Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于井下随钻测控仪器短节连接的跨钻铤旋转连接器,由公连接器、公头钻铤、母连接器和母头钻铤组成;公连接器包括公连接器插针、公连接器护筒、扶正器、弹性接触件,母连接器由母连接器空腔和母连接器基座组成,其特征在于:公连接器居中安装在公头钻铤内部的公头抗压筒的公扣端,外有公连接器护筒保护;母连接器安装在母连接器基座上,母连接器基座与母头抗压筒的公扣端相连接,母连接器与母头抗压筒安装在母头钻铤内。本发明的跨钻铤旋转连接器采用单芯总线进行电信号与功率信号的复合传输,有效提高信号传输的稳定性,同时克服了传统连接器在操作、维修的方便性和连接的可靠性方面的缺陷。

Description

一种随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器
技术领域:
本发明涉及随钻测井领域一种随钻测控仪器跨钻铤连接装置,尤其涉及一种用于钻铤内壁中心插入式仪器短节连接的跨钻铤旋转连接器。
背景技术:
随钻测控仪器由若干个短节组成,两个短节之间由钻铤螺纹相连接。每个短节之间可采用单芯总线或者多芯总线来完成各个短节之间的通信和电源的供给,因此在整个系统中随钻仪器的连接装置是整个系统中不可忽视的重要组成部分。但是采用多芯总线进行电源和信号传输增加故障发生率,造成信号传输不稳定,采用单芯总线传输可以有效提高信号传输的稳定性,同时降低制作成本,从而提高跨钻铤连接器的可靠性。随钻测控仪器在井下工作过程中,要承受高温高压和较大的振动冲击,跨钻铤连接器是随钻测控仪器最重要的通用部件,每个短节都要用到,对整个仪器结构和通信的可靠性与稳定性都至关重要。
在仪器的安装过程中,由于钻铤螺纹的转动,需要在短节的端部安装连接器,以实现螺纹拧紧过程中单芯总线的可靠连接。根据使用环境与所安装测量系统的不同,随钻测井仪器结构主要包括钻铤外壁内嵌式和钻铤中心插入式两种,相对应连接器主要有钻铤内嵌式和中心插入式两种。这两种连接器与仪器的结构和使用环境有关,在随钻测控仪器中都得到了比较广泛的应用。对于钻铤内嵌式连接器,具有结构简单、可靠性高、安装简便的优点,较适合现场的组装和拆卸,但是这种连接器结构灵活性不好,不易更换。对于中心插入式连接器,结构灵活,更换方便,结构独立,维保方便,但是其具有结构复杂、可靠性不高的缺点。由于两种连接器的结构的不同,在使用过程中都会存在一些需要解决的问题,在操作和维修的方便性和连接的可靠性方面很难得到统一,需要根据具体的情况综合考虑。
众所周知,连接器的主要作用为将钻铤内壁上的测量信号与钻铤空腔中抗压筒内的测量信号相连接,通常用于测量伽马、电阻率、声波等地质参数的MRC地质导向系统安装在钻铤内壁上,MWD随钻测量系统安装在钻铤内部抗压筒内。
发明内容:
为克服现有连接器技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种用于井下随钻测控仪器的跨钻铤旋转连接器,尤其涉及一种用于钻铤内壁中心插入式仪器短节连接的跨钻铤旋转连接器。该跨钻铤旋转连接器克服了传统连接器在操作和维修的方便性和连接的可靠性方面的缺陷,可以有效实现公头短节和母头短节的可靠连接,从而提高整个随钻测控仪器结构和通信的可靠性和稳定性。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明的一种随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器,由公连接器、公头钻铤、母连接器和母头钻铤组成;公连接器包括公连接器插针、公连接器护筒、扶正器、弹性接触件,母连接器由母连接器空腔和母连接器基座组成,其中:公连接器居中安装在公头钻铤内部的公头抗压筒的公扣端,外有公连接器护筒保护;母连接器安装在母连接器基座上,母连接器基座与母头抗压筒的公扣端相连接,母连接器与母头抗压筒安装在母头钻铤内。
公连接器护筒与母连接器之间设有O型密封圈。
公连接器插针与母连接器空腔之间设有O型密封圈。
公连接器插针插入母连接器空腔内,公连接器插针顶端部位的弹性接触件处在压紧状态。
该旋转连接器是弹性结构,包含内外各两道O型密封圈用于实现钻铤骨架内部零部件与钻井泥浆的密封,安装时需利用扶正器使公头短节与母头短节严格对中,从而实现仪器可靠连接。公头短节与母头短节连接时,公连接器插针插入母连接器空腔内,公连接器插针顶端部位的弹性接触件处在压紧状态,最后拧紧公头钻铤外螺纹和母头钻铤内螺纹,公连接器和母连接器能在仪器承受较大振动和冲击的情况下保证连接可靠。跨钻铤旋转连接器采用单芯总线进行电信号与功率信号的复合传输,可以有效提高信号传输的稳定性,同时降低制作成本,从而提高跨钻铤连接器的可靠性。

具体实施方式:
如图 1所示,跨钻铤旋转连接器由公连接器、公头钻铤6、母连接器、母头钻铤11组成。
如图2所示,公连接器包括:公连接器插针1、公连接器护筒2、弹性接触件3、O型密封圈4、扶正器5、公头抗压筒8。公连接器居中安装在公头钻铤6内部的公头抗压筒8的公扣端,外有公连接器护筒2保护。其中,公头钻铤与母头钻铤由无磁钢制作,尺寸包括4.5~8.5in,能够满足钻井条件,公连接器护筒及抗压筒由铍铜制作,根据需要采用不同厚度,能够满足井下150MPa的压力,O型密封圈采用氟橡胶,通过与抗压筒之间严格的公差匹配,既能够抗压125MPa,也能够耐温150℃,扶正器采用满眼扶正,由耐腐蚀橡胶制作,保证在井下恶劣环境中正常工作。
如图3所示,母连接器包括母连接器空腔9、母连接器基座10。母连接器安装在母连接器基座10上,母连接器基座10与母头抗压筒12的公扣端相连接。母连接器与母头抗压筒12悬空安装在母头钻铤11内,依靠公头钻铤与母头钻铤旋转时与公连接器稳定的固定。
如图1所示,两个短节连接时,内部单芯总线接口利用公连接器和母连接器进行连接。利用扶正器5使公连接器与母连接器严格对中,公连接器插针1与母连接器空腔9相接触,公连接器插针1顶部的弹性接触件3处在压紧状态,利用公连接器护筒2上的O型密封圈4实现钻铤骨架内部零部件与钻井泥浆的密封。公连接器和母连接器导电铜环用导线通过单芯总线接口与仪器内部骨架相连。最后拧紧公头钻铤外螺纹7和母头钻铤内螺纹12,公连接器插针1随着直线前进,公连接器插针1与母连接器空腔9实现了安全可靠连接。

1.一种随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器,由公连接器、公头钻铤、母连接器和母头钻铤组成;公连接器包括公连接器插针、公连接器护筒、扶正器、弹性接触件,母连接器由母连接器空腔和母连接器基座组成,其特征在于:公连接器居中安装在公头钻铤内部的公头抗压筒的公扣端,外有公连接器护筒保护;母连接器安装在母连接器基座上,母连接器基座与母头抗压筒的公扣端相连接,母连接器与母头抗压筒安装在母头钻铤内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器,其特征在于:公连接器护筒与母连接器之间设有O型密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器,其特征在于:公连接器插针与母连接器空腔之间设有O型密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1或2、3所述的随钻测控仪器跨钻铤旋转连接器,其特征在于:公连接器插针插入母连接器空腔内,公连接器插针顶端部位的弹性接触件处在压紧状态。
