Abstract
本发明涉及一种座椅,具体涉及一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,包括座椅、椅背、扶手、脚踏以及套设在椅体和脚踏上的罩面,还包括靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊、扶手气囊、条形气囊、侧边气囊;所述罩面的面料由棉纤维、珍珠纤维、细旦腈和化纤长丝包缠织造后由整理液处理而成,整理过程为将织物置于温度为20‑28℃的整理液中,浸泡2小时,完成后堆放4‑6小时,烘干即得。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:罩面具有较好的抗菌抗皱、耐污性和易清洗性,在反复洗涤后,保持性良好;能够大大增加母亲哺乳时的舒适度,适应不同姿势,避免长时间制成引起的劳累,有助于产后健康恢复需要。

背景技术
母亲在给婴儿喂母乳时,需要保持一个特定的坐姿,并用双手托住婴儿,每次进行15-39分钟左右的哺乳,随着婴儿的体重升高,长时间的托举会导致母亲的手臂酸痛;为了缓解酸痛,母亲会选择盘坐在椅子上,利用腿部上的支撑力减轻婴儿压在手臂上的重量,但现有的椅子不便于母亲将腿部支起,不能充分发挥腿部的力量,特别是在母亲坐月子期间,长时间保持这样的坐姿可能会导致其他部位如颈椎的麻痹酸痛;为此,出现了如专利号为CN201610784680.X的专利,该专利介绍了一种哺乳椅,该哺乳椅在座椅上设置了一个脚架,以及一个婴儿放置台,此设计固然能有效帮助母亲缓解压力,但设计不够人性化,会使母亲和婴儿处于不舒适的状态,这样的专用座椅利用率也较低;当人躺在座椅上时,脚能否伸直对舒适度有较大的影响,而该专利在母亲想躺下时,脚伸直的情况下,无法提供支撑,在哺乳过程中,也可能会需要用单腿支撑进行哺乳,在这种情况下需要长时间翘腿或保持不舒适的姿势;此外,母亲累了会选择躺在椅背上,这时很多母亲会选择在椅背上放一个靠枕,目的是为了保护颈椎,但现有椅子的靠枕不能固定在椅背的一个便于母亲哺乳的位置,容易滑落,不能很好的保护母亲的颈椎,同样,由于母亲处于特殊时期,在保持坐姿时,腰部也容易劳累,甚至会积劳成疾,因此,相对于哺乳椅的功能性,舒适性更加重要;
此外,在哺乳过程中,容易弄脏座椅罩面,因此,罩面清洗次数较多,对罩面的抗菌能力和舒适度也有较高要求,但现有的布料通常在频繁的洗涤后抗菌性和舒适度就大幅度降低,不符合使用要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有功能性哺乳椅舒适度差、罩面包含耐洗涤罩面性差的问题,提供了一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,包括座椅、椅背、扶手、脚踏以及套设在椅体和脚踏上的罩面,所述座椅和脚踏底部设有木架,木架下方连接四个支撑脚;所述座椅上均匀分布若干座椅气囊,所述扶手上表面均匀分布若干扶手气囊;所述椅背前侧下方的中间部分均匀分布若干腰垫气囊,所述腰垫气囊外套设矩形腰垫,矩形腰垫内除腰垫气囊外的部分用密度为30的海绵填充,所述矩形腰垫两侧设有竖直设置的腰垫侧耳;所述椅背前侧靠上位置设有靠枕,所述靠枕上侧连接定位线,所述定位线的另一端在椅背后侧根据靠枕所需竖直高度调节固定;所述两个扶手内侧远离椅背的部分均设有连接带,一根连接带的末端设有方形通孔,另一根连接带的末端设有固定条,所述固定条末端设置若干卡扣,所述设有固定条的连接带底部设有与卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述固定条穿过方形通孔扣设于卡槽内;所述连接带中间部分均匀分布条形气囊,所述连接带远离椅背的一侧设有侧边气囊;所述脚踏上方设置两个脚踏气囊;所述脚踏、座椅、扶手上套设相应形状的罩面;
所述罩面的面料由棉纤维、珍珠纤维、细旦腈和化纤长丝包缠织造后由整理液处理而成,棉纤维、珍珠纤维、细旦腈和化纤长丝纤维重量比为6:2:3:2,整理液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚丙烯酸丁酯8-12份、壳聚糖3-4份、硅酸锌1-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8-1.2份、柠檬酸酯类化合物1.4-1.6份、环糊精1-2份、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.2-0.6份、α-氰代丙烯酸酯0.04-0.08份,整理液的质量浓度为8-16g/L;
整理过程为将织物置于温度为20-28℃的整理液中,浸泡2小时,完成后堆放4-6小时,烘干即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述棉纤维的支数为5000-6500米/克,珍珠纤维的细度为15-16tex;细旦腈为12-16tex的纱线,所述化纤长丝为9-9.5tex的纱线。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述柠檬酸酯类化合物为柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯或乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯中的一种。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述连接带与扶手连接的部分设有条形开槽,条形开槽内设有内兜,所述连接带在不使用时设于内兜内,所述用于扶手上罩面位于条形开槽外侧的部分设置拉链。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述条形气囊的纵截面为凹型结构,所述侧边气囊充气时高度为条形气囊最高处的1.2-1.6倍。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊、扶手气囊、条形气囊、侧边气囊均由控制模块分别控制充气量或放气量;不同的座椅气囊、扶手气囊、脚踏气囊、条形气囊和侧边气囊分别由不同的控制模块控制充气量或放气量。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊和扶手气囊、条形气囊、侧边气囊分别连接进气管和出气管,所述进气管和出气管分别设于相应位置的座椅内部,座椅内部的其他位置由海绵填充,所述座垫海绵厚度不少于10cm。

作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述支撑架底部均设有脚钉,能够增加摩擦力,并起到保护木基材料的作用。
所述定位线与椅背后侧由魔术贴或搭扣连固定;所述座椅前端为圆弧面,所述座椅长度长于扶手长度,扶手前端的座椅为突出部分,这部分增加了座椅面积,提高哺乳舒适度。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:
整理剂中环糊精和2,2-二羟甲基丙酸协同作用能促进整理剂快速作用于织物,同时能够有效避免整理剂中抗菌剂对皮肤产生刺激,形成稳定的包络物,能够有效提高面罩的耐洗度和抗菌性能,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、柠檬酸酯类化合物协同作用能使整理剂与织物的有效附着,面罩抗皱性好,舒适度高,加工方法简单,经反复清洗后抗菌效果保持性良好,对人体无毒、无刺激、无过敏反应;在常温条件下处理,不仅耗能更少,同时减少了整理后织物的纤维损伤率和失重率;聚丙烯酸丁酯、壳聚糖与α-氰代丙烯酸酯作用,能使整理后的织物具有较好的耐污性和易清洗性,稳定性较好,在反复洗涤后,保持性良好;
设有可调节的靠枕,根据产妇不同的高度调节位置,调节方便简单,易拆卸;配制脚踏,方便产妇起坐,方便产妇使用腿部支撑婴儿,缓解手臂压力,脚踏上两边设置脚踏气囊,并分别用不同的控制模块控制,可以实现单独调节某一边脚踏的高度,适应不同的哺乳姿势;脚踏的设计同时亦便于产妇在感到劳累保持躺姿时能自由的伸腿,提高舒适度;保证舒适度,利用率高,实用性高;增加脚钉的设计,提高哺乳椅和哺乳椅脚踏的耐用性,增大摩擦力,降低意外发生的概率;通过设置矩形腰垫,提高舒适度,调整了扶手与座椅的高度,适于放置手臂,在适当高度进行哺乳;靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊和扶手气囊的合理设置,能够使产妇根据自身身材和需求调节舒适的姿势,而连接带、条形气囊、侧边气囊的设置可以能够为婴儿提供较为舒适保护区域,能够缓解母亲的手臂劳累,同时适应婴儿头颈段生理曲线;座椅、椅背以及扶手的合理设置,能够大大增加母亲哺乳时的舒适度,适应不同姿势,避免长时间制成引起的劳累,有助于产后健康恢复需要。

根据国家标准GB/T 8629-2001选用A型洗衣机,3A洗涤程序、F型干燥程序,对整理后的罩面进行100次标准洗涤和干燥;按照上述方式检测,该罩面的总褶皱回复角为195度;对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为65.8%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为70.2%;测定罩面的沾水等级为1级,测定罩面的水接触角为53度。

根据国家标准GB/T 8629-2001选用A型洗衣机,3A洗涤程序、F型干燥程序,对整理后的罩面进行100次标准洗涤和干燥;按照上述方式检测,该罩面的总褶皱回复角为125度;对大肠杆菌的抑菌率为78.5%,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率为82.7%;测定罩面的沾水等级为2级,测定罩面的水接触角为88度。
通过对上述数据的分析,可知,本发明中面罩抗皱性好,舒适度高,加工方法简单,经反复清洗后抗菌效果保持性良好,对人体无毒、无刺激、无过敏反应;在常温条件下处理,耗能显著降低,操作方法简便;整理后的织物具有较好的耐污性和易清洗性,稳定性较好,在反复洗涤后,保持性良好。
除实验中所检测菌种,本发明中罩面对痢疾杆菌、伤寒杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌、淋球菌、白色念球菌等均具有较好的抑菌率及抑菌保持率。

Claims (10)
1.一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,包括座椅、椅背、扶手、脚踏以及套设在椅体和脚踏上的罩面,其特征在于,所述座椅和脚踏底部设有木架,木架下方连接四个支撑脚;所述座椅上均匀分布若干座椅气囊,所述扶手上表面均匀分布若干扶手气囊;所述椅背前侧下方的中间部分均匀分布若干腰垫气囊,所述腰垫气囊外套设矩形腰垫,矩形腰垫内除腰垫气囊外的部分用密度为30的海绵填充,所述矩形腰垫两侧设有竖直设置的腰垫侧耳;所述椅背前侧靠上位置设有靠枕,所述靠枕上侧连接定位线,所述定位线的另一端在椅背后侧根据靠枕所需竖直高度调节固定;所述两个扶手内侧远离椅背的部分均设有连接带,一根连接带的末端设有方形通孔,另一根连接带的末端设有固定条,所述固定条末端设置若干卡扣,所述设有固定条的连接带底部设有与卡扣相匹配的卡槽,所述固定条穿过方形通孔扣设于卡槽内;所述连接带中间部分均匀分布条形气囊,所述连接带远离椅背的一侧设有侧边气囊;所述脚踏上方设置两个脚踏气囊;所述脚踏、座椅、扶手上套设相应形状的罩面;
所述罩面的面料由棉纤维、珍珠纤维、细旦腈和化纤长丝包缠织造后由整理液处理而成,棉纤维、珍珠纤维、细旦腈和化纤长丝纤维重量比为6:2:3:2,整理液由以下重量份的组分制成:聚丙烯酸丁酯8-12份、壳聚糖3-4份、硅酸锌1-3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.8-1.2份、柠檬酸酯类化合物1.4-1.6份、环糊精1-2份、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸0.2-0.6份、α-氰代丙烯酸酯0.04-0.08份,整理液的质量浓度为8-16g/L;
整理过程为将织物置于温度为20-28℃的整理液中,浸泡2小时,完成后堆放4-6小时,烘干即得。
2.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述棉纤维的支数为5000-6500米/克,珍珠纤维的细度为15-16tex;细旦腈为12-16tex的纱线,所述化纤长丝为9-9.5tex的纱线。
3.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述柠檬酸酯类化合物为柠檬酸三丁酯、柠檬酸三辛酯或乙酰柠檬酸三辛酯中的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述连接带与扶手连接的部分设有条形开槽,条形开槽内设有内兜,所述连接带在不使用时设于内兜内,所述用于扶手上罩面位于条形开槽外侧的部分设置拉链。
5.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述条形气囊的纵截面为凹型结构,所述侧边气囊充气时高度为条形气囊最高处的1.2-1.6倍。
6.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊、扶手气囊、条形气囊、侧边气囊均由控制模块分别控制充气量或放气量;不同的座椅气囊、扶手气囊、脚踏气囊、条形气囊和侧边气囊分别由不同的控制模块控制充气量或放气量。
7.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述靠枕气囊、腰垫气囊、脚踏气囊、座椅气囊和扶手气囊、条形气囊、侧边气囊分别连接进气管和出气管,所述进气管和出气管分别设于相应位置的座椅内部,座椅内部的其他位置由海绵填充,所述座垫海绵厚度不少于10cm。
8.如权利要求7所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述海绵分为两层,上层不小于4cm,上层海绵密度为40,下层海绵密度为30。
9.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述靠枕气囊充气后的厚度为0-12cm;座椅气囊和扶手气囊充气后的高度为0-4cm;所述腰垫气囊充气后矩形部分的厚度为0-10cm、腰垫侧耳的厚度为0-6cm;所述脚踏气囊充气后的高度为0-10cm;所述条形气囊充气后凹槽部分高度为0-4cm、最高部分的高度为0-10cm;所述座椅气囊和扶手气囊在未充气状态时,扶手高于座椅14-18cm。
10.如权利要求1所述一种包含耐洗涤罩面的多用哺乳椅,其特征在于,所述支撑架底部均设有脚钉。
