1. The welding positioning device for the support leg column assembly of the steam generator is characterized by comprising a fork-shaped seat sleeve (1) and a leg column tube (2), and comprises a clamp assembly (3) and a fixed shaft (4);
one end of the clamp assembly (3) is arranged outside the leg post tube (2), the other end of the clamp assembly is arranged outside the fork-shaped seat sleeve (1), the clamp assembly (3) comprises a first clamp assembly and a second clamp assembly which have the same structure and are matched with each other to be arranged outside the supporting leg post assembly,
the first clamp assembly comprises a clamp (31) and a transitional connection support (32), the clamp (31) is arranged outside the leg column tube (2) and is connected with the clamp of the second clamp assembly in a matched mode, and the clamp assembly (3) is tightly connected with the leg column tube (2);
the transition connection support (32) is connected to the edge of the clamp (31), and the transition connection support (32) is perpendicular to the plane of the clamp (31);
a through hole (321) is formed in one end, far away from the clamp (31), of the transition connection support (32), and the through hole (321) and two shaft holes formed in two ends of a U-shaped groove of the fork-shaped seat sleeve (1) are coaxially arranged;
the fixed shaft (4) enables the clamp assembly (3) to be fixedly connected with the fork-shaped seat cover (1).
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the clamp (31) is semi-annular, comprising a plurality of semi-rings, which are coaxially arranged.

Device according to claim 2, characterized in that the collar (31) has an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the leg tube (2) in a half-ring configuration such that the collar (31) can be coaxial with the leg tube (2) after fitting the collar of the second collar assembly to the outer wall of the leg tube (2).
4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the transitional coupling support (32) is connected at the midpoint of the circular arc edge of the clip (31) for a mating connection with the fork-shaped seat cover (1).
5. The device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the first clamp assembly further comprises an adjustable cross member (33) connected to a side of the transition support (32) adjacent to the fork-shaped seat (1) for fixing the position of the fork-shaped seat (1).
6. Device according to claim 5, characterized in that a plurality of threaded holes are provided in the adjustable cross-piece (33), in which threaded holes the fixing elements (6) are mounted for adjusting the position of the fork-shaped seat (1) in the circumferential and horizontal direction.
7. A method of welding a support leg assembly of a steam generator using the apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising the steps of:
step 1, adopting a supporting leg column assembly welding positioning device to assist in assembling a fork-shaped seat sleeve (1) and a leg column tube (2);
step 2, after the assembly is completed, measuring the assembly precision and adjusting;
step 3, integrally placing the assembled and adjusted supporting leg column assembly and the welding positioning device on a roller frame (7) for welding operation;
and 4, after the welding is finished, disassembling the welding positioning device.
8. The method according to claim 7, wherein said step 1 comprises the sub-steps of:
step 1-1, placing a second clamp assembly on a horizontal plane, and then placing a leg column pipe (2) on the second clamp assembly;
step 1-2, connecting the fork-shaped seat cover (1) to two ends of the leg column tube (2), and adjusting the positions of the fork-shaped seat cover (1) and the second clamp assembly;
step 1-3, fixedly connecting a fixed shaft (4) to a fork-shaped seat cover, and then assembling a first clamp assembly;
and step 1-4, adjusting the adjustable cross beam (33) and the fixing piece (6) to enable the fork-shaped seat sleeve (1) and the leg column tube (2) to be coaxially arranged.
