技术领域
本发明涉及一种闭门器油组合物及其用途。
背景技术
闭门器是门头上一个类似弹簧的液压器,当门开启后能通过压缩后释放,将门自动关上,有像弹簧门的作用,可以保证门被开启后,准确、及时的关闭到初始位置。液压闭门器设计思想的核心在于实现对关门过程的控制,使关门过程的各种功能指标能够按照人的需要进行调节。现代液压闭门器始于二十世纪初,是通过对闭门器中的液体进行节流来达到缓冲作用。
目前,闭门器产品标准主要有美标、欧标、和中国标准。不同产品标准所指定的闭门器开启寿命实验要求的次数也不相同。高端美标闭门器要求达到200万次以上开启寿命测试。中国标准要求达到50万次以上开启寿命测试,内置立式闭门器最新标准也要求200万次以上寿命测试。通常闭门器使用温度在-15~40℃,有些种类的闭门器使用环境还有消防防火要求和在冬季零下35℃下的场所的防冻要求。因此,要求闭门器油具有较好的抗氧化、抗磨损性能和良好的低温流动性等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题之一是提供一种闭门器油组合物。本发明所要解决的技术问题之二是提供一种所述闭门器油组合物的用途。该组合物具有较好的抗氧化性、抗磨损性能及低温流动性,可用于各种闭门器内齿轮液压传动系统、滑动杆端关节轴承的润滑和防护。
为解决上述技术问题之一,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种闭门器油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份基础油;
b)0.01~2.0份抗氧剂;
c)0.01~0.5极压抗磨剂;
d)0.01~0.5防锈剂;
e)0.01~0.5降凝剂;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸酯、四[β(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、N-苯基-α-萘胺或烷基化二苯胺中的至少一种;
所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与选自硫化烯烃、苯基硫化物或硫化脂肪酸酯中至少一种的混合物;混合物中,硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与选自硫化烯烃、苯基硫化物或硫化脂肪酸酯中至少一种的重量比为1:(0.1~1.0);
所述防锈剂选自石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自烷基萘、聚α-烯烃或聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选的,以重量份数计,抗氧剂的用量为0.02~1.0份,极压抗磨剂的用量为0.03~0.3份,防锈剂的用量为0.05~0.5份,降凝剂的用量为0.05~0.2份。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基-α-萘胺或烷基化二苯胺中的至少一种。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与硫化烯烃的混合物;混合物中,硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与硫化烯烃的重量比为1:(0.1~0.6)。
上述技术方案中,优选的,所述基础油选加氢基础油或合成基础油中至少一种,粘度指数不低于95。

本发明的闭门器油组合物的制备方法为:将所需量的抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂降凝剂在50~80℃温度下加入基础油中,搅拌0.5~2小时,使其全部溶解;将温度控制在45~65℃下将破乳剂、抗泡剂加入到上述混合物中即可得到本发明的组合物。
为解决上述技术问题之二,本发明采用的技术方案如下:所述的闭门器油组合物用于各种闭门器内齿轮液压传动系统、滑动杆端关节轴承的润滑和防护。其中所述闭门器油组合物的组份、重量份数以及优选范围与解决技术问题之一所采取的技术方案中的相同。
本发明采用以下各种试验方法来对所述闭门器油组合物的性能进行评定,其中有石油产品粘度指数计算法(GB/T 1995),润滑油氧化安定性的测定法(SH/T 0193),润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)(GB/T3142),润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法)(SH/T0189),石油产品倾点测定法(GB/T3535),加抑制剂矿物油在水存在下防锈试验法(GB/T11143或ASTM D665),石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5906或ASTM D130),石油产品泡沫特性测定法(GB/T 12579)。
本发明采用了对抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂和抗泡剂进行适当组合和筛选。所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸酯、四[β(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、N-苯基-α-萘胺或烷基化二苯胺中的至少一种;所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与选自硫化烯烃、苯基硫化物或硫化脂肪酸酯中至少一种的混合物。充分利用了各组份的协同作用,使得组合物能够具有优良黏温性能(采用石油产品粘度指数计算法(GB/T 1995)测试的粘度指数不低于95)、优良的抗氧化性(采用润滑油氧化安定性的测定法(SH/T 0193)方法测试的旋转氧弹不小于300min)、良好的防锈性能(采用加抑制剂矿物油在水存在下防锈试验法(GB/T11143)方法测试液相锈蚀为无锈)、良好的低温流动性(采用石油产品倾点测定法(GB/T3535)测试倾点不高于-45℃)、良好的极压抗磨性能(采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)(GB/T3142)测试油品的PB值不低于650N,采用润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法)(SH/T0189)测试油品磨损直径不高于0.6mm)、良好的抗腐蚀性能(采用石油产品铜片腐蚀试验法(GB/T5906或ASTM D130)测油品结果不大于1级)、良好的抗泡沫性能(采用润滑油泡沫特性测定法(GB/T 12579)测定泡沫特性为24℃不大于50/0、93.5℃不大于50/0、后24℃不大于50/0)及良好的分水性能(采用润滑剂抗乳化性能测定法(GB/T7305)方法测试抗乳化值不大于30min),取得了较好的技术效果。

具体实施方式
【实施例1~3】
按照表1中的重量份数,分别称取所需量的抗氧剂、极压抗磨剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、破乳剂和抗泡剂加入至基础油(粘度等级为32)中,在70℃下加热搅拌至完全均匀,然后降低温度至60℃下加入破乳剂、抗泡剂,搅拌至完全均匀得到所述船用串洗组合物。组合物中各组份的种类及用量,具体见表1。
其中T501为2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚;T531为N-苯基-α-萘胺;T534为烷基化二苯胺;T307为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐;T321为硫化异丁烯;T705为二壬基萘磺酸钡盐;T746为烯基丁二酸;T747A为烯基丁二酸半酯;Vx1-248为聚甲基丙烯酸酯;T922为含硅和非硅抗泡剂的复合物。
【实施例4】
对【实施例1~3】中的组合物的粘度指数、倾点、旋转氧弹、最大无卡咬负荷(PB)、磨斑直径D、液相锈蚀、泡沫特性、抗乳化性能进行测试,试验结果见表1。
综合上述对【实施例1~3】的粘度指数、倾点、旋转氧弹、最大无卡咬负荷(PB)、磨斑直径D、液相锈蚀、泡沫特性、抗乳化性能等的测试结果,可以看出本发明组合物满足闭门器用油要求(采用石油产品粘度指数计算法(GB/T 1995)测试的粘度指数不低于95、采用润滑油氧化安定性的测定法(SH/T 0193)方法测试的旋转氧弹不小于300min、采用加抑制剂矿物油在水存在下防锈试验法(GB/T11143)方法测试液相锈蚀为无锈、采用润滑剂抗乳化性能测定法(GB/T7305)方法测试抗乳化值不大于30min、采用润滑油泡沫特性测定法(GB/T12579)测定泡沫特性为24℃不大于50/0、93.5℃不大于50/0、后24℃不大于50/0、采用石油产品倾点测定法(GB/T3535)测试倾点不高于-45℃、采用润滑剂承载能力测定法(四球法)(最大无卡咬负荷PB)(GB/T3142)测试油品的PB值不低于650N、采用润滑油抗磨损性能测定法(四球机法)(SH/T0189)测试油品磨损直径不高于0.6mm)。适用于各种闭门器内齿轮液压传动系统、滑动杆端关节轴承的润滑和防护。

Claims (8)

1.一种闭门器油组合物,以重量份数计包含以下组份:
a)100份基础油;
b)0.01~2.0份抗氧剂;
c)0.01~0.5极压抗磨剂;
d)0.01~0.5防锈剂;
e)0.01~0.5降凝剂;
所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙烯酸酯、四[β(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯、N-苯基-α-萘胺或烷基化二苯胺中的至少一种;
所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与选自硫化烯烃、苯基硫化物或硫化脂肪酸酯中至少一种的混合物;混合物中,硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与选自硫化烯烃、苯基硫化物或硫化脂肪酸酯中至少一种的重量比为1:(0.1~1.0);
所述防锈剂选自石油磺酸钡、十二烯基丁二酸或烯基丁二酸半酯中的至少一种;
所述降凝剂选自烷基萘、聚α-烯烃或聚丙烯酸酯中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,抗氧剂的用量为0.02~1.0份,极压抗磨剂的用量为0.03~0.3份,防锈剂的用量为0.05~0.5份,降凝剂的用量为0.05~0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂选自2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、N-苯基-α-萘胺或烷基化二苯胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂为硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与硫化烯烃的混合物;混合物中,硫代磷酸复酯胺盐与硫化烯烃的重量比为1:(0.1~0.6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,所述基础油选加氢基础油或合成基础油中至少一种,粘度指数不低于95。
6.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述组合物中还包括0.001~0.05份破乳剂;所述破乳剂选自环氧聚合物、聚醚类或磷酸三甲酚酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的闭门器油组合物,其特征在于,以重量份数计,所述组合物中还包括0.001~0.05抗泡剂;所述抗泡剂选自甲基硅油、乙基硅油或丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物中的至少一种。
8.权利要求1~7任一所述的闭门器油组合物用于各种闭门器内齿轮液压传动系统、滑动杆端关节轴承的润滑和防护。
