技术领域
本发明涉及电镀废水处理领域,尤其涉及一种电镀废水快速脱色剂配方。
背景技术
现有的废水混凝脱色剂总体上可分为无机和有机两大类,有机类脱色剂专一性较强、成本较高,而且投加量控制不好还会引起出水 COD 的升高;无机型混凝脱色剂是混凝脱色剂的发展方向,目前无机系列混凝脱色剂主要有:PAC、PFS、PFC、硫酸亚铁、聚铁铝、聚硅酸铝等。在无机混凝脱色剂系列产品中效果较好且最便宜的是硫酸亚铁,但其还存在着用碱量、产泥量较大、出水容易变黄的缺点,另外也有使用钢铁行业的金属酸洗废液加工混凝脱色剂的,但其存在酸度低、易返黄的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电镀废水快速脱色剂配方,能够解决一般的广谱性差,废液脱色后容易泛黄的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种电镀废水快速脱色剂配方,其创新点在于:它按重量份包括以下物料成分:木醋液75~95份,三聚磷酸钠25~45份,糠醇15~35份,四氧化三铁75~95份,聚合硫酸铁25~45份,活性炭占3-38份,聚合氯化铝7-15份,碳酸氢钠10-20份。
本发明的优点在于:
1)本发明中采用的脱色剂,具有广谱性,在废水处理后的废液避免废液返黄。

一种电镀废水快速脱色剂配方,它按重量份包括以下物料成分:木醋液85份,三聚磷酸钠35份,糠醇25份,四氧化三铁85份,聚合硫酸铁35份,活性炭占20份,聚合氯化铝11份,碳酸氢钠15份。
实施例3:
一种电镀废水快速脱色剂配方,它按重量份包括以下物料成分:木醋液95份,三聚磷酸钠45份,糠醇35份,四氧化三铁95份,聚合硫酸铁45份,活性炭占38份,聚合氯化铝15份,碳酸氢钠20份。
