Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a garden weeding apparatus for trimming a lawn to form a flat surface on the lawn to improve the appearance thereof. The garden weeding device includes a weeding body 100 and a handle 200, and the handle 200 is installed at the rear of the weeding body 100 in an inclined manner (a structure capable of adjusting the inclination angle can be set) for an operator to hold. The weeding body 100 is a main body part for cutting the lawn, and as shown in fig. 2, the weeding body 100 includes: the components of the shell 10, the knife tackle 20, the driving mechanism, the air suction pump 40, the road wheels 80 and the like. The housing 10 has a substantially cubic rectangular shape, the road wheels 80 are installed at both sides of the housing 10 to facilitate movement of the weeding body 100, and the bottom of the housing 10 is opened to allow a portion of the upper end of grass on a lawn to be cut to enter the housing 10 by a certain height. The housing 10 is surrounded by wall plates to define a collection chamber 12 for collecting cut grass, and the forward position of the housing 10 near the bottom thereof is surrounded by a top and an arc-shaped bent plate to define a cutting chamber 11, wherein the bottom of the cutting chamber 11 is open so that the upper end of grass is inserted therein. The knife group 20 is disposed in the cutting chamber and operates by the first power mechanism 50, and the knife group 20 operates to cut grass extending into the cutting chamber 11. A suction channel 30 is formed in the housing 10, the suction channel 30 having a cross-section that may be rectangular or shaped like a circle, the suction channel 30 having a first end communicating with the cutting chamber 11 and a second end communicating with the collection chamber 12. The suction pump 40 is used to make the suction channel 30 form a flow of air in the direction: from the first end of the pumping channel 30 to the second end of the pumping channel 30, the reason why the air flow formed in the pumping channel 30 is caused by the air pump 40 is that: the suction passage 30 is used for sucking air to the suction passage 30 directly or indirectly, so that negative pressure is formed in the cutting chamber 11, and thus external air enters the suction passage 30 through the cutting chamber 11 and enters the collection chamber 12 from the suction passage 30, so that an air flow flowing into the collection chamber 12 from the cutting chamber 11 is formed, and the air flow carries the grass clippings cut by the blade group 20 while flowing (it should be noted that the solid arrows in the drawings represent the flowing direction of the air flow, the hollow arrows represent the flowing direction of the grass clippings, and the air flow and the grass clippings are shown to flow separately, but actually the air flow and the grass clippings are mixed together), so that the grass clippings are collected by following the air flow from the cutting chamber 11 into the collection chamber 12 through the suction passage 30. Preferably, the suction channel 30 is a spiral channel, and the port of one end of the suction channel 30, which is communicated with the cutting chamber 11, is oriented to be consistent with the linear velocity direction of the rotation of the end of the blade 21 of the knife group 20.
The gardens weeding device that the above-mentioned embodiment disclosed has the advantage:
1. this device makes the grass bits get into collection chamber 12 along with the air current and accomplishes the collection, and does not rely on centrifugal force to throw the grass bits into collection chamber 12, like this, those grass bits that do not produce circular motion also can get into collection chamber 12 along with the air current via air exhaust passage 30, compare in prior art's weeding device, and is cleaner to the grass bits collection, and the grass bits that remain on the lawn are still less.
2. The generation of the air flow can reduce the adhesion of grass clippings to the walls of the cutting chamber 11.
3. The device absorbs the grass clippings by making airflow, and the shape and the extending direction of the air exhaust channel 30 can adopt diversified arrangement, so that the arrangement position and the arrangement shape of the collection chamber 12 are not limited.
The pump 40 can be positioned in a variety of ways, with the position and manner of placement of the pump 40 affecting the direction of flow into the collection chamber 12. As will be readily appreciated: the airflow within the chamber 12 needs to be released so that the air pressure within the chamber 12 remains relatively constant, thereby allowing the clippings to be more stably contained within the chamber 12.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, a detachable collection box 121 is provided in the housing 10, and the collection box 121 is formed inside with the collection chamber 12, so that when the grass clippings received in the collection box 121 reach a certain amount, the grass clippings in the collection box 121 can be poured out and emptied by taking out the collection box 121. In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the collecting box 121 has an openable upper lid 122 therein, the upper lid 122 is pivotally opened and closed, and an elastically deformable catching protrusion 151 is provided on the upper lid 122, and a pivotable catching hook 152 is provided on a side box plate of the collecting box 121, and the upper lid 122 is locked or the upper lid 122 is opened by the catching hook 152 cooperating with the catching protrusion 151. In this solution, as shown in fig. 2 in combination with fig. 3, a housing 10 defines a mounting cavity therein, the mounting cavity being defined by a plurality of walls, a collection box 121 being disposed in the mounting cavity and defining a gas buffer chamber 13 therebetween; the wall of the bottom of the mounting cavity is provided with an air guide port. In this solution, the air pump 40 is installed below the wall of the bottom of the installation cavity and is communicated with the gas buffer chamber 13 through the air guide port; the lateral and bottom box plates of the collection chamber 121 are each opened with a gas passing hole 1211 such that when the suction pump 40 is operated, the gas in the collection chamber 12 passes through the gas passing hole 1211 and is discharged through the suction pump 40.
The advantages of the above embodiment are:
1. the collection chamber 12 is surrounded by a collection box 121, and the collection box 121 is detachably disposed in the housing 10, so that the grass clippings can be poured out conveniently.
2. A gas passing hole 1211 is formed in a plate of the collecting chamber 121, and when the suction pump 40 is operated, gas enters the gas buffer chamber 13 through the gas passing hole 1211 and is discharged through the gas guide hole and the suction pump 40. By sucking the air in the collection chamber 12 through the air holes 1211 on the collection chamber 121, the air flow of the grass clippings in the collection chamber 12 is prevented from being taken out of the collection chamber 121 and the housing 10 to the greatest extent compared with the way of sucking the air through the air holes 1211.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the power source of the air pump 40 is separated from the power source of the knife tackle 20 (the power of the knife tackle 20 is the first power mechanism 50), that is: instead of having the air pump 40 share a single power mechanism with the knife block 20, the air pump 40 is driven by a second power mechanism 60. The advantages of separately providing power sources are: when the grass clippings increase and the airflow cannot completely take away the grass clippings, the cutting amount of the grass clippings can be reduced by independently controlling the first power mechanism 50, or the flow speed and the flow rate of the airflow can be increased by independently controlling the second power mechanism 60 to increase the operating power of the air suction pump 40, so that the grass clippings are accommodated in the collection chamber 12 as large as possible.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, the bottom of the casing 10 defines an exhaust chamber 14, the exhaust chamber 14 is located at the rear position of the casing 10, and exhaust holes 141 are opened at both sides of the casing 10 corresponding to the exhaust chamber 14; an outlet of the suction pump 40 communicates with the exhaust chamber 14. The advantages of this embodiment are: the gas is sent into the exhaust chamber 14 by the air pump 40, the gas in the exhaust chamber 14 is exhausted out of the housing 10 through the exhaust hole 141, since the exhaust hole 141 is opened at both sides of the housing 10, so that the gas is exhausted from both sides of the housing 10, and the advantage of this arrangement is that: if the exhaust hole 141 is not provided, the exhaust chamber 14 and the lawn form a relatively closed space, so that the air is exhausted disadvantageously, and the lawn corresponding to the position is impacted, and at the same time of the impact, the housing 10 is subjected to a reaction force to easily lift the rear part of the housing 10, which tends to affect the balance of the housing 10, and the air impacts the lawn and is ejected through the air between the lawns, which makes the flow velocity of the air extremely large, so that the grass clippings which are not collected are blown up and scattered in the air, so that the working environment of the operator is deteriorated, and the environment is affected.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 4, the cross section of the blades 21 of the blade set 20 is of a secondary bending structure to form an edge portion 211, a stacking portion 212 and a guiding portion 213 from bottom to top, the inclination angles of the edge portion 211, the stacking portion 212 and the guiding portion 213 are sequentially increased, the edge portion 211 is used for cutting lawn, the cut grass clippings are stacked and turned in the stacking portion 212 and flow to the guiding portion 213, and the grass clippings passing through the guiding portion 213 enter the air extraction channel 30 along with the air flow. The advantages of such an arrangement are: cutting portion 211 forms certain inclination with ground to make cutting portion 211 to cutting grass at the non-vertical state, like this, the grass bits that are cut off have upward movement's trend, and push away the portion 212 and make the grass bits constantly produce when upward movement and remove and pile up, this must increase the connection capacity between the grass bits, on the one hand, make the grass bits can not natural immerse the lawn root (if the root of the grass that immerses the lawn can influence the air current to the carrying capacity of grass bits, namely, this part grass bits is difficult to be taken away by the air current), on the other hand, make more grass bits can carry out circular motion (the grass bits do circular motion and take away the grass bits to the air current and also be favorable). And the flow guide 213 causes the grass clippings to move obliquely upward to be finally aligned with the port of the first end of the air-extracting passage 30, which is more advantageous in that the grass clippings enter the air-extracting passage 30 with the air flow.
In the present invention, the air exhaust channel 30 and the air exhaust pump 40 are arranged to smoothly store the grass clippings in the collection chamber 12, so as to solve the defects (mentioned in the background art, and not described herein), which exist in the weeding device in the prior art, however, when the grass clippings pass through the air exhaust channel 30 along with the air flow, a part of the grass clippings may be attached to the inner wall of the air exhaust channel 30, for example, when the sheet grass clippings are wet or adhered with an adhesive, the sheet grass clippings are easily attached to the inner wall of the air exhaust channel 30 when passing through the air exhaust channel 30, which increases the resistance of the air flow, and if the extension direction of the air exhaust channel 30 is changeable or the length of the air exhaust channel 30 is large, the difficulty of cleaning the inner wall of the channel is increased. Therefore, there is a need to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.
In order to overcome the above-mentioned disadvantages, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a section of the outer cylinder 90 is sleeved on the periphery of the air exhaust channel 30, the extending direction of the outer cylinder 90 is consistent with the air exhaust channel 30, and both ends of the outer cylinder 90 are closed, so that the outer cylinder 90 and the outer wall of the air exhaust channel 30 enclose a closed space 91, and the wall of the air exhaust channel 30 on the section surrounded by the outer cylinder 90 is provided with a plurality of air injection holes 31 (the extending direction of the air injection holes 31 is approximately perpendicular to the direction of the air flow passing through the air exhaust channel 30), and the air injection holes 31 are distributed at any position surrounded by the outer cylinder 90; the air pump 40 is further provided with another air outlet, an air inflation channel 70 is arranged between the air outlet and the outer cylinder 90, the air inflation channel 70 penetrates through the outer cylinder 90, so that a part of air passing through the air pump 40 enters the outer cylinder 90 through the air inflation channel 70, namely, enters the closed space 91, the air pressure in the closed space 91 is increased (compared with the air pressure in the air suction channel 30), the increased air pressure enables the air in the closed space 91 to be sprayed into the air suction channel 30 through the air injection holes 31 at a higher flow speed, in this way, the flow direction of the air flow sprayed into the air suction channel 30 through the air injection holes 31 is approximately vertical to the air flow passing through the air suction channel 30, the air flow sprayed into the air suction channel 30 through the air injection holes 31 can prevent grass clippings from approaching the inner wall of the air suction channel 30 on one hand, and on the other hand, the grass clippings adhered to the inner wall of the air suction channel 30 can be blown away from the inner wall, thereby effectively preventing grass clippings from adhering to the inner wall of the air exhaust passage 30 and solving the above problems.
It should be noted that: the amount of the air flowing into the enclosed space 91 through the air pump 40 is required to satisfy the requirement of not only preventing the grass clippings from adhering to the inner wall, but also not changing the flow direction of most of the air flow in the air exhaust passage 30 and keeping the air exhaust passage 30 at a negative pressure.
The above embodiments are only exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is defined by the claims. Various modifications and equivalents may be made by those skilled in the art within the spirit and scope of the present invention, and such modifications and equivalents should also be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
