The boot seal 1 has a front side wall and a circumferential side wall in the shape of a ring. The front side wall is connected to the front end of the circumferential side wall so that the front side wall and the circumferential side wall form an accommodation space which communicates with the discharging rod side door 4. The front side wall is opposite to the discharging rod side furnace door 4, and is provided with a first window 11, and the first window 11 is opposite to the coke discharging position in the coke furnace. The included angle formed by the upper left inclined guide rail 53 and the upper horizontal guide rail 51, the included angle formed by the upper right inclined guide rail 54 and the upper horizontal guide rail 51 can be 90 degrees, and the joint is in fillet transition; the angle formed by the lower left oblique guide rail 55 and the lower horizontal guide rail 52, and the lower right oblique guide rail 56 and the lower horizontal guide rail 52 can be 90 degrees, and the connection part is in a round corner transition.
Because the coke oven is high in temperature during operation, in order to prevent the roller shutter 2 from being deformed due to high temperature, a hollow space is formed inside the roller shutter 2 for accommodating cooling water. A water inlet is arranged at the top end of the roller shutter 2, and cooling water enters the hollow space from the water inlet. Preferably, the roller blind 2 is located in the accommodation space, i.e. inside the circumferential side wall, i.e. the roller blind 2 is located to the right of the left side wall 15 or to the left of the right side wall 13 or to the rear of the front side wall.

a lower horizontal rail disposed on a bottom wall of the seal cover in a relatively parallel manner to the upper horizontal rail;
the rolling curtain is arranged between the upper horizontal guide rail and the lower horizontal guide rail and is in sliding connection with the lower horizontal guide rail;
the drive system includes:

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the apparatus further comprises: an upper left oblique guide rail, an upper right oblique guide rail, a lower left oblique guide rail and a lower right oblique guide rail;
the upper left inclined guide rail and the upper right inclined guide rail are arranged on two sides of the upper horizontal guide rail, are communicated with the upper horizontal guide rail and extend towards the direction close to the discharging rod side furnace door relative to the upper horizontal guide rail;
the lower left inclined guide rail and the lower right inclined guide rail are arranged on two sides of the lower horizontal guide rail in a relatively parallel mode with the upper left inclined guide rail and the upper right inclined guide rail, and are communicated with the lower horizontal guide rail.

The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the upper left diagonal rail is disposed at a top end of a left side wall of the seal housing, the upper right diagonal rail is disposed at a top end of a right side wall of the seal housing, the lower left diagonal rail is disposed at a bottom end of a left side wall of the seal housing, and the lower right diagonal rail is disposed at a bottom end of a right side wall of the seal housing.
4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the shutter has a hollow space, and a water inlet communicating with the hollow space is opened at a top end of the shutter.
5. The device according to claim 4, wherein a water outlet communicated with the hollow space is formed at the bottom end of the rolling shutter;
the lower horizontal guide rail is a first groove, and the bottom end of the roller shutter is accommodated in the first groove;
the upper horizontal guide rail is a through groove, and the top end of the rolling curtain is inserted into the through groove.
6. The device of claim 1, wherein the first power unit and the first shaft are driven by a chain and the second power unit and the second shaft are driven by a chain.
7. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the roller shade comprises: a plurality of boss curtain plates and a plurality of groove curtain plates which are alternately articulated;
the boss curtain plate is provided with a first curtain plate body, a boss is formed on the right side wall of the first curtain plate body, and front legs and rear legs are respectively formed by extending outwards from the front surface and the rear surface of the free end of the boss;
the groove curtain plate is provided with a second curtain plate body, a second groove is formed in the left side wall of the second curtain plate body, and a front stop plate and a rear stop plate are oppositely arranged at intervals of the notch of the second groove;
when the adjacent boss curtain plates are in articulated connection with the groove curtain plates, the front legs are positioned between the front stop plate and the groove bottom of the second groove, and the rear legs are positioned between the rear stop plate and the groove bottom of the second groove.
8. The device of claim 7, wherein the front surface of the boss is beveled and the rear surface of the boss is horizontal, the distance between the front surface of the boss and the rear surface of the boss being smaller as the distance is closer to the free end of the boss.
