The design of umbrella-shaped structure frame realizes the adjustability of the diameter of the main coil and the serial coil. The guide supporting block is arranged on the supporting baffle plate, and the wire cake can be conveniently taken by utilizing the height gap of the guide supporting block. The rotating base comprises a rotating body and a lifting frame, and the lifting frame is arranged at the lower part of the rotating body.
