On the basis of the embodiment, the elevator internal equipment further comprises a wireless transmission module; the wireless transmission module includes: lifi module, bluetooth module or Wifi module. The third communication unit is connected with the wireless transmission module, and the total control unit is used for acquiring information from the wireless transmission module or transmitting information to the wireless transmission module.
On the basis of the embodiment, the control device further comprises an internal control unit arranged in the elevator internal device and an external control unit arranged in the elevator external device; the overall control unit is respectively in communication connection with the internal control unit and/or the external control unit. Such an arrangement allows the elevator interior and the elevator exterior to be disconnected from the overall control unit, with some control actions being performed in dependence of the internal control unit or the external control unit.

1. An elevator control system, comprising: elevator interior equipment, elevator external equipment and control device, wherein:
the elevator internal equipment is used for being arranged in an elevator car and specifically comprises: an internal sound and microphone, an internal display screen and a first communication unit;
the elevator external equipment is used for being arranged outside an elevator car and specifically comprises: an external sound and external microphone, an external display screen and a second communication unit;
the control device comprises a third communication unit, a terminal communication unit and a total control unit, wherein the third communication unit is respectively in communication connection with the first communication unit and the second communication unit, and the total control unit is used for acquiring information acquired by the elevator internal device and/or the elevator external device from the third communication unit and processing the information so as to control the elevator; the third communication unit is in communication connection with the terminal communication unit, and the total control unit is used for acquiring inquiry information generated by the mobile terminal from the terminal communication unit and processing the inquiry information so as to control the elevator;
the second communication unit is connected with the external sound equipment and the external microphone;
the elevator internal equipment further comprises a first light-emitting unit, wherein the first light-emitting unit is connected with a first light-sensing unit, and the first light-sensing unit is connected with a first communication unit, and the first light-emitting unit comprises an upper light-emitting part and a lower light-emitting part;
the first communication unit is used for acquiring the brightness information of the first light-emitting unit, transmitting the brightness information of the first light-emitting unit to the total control unit through the third communication unit, and enabling the total control unit to feed back the generated brightness adjustment information of the first light-emitting unit to the first communication unit after comparing the brightness information of the first light-emitting unit with a preset brightness condition;
the first communication unit is further used for adjusting the luminous brightness of the first luminous unit according to the brightness adjustment information of the first luminous unit;
the elevator external device further comprises a second light-emitting unit, wherein the second light-emitting unit is connected with a second light-sensing unit, and the second light-sensing unit is connected with a second communication unit, and the second light-emitting unit comprises a side light-emitting part;
the second communication unit is used for acquiring the brightness information of the second light-emitting unit, transmitting the brightness information of the second light-emitting unit to the total control unit through the third communication unit, and enabling the total control unit to feed back the generated brightness adjustment information of the second light-emitting unit to the second communication unit after comparing the brightness information of the second light-emitting unit with a preset brightness condition;
the second communication unit is further used for adjusting the light-emitting brightness of the second light-emitting unit according to the brightness adjustment information of the second light-emitting unit;
the elevator internal equipment also comprises an internal camera; the internal camera is used for collecting image information in the car and transmitting the image information in the car to the first communication unit;
the first communication unit is further configured to transmit the image information inside the car to the overall control unit through the third communication unit, so that the overall control unit compares the image information inside the car with preset image information to generate query information of an internal camera;
the elevator external equipment further comprises an external camera, wherein the external camera is used for collecting image information at the elevator hoistway door and transmitting the image information at the elevator hoistway door to second image information;
the second communication unit is further used for transmitting the image information at the elevator hoistway door to the total control unit through the third communication unit, so that the total control unit compares the image information at the elevator hoistway door with preset image information to generate query information of an external camera;
if the user selects to receive the feedback content of the mobile terminal through the mobile terminal, the total control unit transmits the feedback content of the mobile terminal to the terminal communication unit through the third communication unit, and the terminal communication unit transmits the feedback content of the mobile terminal to the mobile terminal;
if the user selects to receive the feedback content of the elevator internal equipment through the elevator internal equipment, the total control unit transmits the feedback content of the elevator internal equipment to the first communication unit through the third communication unit, and the first communication unit transmits the feedback content information of the elevator internal equipment to the internal sound equipment or the internal display screen to control the internal sound equipment or the internal display screen to play the feedback content information of the elevator internal equipment;
if the user selects to receive the feedback content of the elevator external equipment through the elevator external equipment, the total control unit transmits the feedback content information of the elevator external equipment to the second communication unit through the third communication unit, and the second communication unit transmits the feedback content information of the elevator external equipment to an external sound or an external display screen to control the external sound or the external display screen to play the feedback content information of the elevator external equipment.

The elevator control system of claim 1, wherein the elevator interior equipment further comprises a wireless transmission module; wherein, wireless transmission module includes: a Lifi module, a Bluetooth module or a Wifi module; the third communication unit is connected with the wireless transmission module, and the total control unit is used for acquiring information from the wireless transmission module or transmitting information to the wireless transmission module.

Elevator control system according to any of claims 1-3, characterized in that the overall control unit is a query processing unit, in particular for: receiving inquiry information generated by a mobile terminal and acquired by the terminal communication unit; generating display screen playing information according to the query information; and the display screen playing information is transmitted to the corresponding internal display screen and/or external display screen through the first communication unit and/or the second communication unit.
5. Elevator control system according to claim 4, characterized in that the query processing unit is specifically adapted to:
receiving inquiry information generated by a mobile terminal and acquired by the terminal communication unit; generating feedback information of the mobile terminal according to the query information; and the feedback information of the mobile terminal is transmitted to the corresponding mobile terminal through the terminal communication unit.
6. Elevator control method, implemented with an elevator control system according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that the method comprises:
the control equipment receives inquiry information acquired by at least one of the elevator internal equipment, the elevator external equipment and the terminal communication unit based on a communication mode;
the control device processes the inquiry information to control the elevator.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the control device processing the query information to control the elevator comprises:
the control equipment determines feedback content according to the query information;
the control equipment determines a feedback mode according to the query information;
and the control equipment controls at least one of the elevator internal equipment, the elevator external equipment and the mobile terminal to output feedback content according to the feedback content and the feedback mode.
