Abstract
The invention provides a pouring system of a mold, which is provided with a cavity for forming a vehicle grille, wherein the cavity comprises a first cavity for forming a frame of the vehicle grille, a second cavity for forming a plurality of grille bars of the vehicle grille, a third cavity for forming a mounting seat for mounting a vehicle logo, and a fourth cavity for forming reinforcing ribs positioned on two opposite sides of the mounting seat, and the first cavity, the second cavity, the third cavity and the fourth cavity are mutually communicated; the pouring system comprises a runner and a plurality of pouring gates, wherein the pouring gates comprise a first pouring gate communicated with the runner and the first cavity, a second pouring gate communicated with the runner and the third cavity and a third pouring gate communicated with the runner and the fourth cavity, so that even material injection is ensured, and the cavity is completely filled.

Technical Field

Background
The prior vehicle grille structure is gradually diversified and complex, after the material is injected through a common pouring system of the prior injection molding system, the material injection is uneven, and the cavity filling is incomplete, so that the formed grille surface is uneven, bubbles exist in the grille, and the like, and the product is poor.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pouring system of a mold, the mold is provided with a cavity for molding a vehicle grille, the cavity comprises a first cavity for forming a frame of the vehicle grille, a second cavity for forming a plurality of grille strips of the vehicle grille, a third cavity for forming a mounting seat for mounting a vehicle logo, and a fourth cavity for forming reinforcing ribs positioned on two opposite sides of the mounting seat, the first cavity, the second cavity, the third cavity and the fourth cavity are mutually communicated; the pouring system comprises a runner and a plurality of gates, the gates comprise a first gate communicated with the runner and a first cavity, a second gate communicated with the runner and a third cavity, and a third gate communicated with the runner and a fourth cavity, the first cavity comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are oppositely arranged, the fourth cavity is close to the upper cavity, the first gate is communicated with the lower cavity, the runner comprises a main runner, a first-stage runner communicated with the main runner, a plurality of second-stage runners respectively communicated with the first-stage runner and the gates, the first-stage runner extends transversely and is positioned between the fourth cavity and the lower cavity, the first gate comprises a first-stage first gate connected with the middle of the lower cavity, at least four second-stage first gates which are respectively arranged at the left side of the first-stage first gate and connected with the lower cavity, and at least four second-stage first gates which are respectively arranged at the right side of the first-stage first gate and connected with the lower cavity, the first-stage first gate comprises two discharge holes respectively connected with the lower cavity, a feed inlet which is communicated with the second-stage runner and the two discharge holes, the first gate extends at one side of the lower cavity away from the upper cavity and in the direction away from the upper cavity, the second gate is connected at a position, close to the upper cavity, of the third cavity, the second gate is positioned at one side of the third cavity away from the upper cavity and extends in the direction away from the upper cavity, the fourth cavity comprises a left cavity and a right cavity, the number of the third gates connected with the left cavity and the right cavity is consistent, the number of the third gates connected with the left cavity is at least two, the third gate extends forward or backward along a direction perpendicular to the vehicle grill.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: according to the pouring system, the first pouring gate, the second pouring gate and the third pouring gate are arranged, the arrangement of the pouring gates is reasonable, the uniform material injection is ensured, and the cavity is completely filled.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the casting system of the present invention is used for a mold provided with a cavity for molding a grill 3 for a vehicle.
The vehicle grille 3 comprises a frame 31, a plurality of grille bars 32, mounting seats 33 and reinforcing ribs 34. The frame includes frame 311, lower frame 312, left frame 313, right frame 314, is equipped with the mounting structure that is used for automobile-used grid 3 installation on going up frame 311, lower frame 312, left frame 313, right frame 314, contained angle is the acute angle between left frame 313, right frame 314 and the last frame 311, and both symmetry sets up. The first cavity 21 is used for forming a frame, and the first cavity 21 includes an upper cavity 211 and a lower cavity 212 that are oppositely disposed, and a left cavity 213 and a right cavity 214 that are oppositely disposed. The upper cavity 211, the lower cavity 212, the left cavity 213, and the right cavity 214 do not represent the upper, lower, left, and right positions of the cavities during injection molding, but represent that the upper cavity 211 is used to form the upper frame 311, the lower cavity 212 is used to form the lower frame 312, the left cavity 213 is used to form the left frame 313, and the right cavity 214 is used to form the right frame 314. The second cavity 22 is used to form a plurality of grid strips 32. The third cavity 23 is used to form a mounting seat 33. The fourth cavity 24 is used for forming the reinforcing rib 34, the fourth cavity 24 is disposed near the upper cavity 211, the fourth cavity 24 includes a left cavity 241 and a right cavity 242, the left cavity 241 and the right cavity 242 do not represent the left and right of the cavity position during injection molding, but represent the left cavity 241 for forming the reinforcing rib 34 located on the left side of the mounting seat 33, and the right cavity 242 for forming the reinforcing rib 34 located on the right side of the mounting seat 33.
The first cavity 21, the second cavity 22, the third cavity 23 and the fourth cavity 24 are communicated with each other, the mutual communication comprises direct connection and indirect connection, the first cavity 21 and the second cavity 22 are directly communicated, the third cavity 23 and part of the second cavity 22 are directly communicated, the third cavity 23 and the fourth cavity 24 are directly communicated, and the fourth cavity 24 and part of the second cavity 22 are directly communicated.
The pouring system comprises a runner and a plurality of pouring gates.
The runner comprises a main runner, a first-stage runner communicated with the main runner, and a plurality of second-stage runners respectively communicated with the first-stage runner and a plurality of pouring gates.
The gates include a first gate 11, a second gate 12, and a third gate 13.
The first gate 11 communicates with the runner and the first cavity 21, and specifically, the first gate 11 communicates with the runner and the lower cavity 212. The first gate 11 extends on a side of the lower cavity 212 facing away from the upper cavity 211 and in a direction facing away from the upper cavity 211. The first gate 11 includes a first stage first gate 111 connected to the middle of the lower cavity 212, at least four second stage first gates 112 separately provided at the left side of the first stage first gate 111 and connected to the lower cavity 212, and at least four second stage first gates 112 separately provided at the right side of the first stage first gate 111 and connected to the lower cavity 212. The first gate 111 includes two discharge ports connected to the lower cavity 212, and a feed inlet connected to the second-stage runner and the two discharge ports. The second stage first gate 112 has a discharge port connected to the lower cavity 212, a communication discharge port, and a second stage runner inlet.
The second gate 12 is connected to the second runner and the third cavity 23, specifically, the second gate 12 is connected to the third cavity 23 at a position close to the upper cavity 211, and the second gate 12 is located at a side of the third cavity 23 away from the upper cavity 211 and extends along a direction away from the upper cavity 211. The primary flow channel extends in the transverse direction and is located between the fourth cavity 24 and the lower cavity 212, so as to reduce the total length of the flow channel and reduce the processing difficulty.
The third gate 13 is used for communicating the secondary runner with the fourth cavity 24. And the number of third gates 13 connected with the left cavity 241 and the right cavity 242 is consistent. And extends forward or backward in a direction perpendicular to the grill 3 for vehicles with the third gate 13. The number of the third gates 13 connected to the left cavity 241 is at least two.
In summary, according to the pouring system disclosed by the invention, the first pouring gate 11, the second pouring gate 12 and the third pouring gate 13 are arranged, so that the arrangement of the pouring gates is reasonable, the uniform material injection is ensured, and the cavity is completely filled.

the pouring system comprises a runner and a plurality of gates, the gates comprise a first gate communicated with the runner and a first cavity, a second gate communicated with the runner and a third cavity, and a third gate communicated with the runner and a fourth cavity, the first cavity comprises an upper cavity and a lower cavity which are oppositely arranged, the fourth cavity is close to the upper cavity, the first gate is communicated with the lower cavity, the runner comprises a main runner, a first-stage runner communicated with the main runner, a plurality of second-stage runners respectively communicated with the first-stage runner and the gates, the first-stage runner extends transversely and is positioned between the fourth cavity and the lower cavity, the first gate comprises a first-stage first gate connected with the middle of the lower cavity, at least four second-stage first gates which are respectively arranged at the left side of the first-stage first gate and connected with the lower cavity, and at least four second-stage first gates which are respectively arranged at the right side of the first-stage first gate and connected with the lower cavity, the first-stage first gate comprises two discharge holes respectively connected with the lower cavity, a feed inlet which is communicated with the second-stage runner and the two discharge holes, the first gate extends at one side of the lower cavity away from the upper cavity and in the direction away from the upper cavity, the second gate is connected at a position, close to the upper cavity, of the third cavity, the second gate is positioned at one side of the third cavity away from the upper cavity and extends in the direction away from the upper cavity, the fourth cavity comprises a left cavity and a right cavity, the number of the third gates connected with the left cavity and the right cavity is consistent, the number of the third gates connected with the left cavity is at least two, the third gate extends forward or backward along a direction perpendicular to the vehicle grill.
