The above-described ejector pin clearance space 124 can facilitate the removal of the mold, and the removal of the mold therefrom does not interfere with the limiting structure 123. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment can solve the problem that the limiting piece of the roller fixing structure is easy to pull off when the die is removed in the prior art. Therefore, the technical scheme of the embodiment can improve the reliability of the moving part and the quality of the product.
According to the technical scheme, the problem that the back-off production part is used on the die can be solved, a new structure is designed, the lengths of the limiting structure 123 of the first clamping portion 121 and the limiting structure 123 of the second clamping portion 122 are shortened relative to those in the prior art, the corresponding bottoms are dug out, the back-off portion of the original die, namely the bottom die at the limiting structure 123 of the first clamping portion 121 and the limiting structure 123 of the second clamping portion 122, can be taken out from the lower end, the supporting portion 11 is taken out from the upper end, the back-off does not exist on the die, and therefore the problem that the limiting structure 123 of the first clamping portion 121 and the limiting structure 123 of the second clamping portion 122 are not pulled out is solved, and the problem that a fixed roller is invalid due to the back-off of the die is solved.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the limiting structure 123 is a limiting protrusion protruding from the groove wall of the accommodating groove 111. The limiting protrusion is simple to process and easy to realize.
In the present embodiment, in the process of assembling the axle 2 between the first clamping portion 121 and the second clamping portion 122, the first clamping portion 121 and the second clamping portion 122 can be elastically deformed, and the axle 2 is limited by the limiting structure 123 after entering the accommodating groove 111. When the roller 1 is assembled, the roller 1 is pressed hard, the roller 1 enters the bottom of the roller fixing structure after the first clamping part 121 and the second clamping part 122 are deformed, then the deformation of the first clamping part 121 and the second clamping part 122 is recovered, the limiting structure 123 clamps the roller 1, the roller 1 does not fall off, and effective and reliable fixing is realized. After effective fixation, the roller 1 can roll freely under the action of external force.
As shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, each of the first bracket 10 and the second bracket 20 includes a support portion 11 and a locking portion 12, the locking portion 12 of the first bracket 10 is located on a side of the support portion 11 of the first bracket 10 facing the second bracket 20, and the locking portion 12 of the second bracket 20 is located on a side of the support portion 11 of the second bracket 20 facing the first bracket 10. The structure is convenient for fixing the roller 1 and processing.
As shown in fig. 4, the first end of the first clamping portion 121 and the first end of the second clamping portion 122 are both provided with a limiting structure 123, the limiting structure 123 of the first clamping portion 121 and the limiting structure 123 of the second clamping portion 122 are formed by a first mold, the accommodating groove 111 is formed by a second mold, and the demolding directions of the second mold and the first mold are opposite. The above-mentioned demolding mode is more reasonable for limit structure 123 and hold recess 111's processing is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 2, the thickness of the first engaging portion 121 in the axial direction of the roller 1 is smaller than the length of the wheel shaft 2 in the axial direction of the roller 1, and the thickness of the second engaging portion 122 in the axial direction of the roller 1 is smaller than the length of the wheel shaft 2 in the axial direction of the roller 1. The above-described structure enables the outer end of the wheel axle 2 (the end of the wheel axle 2 remote from the wheel body 3) to be supported by the accommodating recess 111.
As shown in fig. 4, opposite side walls between the first clamping portion 121 and the second clamping portion 122 are parallel to each other. The structure is convenient for demolding.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the wheel axle 2 of the roller 1, as shown in fig. 4, in the present embodiment, at least one of one end of the supporting portion 11 corresponding to the accommodating groove 111, the first end of the first clamping portion 121, and the first end of the second clamping portion 122 is provided with a guiding expansion portion 112.
In order to improve the structural strength and facilitate the processing, the supporting portion 11 and the clamping portion 12 are integrally formed. Of course, the two can be bonded together after being processed separately or connected together through a fastener.
