Abstract
The invention provides a self-adaptive learning method and device for zero position of an accelerator pedal and a vehicle, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the current working state of the vehicle; if the current working state of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle currently meets the preset condition for carrying out self-adaptive learning on the zero position of the accelerator pedal, acquiring the real-time opening of the accelerator pedal; and if the real-time opening degrees are smaller than the opening degree of the currently stored zero position of the accelerator pedal and larger than the preset opening degree within the preset time period, setting the zero opening degree of the accelerator pedal as the real-time opening degree, and updating the stored zero position of the accelerator pedal into the real-time opening degree. The condition that the abnormal zero position of the accelerator pedal is learned due to instantaneous or short-time data abnormality caused by electromagnetic interference is effectively avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of automobiles, in particular to a self-adaptive learning method and device for zero positions of an accelerator pedal and a vehicle.
Background
Signals of an accelerator pedal sensor of a new energy automobile are mostly directly acquired by a vehicle control unit, when the accelerator pedal is interfered by external environment, such as a floor mat, the accelerator pedal cannot be restored to a mechanical minimum position of the accelerator pedal, or a driver steps on the accelerator pedal when starting the vehicle and does not release the accelerator pedal, under the condition, in order to ensure driving safety and enable the vehicle to work normally, a new energy automobile accelerator pedal opening zero-point self-adaptive learning method is designed in the related technology.

the second acquisition module is used for acquiring the real-time opening degree of the accelerator pedal if the current working state of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle currently meets the preset condition for carrying out adaptive learning on the zero position of the accelerator pedal;
the first processing module is used for setting the zero-point opening of the accelerator pedal to be the real-time opening and updating the stored zero-point position of the accelerator pedal to be the real-time opening if the real-time opening is smaller than the opening of the currently stored zero-point position of the accelerator pedal and larger than the preset opening within a preset time period;
and the resetting module is used for updating the stored opening degree of the zero position of the accelerator pedal to a preset initial value when the vehicle enters a whole vehicle power-on state, and the opening degree output of the accelerator pedal is less than or equal to 0 when the accelerator pedal is at any position under the preset initial value.
7. The adaptive learning apparatus for zero point position of accelerator pedal according to claim 6, wherein the current operating state of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle currently satisfies the preset condition for adaptive learning of zero point position of accelerator pedal includes:
the vehicle is currently in a preset gear;
the current operating state of the accelerator pedal of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle is not currently in a hill-hold fault condition.
8. The adaptive learning device for the zero point position of the accelerator pedal according to claim 6, wherein the first processing module is specifically configured to:
and attenuating the zero opening of the accelerator pedal to the real-time opening through a first-order filtering algorithm.
9. The adaptive learning device for the zero point position of an accelerator pedal according to claim 6, wherein the preset opening degree is an accelerator pedal opening degree corresponding to a lower limit of an output voltage of an accelerator pedal sensor of the vehicle.
10. The accelerator pedal zero point position adaptive learning device according to any one of claims 6 to 9, characterized by further comprising:
and the second processing module is used for setting the zero-point opening of the accelerator pedal as a preset initial value if the current working state of the vehicle indicates that the vehicle does not meet the preset condition for carrying out self-adaptive learning on the zero-point position of the accelerator pedal currently.
11. A vehicle characterized by comprising the accelerator pedal zero point position adaptive learning apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 10.
12. A computing device comprising a processor, a memory and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing the steps of the accelerator pedal zero position adaptive learning method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
