The invention discloses a compression molding stripper which comprises a workbench, wherein one side of the workbench assembly is provided with a feeding assembly and a stripping assembly, and the feeding assembly is connected with the stripping assembly side by side; a discharging assembly is arranged below the demoulding assembly; the feeding assembly comprises a product pressing-in hydraulic cylinder and a product supporting rod connected with the product pressing-in hydraulic cylinder; the demolding assembly comprises a product waste extrusion hydraulic cylinder and a product waste extrusion punch connected with the product waste extrusion hydraulic cylinder; the discharging assembly is arranged right below the product waste extrusion hydraulic cylinder and comprises a product ejection hydraulic cylinder and a product ejection punch connected with the hydraulic cylinder. The invention has simple structure, and the product carrying rod presses the product into the hole of the middle die under the action of the product pressing hydraulic cylinder by additionally arranging the feeding assembly; and the product after compression molding is demolded through the demolding assembly, so that the working efficiency is effectively improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a demolding mechanism, in particular to a compression molding demolding machine.
Background
The compression molding press refers to a press for compression molding of plastics, and generally uses a self-contained hydraulic press, wherein the main parameters of the press for applying pressure to the plastics through a die plate and opening and closing a die are a nominal tonnage, a platen rule, a working stroke and a plunger diameter, and the main parameters determine the size and thickness of the area of the molded product which can be obtained by the press and the maximum molding pressure which can be obtained.
The existing stripper is required to strip products, the products are often required to be knocked into the middle die piece by piece for compression molding, and then the middle die is rotated 180 degrees and placed on a stripping frame for stripping treatment. The demolding process is complex, the treatment time is long, and the improvement of the production efficiency of enterprises is not facilitated.

The beneficial effects are that: compared with the prior art, the compression molding stripper provided by the invention has the following advantages:

2. The workbench provided by the invention is L-shaped, and workers can work at the L-shaped notch position, so that the workbench is safe and can effectively save occupied space.

starting a product ejection punch 14 to eject the compression molded product 3 upwards under the action of a product ejection hydraulic cylinder 15 to perform product demoulding; when the discharging hydraulic cylinder 15 is pushed upwards, the middle template 4 is kept at the original position, and the product 3 staying on the middle template 4 is pushed into the trough in a manual operation mode; the worker repeats the above-described actions.
