Abstract
The application discloses a sounding device for an elastic key, wherein a key seat is arranged on the elastic key through a sleeve joint cavity, the bottom of a key core is adjacent to the elastic key, the top of the key core extends out of the key seat, and the key core can be pressed to apply force on the elastic key; and a sounding structural member is arranged between the key seat and the key core. The sounding structural member comprises a tension spring and a connecting arm, wherein a clamping hook is arranged at the top of the connecting arm, and a sounding base is arranged at the bottom of the connecting arm; the middle part of the key core is provided with a sound emitting cavity, and one side of the key core is provided with a side window; the connecting arm passes through the side window and is built in the sounding cavity, one end of the tension spring is arranged on the sounding base of the connecting arm, and the other end of the tension spring is propped against the top of the sounding cavity. Technical Field
The application relates to the field of keys, in particular to a sound generating device for an elastic key.
Background
Traditional elastic keys (e.g., membrane keys) have a very wide application range, and such keys trigger a switch signal when being struck or pressed, and rebound by the elastic material of the keys. The problem with this kind of elastic button is that, when striking or pressing, because there is not micro-motion shell fragment switch structure of mechanical button, the elastic button hardly has the striking sound of section sense, and the triggering process is soft and continuous yet, and the feel is relatively poor. If the traditional elastic key is to be improved in sounding, the technology is quite complex, the cost is too high, and the possibility of implementation is basically unavailable in the technical field. Aiming at the current situation, the technical problem to be solved by the innovation is to provide an external device which can be arranged outside an elastic key and provides the pressing function of paragraph sense and sounding.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application aims to provide a sound generating apparatus that can be directly mounted on an elastic key to achieve a crisp striking effect.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the scheme of the application is as follows: the sounding device comprises a key seat and a key core nested in the key seat, wherein the bottom of the key seat is a sleeved cavity, the key seat is arranged on the elastic key through the sleeved cavity, the bottom of the key core is adjacent to the elastic key, the top of the key core extends out of the key seat, and the key core can be acted on the elastic key by pressing; and a sounding structural member is arranged between the key seat and the key core.
The sounding structural member comprises a tension spring and a connecting arm, wherein a clamping hook is arranged at the top of the connecting arm, and a sounding base is arranged at the bottom of the connecting arm;
the middle part of the key core is provided with a sound emitting cavity, and one side of the key core is provided with a side window; the connecting arm penetrates through the side window and is arranged in the sounding cavity, one end of the tension spring is arranged on the sounding base of the connecting arm, and the other end of the tension spring is propped against the top of the sounding cavity;
the top of the clamping hook of the connecting arm is an upper slope surface;
when the key core is not pressed, the upper slope part of the clamping hook is contacted with the inner side of the top of the side window, and the lower horizontal part of the clamping hook is contacted with the top of the key seat, so that the connecting arm is in a hanging state;
when the key core is pressed down, the upper slope part of the clamping hook is extruded at the top of the side window of the key core, so that the clamping hook moves towards the inner side of the key core, the tension spring is continuously extruded for energy storage, meanwhile, the distance between the sounding base of the connecting arm and the sounding cavity bottom of the key core is continuously increased until the clamping hook is separated from the top of the key seat when the key core descends to a critical position, and the sounding base and the sounding cavity bottom strike for sounding under the action of the tension spring.
Preferably, the two sides of the key core are provided with movable buckles, the two sides of the key seat are provided with protruding clamping grooves, when the key core is embedded into the key seat, the buckles are clamped into the clamping grooves, and the key core moves up and down within the limiting range of the clamping grooves.

The application will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and to specific examples.
As shown in fig. 1-7, the embodiment of the present application is a sound generating device for an elastic key, the sound generating device includes a key seat 1, a key core 3 nested in the key seat 1, a socket cavity 6 is formed at the bottom of the key seat 1, the key seat 1 is mounted on the elastic key 2 through the socket cavity 6, the bottom of the key core 3 is adjacent to the elastic key 2, the top of the key core 3 extends out of the key seat 1, and the key core 3 can be pressed to apply force on the elastic key 2; a sounding structural member 5 is arranged between the key seat 1 and the key core 3.
The sounding structural member 5 comprises a tension spring 504 and a connecting arm 502, wherein a clamping hook 501 is arranged at the top of the connecting arm 502, and a sounding base 503 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting arm 502;
the middle part of the key core 3 is provided with a sound generating cavity 301, and one side of the key core 3 is provided with a side window 302; the connecting arm 502 passes through the side window 302 and is arranged in the sounding cavity 301, one end of the tension spring 504 is arranged on the sounding base 503 of the connecting arm 502, and the other end is propped against the top of the sounding cavity 301;
the top of the hook 501 of the connecting arm 502 is an upper slope surface;
when the key core 3 is not pressed, the upper slope part of the hook 501 contacts with the inner side of the top of the side window 302, and the lower horizontal part of the hook 501 contacts with the top of the key seat 1, so that the connecting arm is in a hanging state;
when the key core 3 is pressed down, the top of the side window 302 of the key core 3 presses the upper slope part of the hook 501, so that the hook 501 moves towards the inner side of the key core 3, the tension spring 504 is continuously pressed for energy storage, meanwhile, the distance between the sounding base 503 of the connecting arm 502 and the bottom of the sounding cavity 301 of the key core 3 is continuously increased until the key core 3 descends to a critical position, the hook 501 is separated from the top of the key seat 1, and the sounding base 503 and the bottom of the sounding cavity 301 strike and sound under the action of the tension spring 504.
For better fixing the key core, two sides of the key core 3 are provided with movable buckles 303, two sides of the key seat 1 are provided with convex clamping grooves 7, when the key core 3 is embedded into the key seat 1, the buckles 303 are clamped into the clamping grooves 7, and the key core 3 moves up and down within the limit range of the clamping grooves 7. When the key core is inserted into the key seat through the buckle, the key core can move up and down in a designated area in the key seat and cannot pop up.
In order to fix the tension spring, a slotted hole 505 is arranged at the lower part of the connecting arm 502, and the lower half part of the tension spring 504 is embedded into the slotted hole 505;
the bottom of the sounding cavity 301 is provided with a fixed convex column 304, and the upper half part of the tension spring 504 is clamped on the fixed convex column 304. The upper part of the tension spring is fixed through the fixing convex column, and the lower part of the tension spring is fixed through the slotted hole, so that the tension spring can be effectively prevented from loosening in the extrusion process.

Through inserting the sounding base in the sounding card on the sounding cavity, sounding card can effective fixed connection arm, lets sounding base at appointed regional level activity, increase and decrease stability.
In order to better realize the limiting function, the sounding card 305 has a triangular structure, and the sounding groove 506 has a trapezoid structure.

When the key core is pressed down, the side window on the key core extrudes the sounding structural member to move downwards, namely the clamping hook moves downwards to the inner side of the key core, the tension spring is in a compressed state, when the key core descends to a critical position, the lower horizontal part of the clamping hook is separated from the top of the key seat, and the sounding groove of the sounding base and the sounding card at the bottom of the sounding cavity are hit under the action of the tension spring to make crisp sounds (the state of fig. 5 to the state of fig. 6); the key core continues to move downwards until the elastic key is fully pressed (the state of fig. 7); after the elastic button is loosened, the elastic button automatically rebounds to drive the key core, the key cap and the sounding structural member to reset.
The application has simple structure, can be directly arranged on the elastic key, is suitable for the application of the traditional film keyboard, and has stronger section sense and crisp knock sound in the pressing process; the sounding key has the advantages of simple structure, low production cost, good adaptability, high installation speed, crisp sounding and long service life.
