Abstract
The clamp type battery tab clamp device comprises a clamp body, a pair of current sheets, a pair of voltage sheets and a fixing piece, wherein the clamp body comprises a pair of clamping sheets matched with each other and a torsion spring arranged between the two clamping sheets, the two clamping sheets are connected with the torsion spring through a pin, the front ends of the clamping sheets are clamping ends for clamping battery tabs, and the rear ends of the clamping sheets are fixing ends for inserting the fixing piece; the two current sheets are respectively arranged at the clamping ends of the two clamping sheets and are oppositely arranged; the two voltage sheets are respectively arranged at the clamping ends of the two clamping sheets and are positioned at the outer ends of the corresponding current sheets, and the end parts of the two voltage sheets are inwards folded to form a folded edge for clamping the battery lug; the gap between the two turndown edges and the gap between the two current sheets are used as clamping areas for inserting the battery lugs. The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the device has the advantages of convenient replacement operation, high compression joint reliability and small contact resistance, and is suitable for charging and discharging various soft package polymer power batteries.

Background
The clip type clamp is an important basic component in polymer power battery formation and capacity separation equipment, and consists of a current sheet and a voltage sheet. The over-current capacity of the clamp can be increased or reduced by increasing or reducing the area of the current sheet, and reliable connection between the battery tab and the charging and discharging power supply can be realized under the conditions of not damaging the surface of the battery pole piece and being convenient to clamp. However, the existing clamp has the defects of inconvenient mold changing, cost-effective damage to the surface of the battery tab and the like.

The invention aims to solve the defects of inconvenient mold changing, cost-effective damage to the surface of a battery tab and the like of the existing clamp, and provides a clamp type battery tab clamp device which is convenient to replace and operate, high in crimping reliability, small in contact resistance and suitable for charging and discharging various types of soft-package polymer power batteries.

The inner end surfaces of the clamping ends of the clamping pieces are provided with wedge-shaped inclined surfaces, wherein wedge-shaped gaps with gradually reduced thickness from the clamping ends to the fixed ends are reserved in opposite arrangement, when the battery lugs are not clamped, the clamping ends of the two clamping pieces are opened, and when the fixing pieces are plugged in, the clamping ends of the two clamping pieces clamp the battery lugs; the thickness of the wedge-shaped gap is defined as the distance between the inner end surfaces of the two clamping pieces.
The voltage plates are arranged in parallel with the corresponding current plates, and a gap is reserved between the voltage plates and the corresponding current plates.
And a plurality of bulges which are used for being contacted with the battery lugs are distributed on the inner end surfaces of the current sheets opposite to each other.
The bulges are round table type bulges.
The edge of the turnover edge is zigzag and is used for being contacted with the battery lug.
The fixed end is provided with a rotating shaft which is convenient for inserting the fixing piece, the rotating shaft is arranged at the tail end of the fixed end along the width direction of the clamping piece, and a gap for inserting the fixing piece is reserved between the two parallel rotating shafts.
The fixing piece is a bolt which can be inserted into a gap between the two rotating shafts, the bolt is sequentially divided into an insertion tip, an insertion section and a tail end from the head to the tail along the axial direction of the bolt, and the outer diameter of the insertion section of the bolt is gradually increased from the head to the tail along the axial direction of the bolt.
The clamp opening (namely the clamping end) of the clamp type clamp is in an open state under the normal condition, and when the battery pole piece stretches into the clamp opening, the rear end fixing end of the clamp is inserted by the bolt to enable the clamping end at the front end of the clamp to be closed, so that the battery pole piece is clamped. The 2 voltage sheets are positioned on the surface of the current sheet, the contact surface adopts a saw-tooth structural design, poor contact can be prevented when foreign matters exist on the surface of the battery pole piece, and the 2 voltage sheets are adopted to enable voltage detection to be more reliable. The clip type clamp device of the invention can be applied to the current range of 12A-80A.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the device has the advantages of convenient replacement operation, high compression joint reliability and small contact resistance, and is suitable for charging and discharging various soft package polymer power batteries.

embodiment 1 the clamp device for the clamp type battery tab of the invention comprises a clamp body 1, a pair of current sheets 2, a pair of voltage sheets 3 and a fixing piece 4, wherein the clamp body 1 comprises a pair of clamping sheets 11 which are matched with each other and a pin shaft 12 arranged between the two clamping sheets, the two clamping sheets are hinged through the pin 12, the front ends of the clamping sheets 11 are clamping ends for clamping the battery tab, and the rear ends of the clamping sheets are fixing ends for inserting the fixing piece; the two current sheets 2 are respectively arranged at the clamping ends of the two clamping sheets and are oppositely arranged; the two electric pressing sheets 3 are respectively arranged at the clamping ends of the two clamping sheets and are positioned at the outer ends of the corresponding current sheets, and the end parts of the two electric pressing sheets 3 are inwards folded to form a folded edge 31 for clamping the battery lug; the gap between the two folded edges 31 serves as a clamping area for inserting the battery tab.
The inner end surfaces of the clamping ends of the clamping pieces 11 are provided with wedge-shaped inclined planes 111, wherein wedge-shaped gaps 112 with gradually reduced thickness from the clamping ends to the fixed ends are reserved on the two wedge-shaped inclined planes 111 in a relative manner, when the battery lugs are not clamped, the clamping ends of the two clamping pieces are opened, and when the fixing pieces are plugged in, the clamping ends of the two clamping pieces clamp the battery lugs; the thickness of the wedge-shaped gap is defined as the distance between the inner end surfaces of the two clamping pieces.
The voltage plates 3 are arranged in parallel with the corresponding current plates 2, and a gap is reserved between the voltage plates and the corresponding current plates.
The inner end surfaces of the current sheets 2 opposite to each other are provided with a plurality of protrusions 21 for contacting with the battery lugs.
The protrusion 21 is a truncated cone-shaped protrusion.
The edge of the turnup edge 31 is zigzag for contacting with the battery tab.
The fixed end is provided with a rotating shaft 13 which is convenient for inserting the fixing piece, the rotating shaft 13 is arranged at the tail end of the fixed end along the width direction of the clamping piece, and a gap for inserting the fixing piece is reserved between the two parallel rotating shafts.
The fixing piece 4 is a bolt which can be inserted into a gap between two rotating shafts, and the bolt is sequentially divided into an insertion tip, an insertion section and a tail end from the head to the tail along the axial direction of the bolt, wherein the outer diameter of the insertion section of the bolt is gradually increased from the head to the tail along the axial direction of the bolt.
The clamp opening (namely the clamping end) of the clamp type clamp is in an open state under the normal condition, and when the battery pole piece stretches into the clamp opening, the rear end fixing end of the clamp is inserted by the bolt to enable the clamping end at the front end of the clamp to be closed, so that the battery pole piece is clamped.
