Background

In order to solve the problem of batch test registration of corresponding terminal equipment, the invention provides a method for solving the problems of production test and terminal system registration based on an NB-IOT terminal, provides a relatively standard automatic registration scheme and flow, and can efficiently and stably realize batch construction of test registration; the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the method comprises two parts of a terminal product testing process and a construction intelligent registration process:
firstly, a terminal product testing process: after the terminal equipment completes the downloading test, the terminal equipment comprises an assembled coupling test, prints an IMEI equipment code of the terminal equipment, namely a terminal controller number, and pastes the IMEI equipment code on the corresponding terminal equipment; the specific operation is as follows:
a. downloading registration software on the terminal equipment, automatically acquiring an IMEI (international mobile equipment identity) equipment code of the terminal by the cloud, calling a network access interface and registering, sending a sensing parameter and a network parameter, and calling a cloud data query interface, thereby completing the network access registration of the terminal equipment;
b. the method comprises the steps that terminal equipment obtains key parameters and descriptions of current, voltage, power factor, electric quantity and temperature and humidity parameters of a terminal sensor, and SignalPower signal strength, SignalSnr signal-to-noise ratio, TxPower terminal transmitting power, Ecl signal coverage grade and CellD Cell location information of a cloud end reported by the terminal equipment;
c. the cloud terminal sends a service command, and the terminal equipment responds and uploads a test state to the cloud server; completing the PCBA state test of the terminal equipment, printing an IMEI equipment code and pasting the IMEI equipment code on the terminal equipment;
d. then, assembling the product of the terminal equipment, performing coupling test and uploading a test state to a cloud server, thereby completing the online state test of the terminal equipment;
secondly, construction intelligent registration process: the specific operation is as follows:
a. operating construction registration APK mobile phone terminal software, scanning the equipment code of the current construction to-be-installed terminal equipment to obtain the IMEI equipment code of the current equipment;
b. scanning and uploading longitude and latitude coordinate information strictly at the street lamp position, and filling corresponding street lamp numbers; so as to associate the IMEI equipment code of the current equipment, the number of the street lamp pole and the corresponding longitude and latitude coordinate information;
c. binding and sending three parameters of an IMEI equipment code, a street lamp post number and corresponding longitude and latitude coordinate information of the current equipment to a cloud server;
d. the cloud updates fixed parameter information such as an organization area, street lamp height information and various safety setting thresholds in combination with specific implementation projects;
e. and all the terminal equipment are constructed and installed, and the terminal equipment is uniformly electrified to carry out system joint debugging.
The beneficial effects of the invention adopting the technical scheme are as follows: the traditional comprehensive tester is avoided, registration test and IMEI equipment code printing are carried out on the terminal equipment before leaving the factory, manual input is avoided during construction, the terminal equipment can be unified and batched, efficiency and accuracy are greatly improved, and cost and development period are saved.

d) then, assembling the product of the terminal equipment, performing coupling test and uploading a test state to a cloud server, thereby completing the online state test of the terminal equipment;
secondly, construction intelligent registration process: the specific operation is as follows:
