Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

3. a driving motor in the driving box works to enable the transmission shaft to rotate in the fixed bearing to drive the shaft sleeve and the lug seat to rotate, so that the connecting plate and the monitoring box are driven to rotate, and the angle of the monitoring box is convenient to adjust; the connecting plate and the ear seat are released by rotating the adjusting screw rod, so that the height of the monitoring box is conveniently adjusted;
