly.
A vibration motor 45 is further fixed on the shaking plate 44, and in the embodiment, the shaking plate 44 is further fixed with the vibration motor 45 in a bolt connection mode; with this configuration, the vibrating plate 44 can be vibrated up and down by the vibration motor 45.
The moving assembly comprises a second push rod motor 40, a guide rod 56, a guide sleeve 57 and a mounting bar 54, the mounting bar 54 is fixed on the side wall of the treatment box 37, the guide rod 56 is vertically fixed on the mounting bar 54, and in the embodiment, the guide rod 56 is vertically fixed on the mounting bar 54 in a bolt connection mode; the guide sleeve 57 is arranged on the guide rod 56, the second push rod motor 40 is fixed on the mounting bar 54, and in the embodiment, the second push rod motor 40 is fixed on the mounting bar 54 in a bolt connection mode; the push rod of the push rod motor II 40 is vertically upward, the end part of the push rod motor II 40 is connected with the guide sleeve 57, and the lifting plate 41 is fixed on the guide sleeve 57.
Limiting blocks 55 are further fixed at two ends of the guide rod 56; with this structure, the guide bush 57 can be restricted by the stopper 55 when the guide bar 56 moves up and down.
With this configuration, when it is necessary to remove moisture in the first hose 30, the fourth solenoid valve 49 is opened, the air pump 51 is started to supply the external air to the treatment tank 37, the pressure value of the second barometer 48 is made to coincide with the pressure value of the first barometer 32, the fourth solenoid valve 49 is closed, the first solenoid valve 35 and the second solenoid valve 27 are opened, the water in the first hose 30 is introduced into the treatment tank 37 from the drain pipe 34, and after the water in the first hose 30 is discharged, the first solenoid valve 35 and the second solenoid valve 27 are closed, so that the water in the first hose 30 is rapidly discharged, and it is possible to ensure that the second controller 25 operates normally and the regulation is stable.
