Referring to the cast iron oil pan lifting appliance shown in fig. 1-2, the cast iron oil pan lifting appliance comprises a lifting rod 2, a connecting plate 1, lifting rings and locking blocks 8, wherein the connecting plate 1 is of a U-shaped structure, connecting holes (13 and 14) are formed in the front ends of vertical rods on two sides of the connecting plate, and positioning pins are respectively fixed in the two connecting holes (13 and 14). One end of the suspender 2 and the cross rod of the connecting plate 1 are welded and fixed to form a T-shaped structure, the other end of the suspender 2 is provided with the adjusting block 6, and the balancing blocks 5 are connected in series through the third bolts 4 and then fixed on the adjusting block 6. The position of the hanging ring forms a 'called' structure between the adjusting block 6 and the connecting plate 1. The ring 3 and the oval 31 of the hanging ring are mutually buckled together, and the oval 31 is sleeved on the hanging rod 2 in a sliding way and can slide back and forth along the length direction of the hanging rod 2. During operation, the locating pin on the connecting plate 1 is used for connecting the cast iron oil pan, and the balance before and after lifting is improved by adjusting the positions of the adjusting block 6 and the lifting ring.
According to the improvement of the technical scheme, the positioning pin is divided into two sections which are connected into a step pin, the small end of the step pin is provided with external threads, the outer diameter of the external threads is matched with the diameter of the connecting holes (13, 14), the two positioning pins respectively penetrate through the connecting holes (13, 14) and are locked on the connecting plate 1 through the nuts 11, the flat pads 9 and the spring washers 10, and the connecting surface of the large end of the positioning pin is abutted against the connecting plate 1. The big end of one locating pin is the round pin, and the big end of another locating pin is the flat pin, can effectively reduce the error influence of locating pin and connecting hole (13, 14), has improved assembly efficiency.
Referring to fig. 3, the adjusting block 6 is longitudinally provided with a third U-shaped groove 23, the bottom of the third U-shaped groove 23 is provided with a third screw hole 22 coaxial with the third U-shaped groove, and the side wall of the third U-shaped groove 23 is provided with a transverse bar-shaped groove 21. The third U-shaped groove 23 is sleeved at the end part of the suspender 2 and can move back and forth on the suspender 2. The balance weight 5 is provided with a connecting hole matched with the third bolt 4, and the third bolt 4 passes through the connecting hole of the balance weight 5 and is locked in the third screw hole 22. The end of the boom 2 is provided with a second screw hole corresponding to the bar-shaped groove 21, and a second bolt 7 penetrates through the bar-shaped groove 21 and is locked in the second screw hole.
Referring to fig. 4 to 5, the locking block 8 is provided with two U-shaped grooves perpendicular to each other so as to be in a square stool shape. The first U-shaped groove 18 is sleeved on the suspender 2, and the opening of the first U-shaped groove faces upwards. The second U-shaped groove 19 is clamped on two sides of the elliptical ring 31 of the hanging ring, and the elliptical ring 31 is limited. The upper end of the locking block 8 is provided with a screw hole 20, and the axis of the screw hole 20 is vertical to the suspender 2. The locking block 8 is fastened to the boom 2 by bolts 12 passing through the screw holes. When the lifting device is used, the position of the lifting ring is adjusted according to the weight relation between the balance weight 5 and the cast iron oil pan so as to achieve the purpose that the lifting device is in a horizontal state when the cast iron oil pan is lifted.
The lifting appliance is also provided with a balance adjusting block for fine adjustment balance, the balance adjusting block is fixed at the upper end of the balance block 5 through a third bolt 4 and comprises a positioning plate 51, a gravity adjusting plate 52, an adjusting screw 55, a bridge-shaped connecting piece 53 and a limiting shaft 54, a stepped open slot 57 is formed in the upper part of the positioning plate 51, and a positioning screw hole 58 matched with the adjusting screw 55 is formed in the end part of the positioning plate 51; the stepped open slot is provided with a counter-sunk hole 56 opposite to the through hole of the balance weight 5, and the gravity adjusting plate is arranged on the steps of the stepped open slot in a sliding manner; the bridge-shaped connecting piece 53 is provided with a through hole 59 and is fixed at the end part of the gravity adjusting plate, the end part of the adjusting screw is provided with a shaft hole, the adjusting screw is screwed into the positioning screw hole and penetrates into the through hole of the bridge-shaped connecting piece, and the limiting shaft is assembled in the shaft hole at the end part of the adjusting screw. In fine tuning, the gravity adjusting plate 52 is pushed to move on the stroke of the stepped opening groove 57 by rotating the adjusting screw 55, and the adjusting screw 55 is rotatably connected with the gravity adjusting plate 52 due to the bridge-shaped connecting piece 53.
A cast iron oil pan hoisting method comprises the following steps:
(1) Before hoisting, the positions of the hoisting ring and the adjusting block 6 are adjusted, the hoisting ring is fixed by the locking block 8, the adjusting block 6 is fixed by the second bolt 7, the hoisting ring and the adjusting block 6 are prevented from sliding on the hoisting rod, and the balance of the hoisting tool before and after hoisting is adjusted in advance by adding and subtracting the weight of the balancing block 5; the balance of the lifting appliance can be finely adjusted by rotating the adjusting bolt 55 to move the position of the gravity adjusting plate 51;
(2) During hoisting, a lifting hook of a crane is used for hooking a ring 3 of a lifting ring, and then 2 stepped guide rod round rods are respectively inserted into 2 cast iron oil pan mounting holes on an engine body;
(3) The suspender is grasped by hand, 2 positioning pins on the suspender connecting plate 1 are respectively inserted into round holes at the bottom of the rear end of the cast iron oil pan, and the suspender is tightly connected with the cast iron oil pan through the 2 positioning pins; wherein, one locating pin is a round pin, and the other locating pin is a flat pin;
(4) The crane is utilized to slowly move the cast iron oil pan, the position of the cast iron oil pan is adjusted and corrected by hands, the connecting hole of the oil pan is aligned with the guide rod of the cast iron oil pan mounting hole on the machine body, the cast iron oil pan is kept in a horizontal state, the cast iron oil pan is downwards moved along the guide rod until the cast iron oil pan is attached to the connecting surface of the machine body, the guide rod is withdrawn, the cast iron oil pan is locked by the tightening bolt, and the hoisting of the cast iron oil pan is completed.
