Abstract

本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其涉及一种便于拆分的餐巾盒面料，该餐巾盒是由支撑组件和复合面料制成，且设有拉链拆分组件，能够有效解决餐巾盒不能够拆分的问题。其结构包括下开口的第一面料主体，所述的第一面料主体上表面设有椭圆形的通孔，第一面料主体下边沿通过拉链与上开口的第二面料主体连接，第一面料主体和第二面料主体内部设有支撑组件。它结构简单，使用方便，适用于多种场所。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料领域，尤其是一种便于拆分的餐巾盒面料。
背景技术
餐巾盒是酒店中常备的一种工具，能够储存餐巾，供饭后客人擦嘴或擦手使用，给人们带来了便利。
一般的餐巾盒只是一个盒体，时间长后容易被弄脏，所以有时会在餐巾盒外侧套有餐巾盒面料，但是这样比较麻烦，且餐巾盒也不能够拆卸，不便于清洗，在运输过程中占用面积较大，不便于运输。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是针对上述现有技术中的不足提供一种便于拆分的餐巾盒面料，该餐巾盒是由支撑组件和复合面料制成，且设有拉链拆分组件，能够有效解决餐巾盒不能够拆分的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该种便于拆分的餐巾盒面料，其特征是，其结构包括下开口的第一面料主体，所述的第一面料主体上表面设有椭圆形的通孔，第一面料主体下边沿通过拉链与上开口的第二面料主体连接，第一面料主体和第二面料主体内部设有支撑组件；
所述的第一面料主体包括外侧的防水层，所述的防水层内侧设有防火层，所述的防火层内侧设有竹炭纤维层，所述的竹炭纤维层内侧设有牛仔面料层，所述的牛仔面料层内侧设有塑胶片层，所述的塑胶片层内侧设有亚麻纤维层；
所述的第二面料主体包括上侧的甲壳素纤维层，所述的甲壳素纤维层下侧设有橡胶层，所述的橡胶层外侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层下侧设有若干吸盘。
优选的，所述的支撑组件包括四根第一横杆，四根第二横杆和四根立杆，整体围成长方体状，第一横杆、第二横杆和立杆之间分别设有固定块，固定块位于长方体的八个角落，所述的固定块右侧面向内嵌有第一凹槽，固定块上表面向内嵌有第二凹槽，固定块后侧面向内嵌有第三凹槽。
优选的，所述的通孔边沿设有透明的环形装饰边，所述的环形装饰边内嵌有荧光粉。
本发明具有以下突出的有益效果：
1、由于所述的第一面料主体上表面设有椭圆形的通孔，第一面料主体下边沿通过拉链与上开口的第二面料主体连接，第一面料主体和第二面料主体内部设有支撑组件。使用时，第一面料主体、第二面料主体和支撑组件可以构成餐巾盒，能够储放餐巾纸，有利于人们的使用，拉链方便后期第一面料主体和第二面料主体的拆分，具有很好的推广利用价值。
2、由于所述的防水层内侧设有防火层，所述的防火层内侧设有竹炭纤维层，所述的竹炭纤维层内侧设有牛仔面料层，所述的牛仔面料层内侧设有塑胶片层，所述的塑胶片层内侧设有亚麻纤维层。因此，使用时，防水层使得第一面料主体具有防水的作用，防火层使得第一面料主体具有防火的作用，竹炭纤维层使得第一面料主体具有抗菌抑菌的作用，牛仔面料层使得第一面料主体具有耐磨的作用，有利于延长第一面料主体的使用寿命，塑胶片层具有平整第一面料主体的作用，亚麻纤维层使得第一面料主体具有透气的作用。
3、由于所述的甲壳素纤维层下侧设有橡胶层，所述的橡胶层外侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层下侧设有若干吸盘。因此，使用时，甲壳素纤维层使得第二面料主体具有抗菌除臭的作用，橡胶层使得第二面料主体具有防水、耐磨的作用，涤纶纤维层使得第二面料主体具有良好的回弹性，吸盘吸附在桌面上，能够对餐巾盒起到固定的作用。

所述的第二面料主体包括上侧的甲壳素纤维层，所述的甲壳素纤维层下侧设有橡胶层，所述的橡胶层外侧设有涤纶纤维层，所述的涤纶纤维层下侧设有若干吸盘。
