The layered plate 1b is provided with a crankshaft mounting hole 4a1 for mounting a rotating shaft of the long-handled crankshaft 4a6, a fixing plate mounting hole 4a2 arranged around the crankshaft mounting hole 4a1 is mounted on the periphery of the crankshaft mounting hole 4a1, a crankshaft fixing plate 4a3 is mounted on the fixing plate mounting hole 4a2, a crankshaft mounting hole 4a4 and a support pillar with a pin 4a5 inserted into the fixing plate mounting hole 4a2 are arranged on the crankshaft fixing plate 4a3, the long handle of the long-handled crankshaft 4a6 is rotatably matched with the crankshaft mounting hole 4a4, the crankshaft fixing plate 4a3 is mounted in the fixing plate mounting hole 4a2 through the support pillar with a pin 4a5, so that the crankshaft fixing plate 4a3 and the layered plate 1b sandwich the long-handled crankshaft 4a6 and enable the long handle 4a6 to rotate between the crankshaft fixing plate 4a3 and the layered plate 1b, and the movement of the crankshaft connecting rod 4a8 is not affected by the support pillar with the pin 5.
Bearings 4a7 are mounted on both rotation shafts of the long-handled crankshaft 4a6, two bearings 4a7 are mounted in the crankshaft mounting hole 4a1 and the crankshaft mounting hole 4a4, respectively, and the bearings 4a7 allow the long-handled crankshaft 4a6 to smoothly rotate between the layered plate 1b and the crankshaft fixing plate 4a 3.
