In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a display device, which solves the problems of large power consumption and large thickness of a full-screen display device in the prior art.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a display device, including:
the display module comprises a light emitting layer group, a first switching driving layer electrically connected with the light emitting layer group and a screen body protective layer arranged between the light emitting layer group and the driving layer;
the first electrode layer is arranged between the screen body protective layer and the light emitting layer group; and
a second electrode layer on the first transfer drive layer;
the first electrode layer, the screen body protection layer and the second electrode layer form a pressure sensing capacitor.
Further, the light emitting layer group comprises a driving layer and a display light emitting layer formed on the driving layer, the first switching driving layer is electrically connected with the driving layer, and the first electrode layer is arranged on the surface, close to the screen body protective layer, of the driving layer; or the first electrode layer is arranged on the surface of the screen body protection layer close to the driving layer.
Preferably, the material of the screen body protective layer is an elastic insulating material.
Preferably, the drive layer is flexible.
Preferably, the first electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the driving layer adjacent to the display light emitting layer.
Further, the first transition driving layer has at least two laminated sub-layers, and the second electrode layer is on the surface of the first transition driving layer or between the at least two laminated sub-layers.
Further, the display device further includes: and one end of the second switching driving layer is electrically connected with the first electrode layer, and the other end of the second switching driving layer is electrically connected with the first switching driving layer.
As another aspect of the present invention, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a display device, including:
forming a first electrode layer on the light emitting layer group;
preparing a first transfer driving layer;
preparing a second electrode layer on the first transfer driving layer;
attaching a screen body protective layer on a surface of the light emitting layer group on which the first electrode layer is formed, and,
attaching the surface of the second electrode layer, which is far away from the first transfer driving layer, to the surface of the screen body protective layer, which is far away from the light emitting layer group; the display module comprises a light emitting layer group, a first transfer driving layer, a second electrode layer, a first electrode layer and a screen body protective layer.
Further, the light emitting layer group comprises a driving layer and a display light emitting layer formed on the driving layer;
wherein the forming of the first electrode layer on the light emitting layer group includes:
forming a first electrode layer on the surface of the driving layer far away from the display light-emitting layer;

forming a first electrode layer on the surface of the screen body protection layer close to the light emitting layer group; and the number of the first and second groups,
attaching the surface of the screen body protection layer far away from the first electrode layer to the surface of the second electrode layer far away from the first transfer driving layer;
the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer and the screen body protection layer jointly form a pressure sensing capacitor.
Further, a method of manufacturing a display device, further comprising:
preparing a second switching driving layer, and electrically connecting one end of the second switching driving layer with the first electrode layer; or
And forming a signal transmission circuit on the first transfer driving layer, and electrically connecting the signal transmission circuit with the second electrode layer.
The display device provided by the embodiment of the invention fully utilizes the existing structure in the display device, the screen body protective layer is taken as an insulating medium layer, the first electrode layer is prepared on the luminous display layer, the second electrode is prepared on the first switching driving layer, so that the first electrode layer, the screen body protective layer and the second electrode layer form a pressure sensing capacitor, and when the display device is applied by fingers or other applied objects, the pressure sensing capacitor converts pressure into the change of electrical parameters, thereby realizing pressure detection. When satisfying the whole screen display button demand, keep the display screen consumption unchangeable and reduced display module's thickness.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 and fig. 2 are a schematic structural diagram and a top view of a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention. The display device includes: the display module comprises a light emitting layer group, a first switching driving layer 14 electrically connected with the light emitting layer group and a screen body protective layer 13 arranged between the light emitting layer group and the first switching driving layer 14; a first electrode layer 12 provided between the screen protective layer 13 and the light emitting layer group; a second electrode layer 16 prepared on the first transfer drive layer 14; a touch screen drive layer 15.
The first electrode layer 12, the screen protection layer 13 and the second electrode layer 16 form a pressure sensing capacitor, wherein the screen protection layer 13 serves as an insulating medium layer in the pressure sensing capacitor. When a user presses on the screen body of the display device, the pressure sensing capacitor converts the pressure into an electrical parameter, and then pressure detection is achieved. According to the embodiment shown here, the electrodes in the pressure sensing capacitor and the insulating medium layer between the electrodes are manufactured on the existing structure in the display device, so that the requirement of a full-screen display key is met, the power consumption of the display screen is kept unchanged, and the thickness of the display module is almost reduced. A special circuit is designed on the first switching driving layer 14, and the circuit can connect the outgoing line of the second electrode layer 16 to the corresponding pin of the chip, so that the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer 16 are connected to the chip, and the normal work of the pressure sensing capacitor with the structure is ensured.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the light emitting layer group includes a driving layer 11 and a display light emitting layer (not shown) formed on the driving layer 11, wherein the first transfer driving layer 14 is electrically connected to the driving layer 11, and the first electrode layer 12 is disposed on a surface of the driving layer 11 close to the screen protection layer 13 and has a thin thickness, for example, the thickness may be less than 10 μm, and preferably 4-5 μm. According to this kind of structure, make full use of more the existing membranous layer structure of display module assembly, all structures of forced induction electric capacity have all utilized the existing membranous layer structure of display module assembly, do not increase display module assembly's thickness moreover hardly, when satisfying the full-face screen display button demand, keep display screen consumption and display module assembly thickness all unchangeable. In other embodiments of the present invention, the first electrode layer 12 may also be disposed on the surface of the screen protection layer 13 near the display light emitting layer.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the material of the screen protection layer 13 is an elastic insulating layer material. The screen body protective layer 13 made of the elastic insulating material serves as an insulating medium layer of the pressure sensing capacitor, so that the display device can generate obvious deformation when being subjected to fingers or other applied objects, the distance between the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer is reduced, the pressure sensing capacitor formed by the first electrode layer 12, the insulating medium layer and the second electrode layer is enlarged, and pressure detection is more sensitive.
In an embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 3, the driving layer 11 is made of a flexible material, and the first electrode layer 12 is disposed on a surface of the driving layer 11 away from the screen protection layer 13, as shown in fig. 3. In the embodiment of the invention, the display luminescent layer and the screen body protective layer 13 jointly serve as an elastic insulating medium layer in the pressure sensing capacitor. Therefore, regardless of whether the screen body protection layer 13 has elasticity, when the display device is under pressure, the distance between the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer is obviously reduced due to the existence of the elastic display luminescent layer, so that the capacitance value of the pressure sensing capacitor formed by the first electrode layer 12, the insulating medium layer formed by the screen body protection layer 13 and the display luminescent layer and the second electrode layer is obviously increased, and the display device is more sensitive to the pressure.
It should be understood that the location of the second electrode layer 16 on the first interface driving layer 14 may be determined according to the actual structure of the first interface driving layer 14. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first landing driving layer 14 is a single-layer plate, and the second electrode layer 16 is prepared on the surface of the first landing driving layer 14, as shown in fig. 4. Therefore, the second electrode layer can be arranged on the existing film layer structure of the display module, and the second electrode layer and the driving circuit for driving the pressure sensing capacitor to normally work can be arranged on the same driving layer, so that the thickness of the display module is hardly increased. When the first transfer driving layer 14 is a multilayer board, the second electrode layer 16 can be said to be between two laminated sub-layers, for example, when the first transfer driving layer 14 is a double-layer board, as shown in fig. 5, the second electrode layer 16 is prepared on the surface of the second film layer of the first transfer driving layer 14 in the direction away from the screen protection layer 13. For example, when the first transfer driving layer 14 is a three-layer plate, the second electrode layer 16 may be disposed on a surface of the second film layer or the third film layer of the first transfer driving layer 14 in a direction away from the screen protection layer 13, which is not limited by the present invention.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the display device further includes a second switching driving layer 10, one end of the second switching driving layer 10 is electrically connected to the first electrode layer 12, and the other end is electrically connected to the first switching driving layer 14. The first transfer driving layer 14 is designed with a special circuit, which can connect the outgoing line of the second electrode layer to the corresponding pin of the driving chip, and the second transfer driving layer 10 can connect the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer 16 to the driving chip, so as to ensure the normal operation of the pressure sensing capacitor with this structure. It will be appreciated that in this case, the first interface drive layer 14 may not need to be electrically connected to the second electrode layer 16.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the second transfer driving layer 10 is made of a flexible material, and can be bent according to the space among the first transfer driving layer 14, the first electrode layer 12, and the screen protection layer 13, so as to fully utilize the space in the display module without increasing the thickness of the display module.
In an embodiment of the invention, the conductive material of the first electrode layer 12 is a metal or a metal oxide in a non-transparent conductive material. The conductive material of the first electrode layer 12 may also be indium tin oxide in a transparent conductive material in other embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood that the conductive material of the first electrode layer 12 may be selected according to the actual process, and the present invention is not limited thereto, as long as the material is conductive.
It should also be understood that the conductive materials of the first electrode layer 12 and the second electrode layer 16 may be the same or different, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a display device, as shown in fig. 6, including the steps of: step 101: forming a first electrode layer on the light emitting layer group;
in an embodiment of the invention, the light emitting layer group includes a driving layer and a display light emitting layer formed on the driving layer, and the first electrode layer is formed on a surface of the driving layer away from the display light emitting layer. The method for forming the driving layer on the surface far away from the display light-emitting layer comprises the following steps: the first electrode layer is processed on the surface of the driving layer far away from the display light-emitting layer, and the first electrode layer is prepared by the method, so that the space of the driving layer in the light-emitting layer group is fully utilized. In an embodiment of the present invention, a method for forming the first electrode on the surface of the driving layer away from the display light emitting layer includes: the first electrode layer is attached to the surface, far away from the display light emitting layer, of the driving layer, the film layer with the first electrode layer is attached to the surface, far away from the display light emitting layer, of the driving layer, and therefore the process difficulty of preparing the first electrode layer is reduced.
In an embodiment of the invention, the driving layer in the light emitting layer group is flexible, and the first electrode layer can be formed on the surface of the driving layer close to the display light emitting layer, so that the first electrode layer is formed by the method, not only can the film layer structure in the display module be fully utilized, but also the driving layer and the screen body protective layer can be jointly used as an insulating medium layer of the pressure sensing capacitor, and no matter whether the screen body protective layer has elasticity or not, when the display device is subjected to pressure, because of the existence of the elastic driving layer, the distance between the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer is obviously reduced, the pressure sensing capacitor formed by the first electrode layer, the insulating medium layer and the second electrode layer is obviously enlarged, so that the pressure is converted into the change of electrical parameters, and further the pressure detection is realized, and the display device is more.
This step completes the formation of the first electrode layer on the display layer group.
Step 102: preparing a first transfer driving layer;
step 103: forming a second electrode layer on the first transfer driving layer; in an embodiment of the present invention, a method for preparing the second electrode layer on the first transfer driving layer includes: and processing a second electrode layer on the surface of the first transfer driving layer, and preparing the second electrode layer by the method, thereby fully utilizing the space of the first transfer driving layer. In an embodiment of the invention, the second electrode layer is printed on the surface of the first transfer driving layer. In addition, when the first transfer driving layer is a double-layer plate, the second electrode layer is prepared on the surface of the second film layer of the first transfer driving layer in the direction far away from the screen body protection layer. For example, the first transfer driving layer is a three-layer plate, and the second electrode layer may be formed on the surface of the second film layer or the third film layer of the first transfer driving layer in the direction away from the screen protection layer, which is not limited by the present invention.
In this step, the preparation of the second electrode layer on the first transfer driving layer is completed.
Step 104: attaching a screen body protective layer on the surface of the light emitting layer group on which the first electrode layer is formed;
in an embodiment of the invention, the light emitting layer group includes a driving layer and a display light emitting layer formed on the driving layer. When the first electrode layer is disposed on the surface of the driving layer far from the display light emitting layer, the method for attaching the screen protection layer to the surface of the light emitting layer group provided with the first electrode layer is as follows: and attaching a screen body protection layer on the surface of the first electrode layer far away from the driving layer. When the first electrode layer is disposed on the surface of the driving layer close to the display light emitting layer, the method for attaching the screen protection layer to the surface of the light emitting layer group provided with the first electrode layer is as follows: and attaching a screen body protective layer on the surface of the driving layer far away from the first electrode layer.
By the steps, the formation of the first electrode layer on the display layer group is completed, the laminating of the screen body protective layer and the display layer group provided with the first electrode layer is also completed, and a laminated structure is formed as follows: the display screen comprises a screen body protective layer and a display layer group which is arranged on the screen body protective layer and provided with a first electrode layer.
Step 105: attaching the surface of the second electrode layer, which is far away from the first transfer driving layer, to the surface of the screen body protective layer, which is far away from the light-emitting layer group; the display module comprises a light emitting layer group, a first transfer driving layer, a second electrode layer, a first electrode layer and a screen body protective layer, wherein the light emitting layer group, the first transfer driving layer, the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer and the screen body protective layer jointly form the display module;
according to the display device prepared by the embodiment of the invention, the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer fully utilize the existing film layer structure in the display module, wherein the first electrode layer, the screen body protection layer and the second electrode layer form the pressure sensing capacitor, and when the display device is applied by a finger or other applied objects, the pressure sensing capacitor converts pressure into the change of electrical parameters, so that pressure detection is realized. When satisfying the whole screen display button demand, keep the display screen consumption unchangeable and reduced display module's thickness.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method of manufacturing a display device, as shown in fig. 7, including the steps of:
step 101: preparing a luminescent layer group, and attaching a screen body protective layer on the surface of the luminescent layer group;
step 102: preparing a first transfer driving layer;
step 103: preparing a second electrode layer on the first transfer driving layer;
step 104: forming a first electrode layer on the surface of the screen body protective layer close to the luminescent layer group;
step 105: attaching the surface of the screen body protection layer far away from the first electrode layer to the surface of the second electrode layer far away from the first transfer driving layer; the second electrode layer, the first electrode layer and the screen body protective layer jointly form a pressure sensing capacitor.
According to the display device prepared by the method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first electrode layer is formed on the screen body protective layer, the first electrode layer, the screen body protective layer and the second electrode layer form the pressure sensing capacitor, and when the display device is applied by fingers or other applied objects, the pressure sensing capacitor converts the pressure into the change of electrical parameters, so that the pressure detection is realized. When satisfying the whole screen display button demand, keep the display screen consumption unchangeable and reduced display module's thickness.
It should be further understood that, in the foregoing steps, whether the second electrode layer is prepared on the surface of the first transfer driving layer, the first electrode layer is processed on the surface of the screen body protection layer away from the second electrode layer, or the first electrode layer is processed on the surface of the driving layer close to the screen body protection layer, and the first electrode is processed on the surface of the driving layer away from the screen body protection layer, the method may be selected according to an actual process, for example, an etching method, a laser printing method, or a printing method may be selected, which is not limited in this disclosure.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a display device, which, based on the two manufacturing methods of the display device, further includes, after step 105: step 106: as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a second through driving layer is prepared, and one end of the second through driving layer is electrically connected to the first electrode layer to lead out a signal. According to the method for preparing the display device, the pressure sensing capacitor formed by the first electrode layer, the screen body protection layer and the second electrode layer is connected to the driving chip through the second switching driving layer, and the normal work of the pressure sensing capacitor can be guaranteed.
In another embodiment, a special circuit can be designed on the first transfer driving layer, and the circuit can connect the outgoing line of the second electrode layer to the corresponding pin of the chip, so that the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer can be connected with the chip, and the normal work of the pressure sensing capacitor with the structure can be ensured. In this case, the second transfer drive layer does not need to be formed.
According to the method for manufacturing the display device, the existing film layer structure of the display module is fully utilized, and the manufactured display device can ensure that the power consumption of the display device is unchanged and the thickness of the display module is reduced on the premise of meeting the requirements of a comprehensive screen, so that the thickness of the whole display device is reduced.
