When no wind exists, the first rotating blades 13 stop rotating, and then the air stops spraying out, and the right part of the first duck 16 swings downwards to return to the original position due to the influence of the gravity of the first duck 16.

When there is no wind, the second rotary blade 2410 stops rotating, and the second duck 247 stops rotating. Therefore, people can be attracted to enjoy the view.
