the bottom of the right bracket cover plate 4 is provided with a 3 rd fixed column and a 4 th fixed column; the 3 rd fixed column is inserted into the 3 rd fixed hole 2.11.1, the 4 th fixed column is inserted into the 4 th fixed hole 2.12.1, and then the right bracket cover plate 4 is mounted on the upper right side of the top cover 2.
In practical application, 3-4 right angle fan-shaped fixing seats 3.3 are arranged at the bottoms of the 1 st fixing column 3.1 and the 2 nd fixing column 3.2, so that the connection strength is enhanced. The 1 st fixed column 3.1 and the 2 nd fixed column 3.2 are cylinders, the diameter of the bottom surface of each cylinder is 3-5mm, and the height is 7-9mm; the contact area between each right-angle fan-shaped fixed seat 3.3 and the cylinder is 2-3mm 2
By installing two bracket cover plates above the top cover and enabling a gap to be formed between the left bracket cover plate 3 and the right bracket cover plate 4, compared with the mode of arranging a whole bracket cover plate, the design mode of the invention can improve the heat dissipation performance of the bracket.
The aluminum shell cell fixing bracket provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the structure is light, the battery core can be fixed, and the heat dissipation of the battery core is convenient;
2. the connection is stable, the base and the top cover are provided with the lock catches, the lock catches are distributed on four surfaces, and the adjacent brackets can be closely connected together without being scattered;
3. wiring grooves are reserved on the bracket cover plate, and wiring harnesses are reasonably arranged;
4. the flame-retardant cover plate is added to separate the positive and negative electrode posts of the battery core from external electric parts, so that the positive and negative electrodes are prevented from being short-circuited, and a good insulating effect is achieved;
5. the maintenance is strong, when a certain cell in the battery pack fails, the cover plate can be vertically detached to replace the cell, so that the stability of the battery pack is greatly improved, the safety is greatly improved, and the maintainability is greatly enhanced.

the base (1) comprises a rectangular bottom plate (1.1) and a base frame body (1.2) formed on the periphery of the bottom plate (1.1), and the bottom plate (1.1) is provided with heat dissipation holes (1.7); the shape and the size of the base frame body (1.2) are matched with the shape and the size of the bottom of the lithium battery cell (5) to be fixed, so that the bottom of the lithium battery cell (5) is clamped and fixed in the base frame body (1.2); the front side plate of the base frame body (1.2) is provided with at least one 1 st male lock catch (1.3), the rear side plate of the base frame body (1.2) is provided with at least one 1 st female lock catch (1.4) matched with the 1 st male lock catch (1.3), the left side plate of the base frame body (1.2) is provided with at least one 2 nd female lock catch (1.5), and the right side plate of the base frame body (1.2) is provided with at least one 2 nd male lock catch (1.6) matched with the 2 nd female lock catch (1.5); the base of the aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit is fixedly connected with the base of the adjacent front and rear aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit through the plug-in connection of the 1 st male lock catch (1.3) and the 1 st female lock catch (1.4); the base of the aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit is fixedly connected with the base of the adjacent left and right aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket units in a plugging manner through the plugging and fixing of the 2 nd female lock catch (1.5) and the 2 nd male lock catch (1.6);
the top cover (2) comprises a top plate (2.1) and a top cover frame body (2.2) arranged below the periphery of the top plate (2.1), the shape and the size of the top cover frame body (2.2) are matched with those of the top of the lithium battery cell (5) to be fixed, and the top cover frame body (2.2) is sleeved on the top of the lithium battery cell (5); a 3 rd female lock catch (2.3) is arranged on the left side frame of the top cover frame body (2.2), a 3 rd male lock catch (2.4) matched with the 3 rd female lock catch (2.3) is arranged on the right side frame of the top cover frame body (2.2), and the 3 rd female lock catch (2.3) and the 3 rd male lock catch (2.4) are fixedly connected in a plugging manner, so that the top cover of the aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit is fixedly connected with the top cover of the adjacent left and right side aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket units in a plugging manner; a 4 th male lock catch (2.5) is arranged on the front side frame of the top cover frame body (2.2), a 4 th female lock catch (2.6) matched with the 4 th male lock catch (2.5) is arranged on the rear side frame of the top cover frame body (2.2), and the 4 th male lock catch (2.5) and the 4 th female lock catch (2.6) are fixedly connected in a plugging manner, so that the top cover of the aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit is fixedly connected with the top cover of the adjacent front and rear side aluminum shell battery cell fixing bracket unit in a plugging manner;
negative plate fixing clamping grooves (2.7) and positive plate fixing clamping grooves (2.8) are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the top plate (2.1), the negative plate fixing clamping grooves (2.7) and the positive plate fixing clamping grooves (2.8) are respectively matched with a negative plate (5.1) and a positive plate (5.2) at the top of the lithium battery cell (5), so that the negative plate fixing clamping grooves (2.7) are clamped outside the negative plate (5.1), and the positive plate fixing clamping grooves (2.8) are clamped outside the positive plate (5.2); the 1 st trapezoid corner protector (2.9) and the 2 nd trapezoid corner protector (2.10) are fixedly installed on the front side and the rear side of the negative plate fixing clamping groove (2.7), the 1 st trapezoid corner protector (2.9) is provided with a 1 st fixing hole (2.9.1), and the 2 nd trapezoid corner protector (2.10) is provided with a 2 nd fixing hole (2.10.1); the 3 rd trapezoid corner protector (2.11) and the 4 th trapezoid corner protector (2.12) are fixedly installed on the front side and the rear side of the positive plate fixing clamping groove (2.8), the 3 rd trapezoid corner protector (2.11) is provided with a 3 rd fixing hole (2.11.1), and the 4 th trapezoid corner protector (2.12) is provided with a 4 th fixing hole (2.12.1);
a lithium battery cell explosion-proof valve fixing clamping groove (2.17) is formed in the center position of the top plate (2.1), the lithium battery cell explosion-proof valve fixing clamping groove (2.17) is matched with a lithium battery cell explosion-proof valve (5.3) at the top of the lithium battery cell (5), and the lithium battery cell explosion-proof valve fixing clamping groove (2.17) is clamped outside the lithium battery cell explosion-proof valve (5.3); a left security block (2.13) and a right security block (2.14) are fixedly arranged at the left side and the right side of the lithium battery core explosion-proof valve fixing clamping groove (2.17);
