Abstract
本发明公开了一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料,包括以下原料:透明EVA膜;复合于透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,其包括以下原料:EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3‑氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯;复合于白色EVA膜上的背板,背板包括PET基材和复合于PET基材上的含氟树脂膜;PET基材复合于白色EVA膜上,含氟树脂膜由含氟树脂涂料形成的薄膜。本发明通过将二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯构成的补强体系用于电池用特种封装材料中,提高了电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性,降低了雾度。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于新能源电池材料技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
太阳能电池组件是太阳能发电系统中的核心部分,而光伏组件的核心是电池片,其本身具有长达30年以上的使用寿命,太阳能电池组件在长期室外环境下的性能可靠性主要决定于组件的封装。太阳能电池组件封装通常是按照前板、封装材料、电池片、封装材料和背板的顺序粘合为一体。
近年来,对于地球变暖等环境问题的意识日益提高,从清洁性以及无公害性的观点来看,特别期待太阳能发电。太阳能电池通常是将多个太阳能电池元件以串联、并联接线,再进行各种封装用以保护单体,使其单元化。将这种组装在封装体内的单元称作太阳能电池组件,其通常具有如下的结构:用透明基体材料(玻璃/透光性太阳能电池片;前板作为上部保护材料将太阳光照射一侧的表面进行覆盖,用热塑性塑料(例如,乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物)制成的封装材料(封装树脂层)包埋间隙,并使用背面密封片(背板)作为下部保护材料来保护其背面。上述太阳能电池组件主要在户外使用,因此其结构和材质结构等需要具备各种特性。对于上述封装材料而言,主要要求其具有:用于保护太阳能电池元件的柔软性和耐冲击性、太阳能电池组件发热时的耐热性、使太阳光有效地到达太阳能电池元件的透明性(全光线透射率等)、耐久性、尺寸稳定性、阻燃性、水蒸气阻隔性等。
中国专利文献“一种太阳能电池封装材料以及太阳能电池(专利号:201210500429.8)”公开了一种太阳能电池封装材料,包括:透明EVA膜;复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜由以下材料制成:100-200质量份EVA树脂、0.1-3质量份交联剂、0.1-0.5质量份抗氧剂、0.1-0.5质量份聚乙二醇和5-30质量份添加剂,所述添加剂为钛的氧化物、硅的氧化物、铝的氧化物或锡的氧化物;复合于所述白色EVA膜上的背板,所述背板包括PET基材和复合于所述PET基材上的含氟树脂膜;所述PET基材复合于所述白色EVA膜上。该发明具有较的的太阳光的反射率以及较小的输出功损失率,但是存在着耐老化、耐热性能较差的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料及其制备方法,以解决在中国专利文献“一种太阳能电池封装材料以及太阳能电池(专利号:201210500429.8)”公开的基础上如何优化组份、用量、工艺等,提高太阳能电池用封装材料的耐热性能的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料,包括以下原料:
透明EVA膜;
复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜包括以下原料:EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯;
复合于所述白色EVA膜上的背板,所述背板包括PET基材和复合于所述PET基材上的含氟树脂膜;所述PET基材复合于所述白色EVA膜上,所述含氟树脂膜由含氟树脂涂料形成的薄膜;
所述二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5)。
优选地,所述二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为0.5:0.7:0.3。
优选地,所述白色EVA膜以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:EVA树脂120-180份、交联剂0.5-2.6份、抗氧剂0.2-0.4份、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3份、二氧化硅6-10份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、引发剂0.4-0.9份、光吸收剂0.1-0.4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份、二丙酮醇0.3-0.7份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.5-0.8份、多异氰酸酯0.2-0.5份。
优选地,所述含氟树脂涂料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:含氟树脂120-150份、偏氟乙烯0.2-0.6份、六氟乙烯8-12份、氨基树脂0.1-0.6份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3-0.8份。
优选地,所述交联剂为过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种。
优选地,所述抗氧剂为2,8-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
优选地,所述引发剂为酰类过氧化物、氢过氧化物、二烷基过氧化物中的一种。
优选地,所述光吸收剂为二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类中的一种。
本发明还提供一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为90℃下搅拌20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,再加入二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯混合,以400-500r/min的速度搅拌30-40min,冷却至室温制得白色EVA膜;
S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌10-20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3制得的电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性均显著高于对比例5制得的电缆绝缘层和护套材料的透光率、耐冲击性;实施例1-3制得的电池用特种封装材料的雾度低于对比例5制得的电池用特种封装材料的雾度;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯在制备电池用特种封装材料中起到了协同作用,协同提高了电池用特种封装材料的性能;这是:
二丙酮醇作为流平剂,能够使湿的EVA胶膜在固化过程中达到光滑、平整的效果,避免漆膜缩孔、橘皮等表面缺陷,二丙酮醇可降低界面张力,增强流平性;同时二丙酮醇为极性分子,EVA树脂由于聚乙二醇等物质的加入也呈极性,因此二丙酮醇与EVA树脂相容性较好,混合后使体系形成均相而呈透明状态,成膜后胶膜的透光率提高,雾度降低。EVA胶膜在交联过程中产生不同量的气泡,气泡越多,EVA胶膜的透光率越低,此时聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚作为消泡剂能有效防止原料混合搅拌过程中气泡和泡沫的产生,对降低表面张力、迅速消除气泡有很好的作用,从而提高EVA胶膜的透光率。多异氰酸酯作为固化剂,是由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯作为单体合成的缩二脲与三聚体,其为脂肪族多异氰酸酯,大量亚甲基的存在使得分子链柔顺性较好,分子链可以自由旋转与伸缩,其为分子提供了软段,使EVA胶膜的柔韧性、耐冲击性提高,还使膜的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度升高;但是过多的固化剂添加,易使加工过程中气泡量增加,导致粒子间距减小,此时,添加的消泡剂能很好解决气泡量过多的问题;此外,固化剂可以提高树脂与交联剂之间的交联作用,提高树脂的耐候性。
(3)由对比例6-8的数据可见,二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比不在(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5)范围内时,制得的电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性、雾度数值与实施例1-3的数值相差甚大,与现有技术(对比例5)的数值相当。本发明二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯作为补强体系,实施例1-3通过控制制备电池用特种封装材料时添加二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5),实现在补强体系中利用二丙酮醇与EVA树脂相容性较好,混合后使体系形成均相而呈透明状态,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚能有效防止原料混合搅拌过程中气泡和泡沫的产生,多异氰酸酯大量亚甲基的存在使得分子链柔顺性较好等特点,使得二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯构成的补强体系在本发明的电池用特种封装材料中,提高电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性,降低雾度。

透明EVA膜;
复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:EVA树脂120-180份、交联剂0.5-2.6份、抗氧剂0.2-0.4份、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3份、二氧化硅6-10份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、引发剂0.4-0.9份、光吸收剂0.1-0.4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份、二丙酮醇0.3-0.7份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.5-0.8份、多异氰酸酯0.2-0.5份;
复合于所述白色EVA膜上的背板,所述背板包括PET基材和复合于所述PET基材上的含氟树脂膜;所述PET基材复合于所述白色EVA膜上,所述含氟树脂膜由含氟树脂涂料形成的薄膜,所述含氟树脂涂料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:含氟树脂120-150份、偏氟乙烯0.2-0.6份、六氟乙烯8-12份、氨基树脂0.1-0.6份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3-0.8份;
所述交联剂为过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种。
所述抗氧剂为2,8-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。

优选地,所述光吸收剂为二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类中的一种。
所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:将EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为90℃下搅拌20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,再加入二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯混合,以400-500r/min的速度搅拌30-40min,冷却至室温制得白色EVA膜;
S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌10-20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。
实施例1
一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料,包括以下原料:
透明EVA膜;
复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:EVA树脂150份、过氧化氢二异丙苯2.6份、2,8-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.2份、聚乙二醇0.2份、二氧化硅10份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2份、酰类过氧化物0.9份、二苯甲酮类0.1份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.3份、二丙酮醇0.5份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.7份、多异氰酸酯0.3份;

S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为60℃下搅拌20min,搅拌转速200r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。

S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为80℃下搅拌15min,搅拌转速220r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。
实施例3
一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料,包括以下原料:
透明EVA膜;
复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:EVA树脂180份、过氧化氢二异丙苯0.5份、2,8-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚0.3份、聚乙二醇0.3份、二氧化硅6份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.3份、二烷基过氧化物0.4份、二苯甲酮0.2份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1份、二丙酮醇0.7份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.8份、多异氰酸酯0.5份;

S1:将EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为90℃下搅拌20min,搅拌转速220r/min,再加入二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯混合,以500r/min的速度搅拌35min,冷却至室温制得白色EVA膜;
S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为70℃下搅拌10min,搅拌转速210r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。

按照实施例1-3和对比例1-8所述的方法制备太阳能电池用特种封装材料,对其性能进行测试,结果见下表所示:
由上表可知:(1)由实施例1-3和对比例5的数据可见,实施例1-3制得的电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性均显著高于对比例5制得的电缆绝缘层和护套材料的透光率、耐冲击性;实施例1-3制得的电池用特种封装材料的雾度低于对比例5制得的电池用特种封装材料的雾度;同时由实施例1-3的数据可见,实施例1为最优实施例。
(2)由实施例1和对比例1-4的数据可见,二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯在制备电池用特种封装材料中起到了协同作用,协同提高了电池用特种封装材料的性能;这是:
二丙酮醇作为流平剂,能够使湿的EVA胶膜在固化过程中达到光滑、平整的效果,避免漆膜缩孔、橘皮等表面缺陷,二丙酮醇可降低界面张力,增强流平性;同时二丙酮醇为极性分子,EVA树脂由于聚乙二醇等物质的加入也呈极性,因此二丙酮醇与EVA树脂相容性较好,混合后使体系形成均相而呈透明状态,成膜后胶膜的透光率提高,雾度降低。EVA胶膜在交联过程中产生不同量的气泡,气泡越多,EVA胶膜的透光率越低,此时聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚作为消泡剂能有效防止原料混合搅拌过程中气泡和泡沫的产生,对降低表面张力、迅速消除气泡有很好的作用,从而提高EVA胶膜的透光率。多异氰酸酯作为固化剂,是由六亚甲基二异氰酸酯作为单体合成的缩二脲与三聚体,其为脂肪族多异氰酸酯,大量亚甲基的存在使得分子链柔顺性较好,分子链可以自由旋转与伸缩,其为分子提供了软段,使EVA胶膜的柔韧性、耐冲击性提高,还使膜的拉伸强度、冲击强度、弯曲强度升高;但是过多的固化剂添加,易使加工过程中气泡量增加,导致粒子间距减小,此时,添加的消泡剂能很好解决气泡量过多的问题;此外,固化剂可以提高树脂与交联剂之间的交联作用,提高树脂的耐候性。
(3)由对比例6-8的数据可见,二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比不在(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5)范围内时,制得的电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性、雾度数值与实施例1-3的数值相差甚大,与现有技术(对比例5)的数值相当。本发明二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯作为补强体系,实施例1-3通过控制制备电池用特种封装材料时添加二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5),实现在补强体系中利用二丙酮醇与EVA树脂相容性较好,混合后使体系形成均相而呈透明状态,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚能有效防止原料混合搅拌过程中气泡和泡沫的产生,多异氰酸酯大量亚甲基的存在使得分子链柔顺性较好等特点,使得二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯构成的补强体系在本发明的电池用特种封装材料中,提高电池用特种封装材料的透光率、耐冲击性,降低雾度。

Claims (9)
1.一种太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,包括以下原料:
透明EVA膜;
复合于所述透明EVA膜上的白色EVA膜,所述白色EVA膜包括以下原料:EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡、二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯;
复合于所述白色EVA膜上的背板,所述背板包括PET基材和复合于所述PET基材上的含氟树脂膜;所述PET基材复合于所述白色EVA膜上,所述含氟树脂膜由含氟树脂涂料形成的薄膜;
所述二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为(0.3-0.7):(0.5-0.8):(0.2-0.5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯的重量比为0.5:0.7:0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述白色EVA膜以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:EVA树脂120-180份、交联剂0.5-2.6份、抗氧剂0.2-0.4份、聚乙二醇0.1-0.3份、二氧化硅6-10份、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、引发剂0.4-0.9份、光吸收剂0.1-0.4份、二月桂酸二丁基锡0.1-0.3份、二丙酮醇0.3-0.7份、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚0.5-0.8份、多异氰酸酯0.2-0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述含氟树脂涂料以重量份为单位,包括以下原料:含氟树脂120-150份、偏氟乙烯0.2-0.6份、六氟乙烯8-12份、氨基树脂0.1-0.6份、聚氧丙烯甘油醚0.3-0.8份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为过氧化氢二异丙苯、过氧化苯甲酰中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为2,8-二叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述引发剂为酰类过氧化物、氢过氧化物、二烷基过氧化物中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料,其特征在于,所述光吸收剂为二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类中的一种。
9.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的太阳能电池用特种封装材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:将EVA树脂、交联剂、抗氧剂、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、引发剂、光吸收剂、二月桂酸二丁基锡混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为90℃下搅拌20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,再加入二丙酮醇、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙醇胺醚、多异氰酸酯混合,以400-500r/min的速度搅拌30-40min,冷却至室温制得白色EVA膜;
S2:将透明EVA膜与白色EVA膜通过两层共挤吹膜机进行双层共挤,得到复合EVA膜;
S3:含氟树脂、偏氟乙烯、六氟乙烯、氨基树脂、聚氧丙烯甘油醚混合,加入高速搅拌机中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌10-20min,搅拌转速200-220r/min,冷却制成含氟树脂膜,将含氟树脂膜复合于PET基材上,制得到背板;
S4:将背板与复合EVA膜通过层压机进行组件层压,得到太阳能电池用特种封装材料。
