The invention provides a head-mounted device.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in an embodiment of the present invention, a head-mounted apparatus includes an apparatus main body 1, a face mount 2, and a protector 3; the device main body 1 is provided with a perspective mirror 11; the face-attaching bracket 2 is connected with the equipment main body 1 and surrounds the perspective mirror 11, and a visual cavity 21 is formed by surrounding the face-attaching bracket 2; the protection member 3 is detachably accommodated in the visual cavity 21 and shields and protects the see-through lens 11.
It should be noted that the head-mounted device in this embodiment is specifically a VR device, but other head-mounted devices, such as AR, may also apply to the technical solution of the present invention. In this embodiment, the main body 1 of the head-mounted device includes a housing 12 having an inner cavity, and if the direction facing the human face in use is taken as the rear direction, two see-through lenses 11 corresponding to the human eyes and arranged at intervals are embedded on the rear end surface of the housing 12, a face-attached bracket 2 is formed around the see-through lenses 11 and extends backward on the rear end surface of the housing 12, a viewing cavity 21 is formed by the face-attached bracket 2 surrounding the see-through lenses 11, and the viewing cavity 21 allows the human eyes to see the contents in the see-through lenses 11. Usually, the outer edge of the opening of the visual cavity 21 is in an arc shape fitting the face, and the outer edge is further annularly provided with soft face-fitting foam 22 to increase the wearing comfort of the head-mounted device. In addition, in the present embodiment, the face foam 22 is inclined backward in the direction toward the center of the opening of the viewing cavity 21, and the inclination angle is smaller than 90 degrees, so that the face foam 22 can form a certain barrier effect on the protection member 3 placed in the viewing cavity 21, and the protection member 3 is not easy to fall out of the viewing cavity 21. However, in actual use, since the perspective lens 11 is usually a convex lens, under the irradiation of light, the perspective lens 11 will focus and irradiate the light to the inside of the device body 1, thereby causing a situation that the internal screen is burned out; meanwhile, due to the reasons of the process, the see-through lens 11 is usually made of transparent plastic materials, and the abrasion resistance of the plastic materials is greatly different from that of glass, and the condition that the lens is prone to generating scratches is easily caused by long-time use of touch or friction, so that the use experience of a user is reduced.
In this embodiment, since the head-mounted device is provided with the protection member 3, and the protection member 3 can be detachably accommodated in the visual cavity 21 to shield and protect the see-through lens 11, when the user uses the head-mounted device, the protection member 3 can be placed in the visual cavity 21, and at this time, the see-through lens 11 is protected by the protection member 3, so that light, dust and the like can be effectively blocked, thereby preventing the burning of the internal screen caused by light focusing, and meanwhile, the protection member 3 can reduce the problem of lens flowering of the see-through lens 11 to a certain extent; when the user needs to use the head-mounted device, the protector 3 is simply removed from the viewing cavity 21. In other words, the above process shows that the protection member 3 of the head-mounted device has the advantages of dust prevention, sun protection, friction prevention, simple structure, convenient use, and repeated use.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, in order to facilitate taking and placing and reduce the wear of the lens 11, the protection member 3 is preferably made of a soft material, and the material thereof may be further preferably foam. Of course, in other embodiments, the protection member 3 may be made of other soft materials, such as but not limited to silicone or soft plastic. However, in the embodiment, compared with the silica gel or the soft plastic, the protection member 3 made of the soft foam can not only effectively protect the lens 11, but also has the advantages of light weight, low mold opening cost, easy manufacture, high recycling rate, and the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, a lint (not shown) may be attached to the surface of the protector 3. It can be understood that when the surface of the protection member 3 is covered with the lint, not only the appearance of the protection member 3 can be more beautiful, but also the friction of the protection member 3 on the surface of the see-through lens 11 can be further reduced, and when there is dirt and dust on the surface of the see-through lens 11, the lint can also wipe the surface of the see-through lens 11, so that the protection member 3 can also have a certain cleaning function.
Referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, further, there is a gap between the protector 3 and the see-through lens 11. The presence of the gap can reduce the possibility that the soft protector 3 rubs against the see-through lens 11, thereby further preventing the occurrence of the flowering of the see-through lens 11.
Referring also to fig. 5, the protection member 3 is preferably provided with a clearance groove 31 corresponding to the see-through lens 11, but in other embodiments, the protection member 3 may not be provided with the clearance groove 31, and the protection member 3 may be positioned and clamped in the viewing cavity 21 at a position where a gap is formed between the front surface of the protection member 3 and the surface of the see-through lens 11. Specifically, a clearance groove 31 is provided on the front surface of the protector 3 corresponding to each of the two see-through lenses 11. Furthermore, a gap is formed between the bottom surface of the clearance groove 31 and the see-through mirror 11, and a gap is formed between the inner wall surface of the clearance groove 31 and the outer peripheral edge of the see-through mirror 11, in other words, the area of the clearance groove 31 is larger than that of the see-through mirror 11, so that when the protection member 3 is installed in place, neither the bottom surface nor the inner wall surface of the clearance groove 31 is in contact with the see-through mirror 11, and the probability that the protection member 3 rubs against the see-through mirror 11 is greatly reduced.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the ratio of the depth of the clearance groove 31 to the thickness of the protection member 3 is preferably in the range of 1/2 to 1/3. It can be understood that if the depth of the clearance groove 31 is too shallow, the bottom surface of the clearance groove 31 is likely to rub the surface of the see-through lens 11, while if the depth of the clearance groove 31 is too deep, the overall structure of the protection member 3 is likely to be affected, and the dustproof and sunscreen performance of the protection member 3 is reduced, and when the ratio of the depth of the clearance groove 31 to the thickness of the protection member 3 is in the range of 1/2 to 1/3, a better overall protection performance can be obtained.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, further, the outer edge of the protector 3 abuts against the inner wall surface of the visual cavity 21 adjacent to the bottom surface. It will be appreciated that, since the protector 3 is a soft body, and the edge thereof has a certain elasticity, when the outer edge of the protector 3 abuts against the inner wall surface of the visual cavity 21 adjacent to the bottom surface, the protector 3 can be inserted and locked in the visual cavity 21, so that the protector 3 can be positioned and locked in the visual cavity 21 and is not easy to fall out.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, in this embodiment, the protection member 3 is provided with a first magnetic attraction member 32, the apparatus body is provided with a second magnetic attraction member 13, and the protection member 3 is positioned and accommodated in the viewing cavity 21 by attracting the first magnetic attraction member 32 and the second magnetic attraction member 13 to each other. The first magnetic element 32 is a magnet, and the second magnetic element 13 is a magnetic material sheet, such as an iron sheet. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and the magnet may be provided on the apparatus body, and the magnetic material sheet may be provided on the protective member 3, or in other embodiments, the protective member 3 and the apparatus body may be positioned by a snap structure or the like. Specifically, in order to balance the magnetic attraction positioning effect, at least two magnets are preferably arranged and distributed at intervals; as shown in fig. 1 and 5, in the present embodiment, the magnet is provided with three pieces, two of which are located on both sides of the protector 3 in the longitudinal direction and the other of which is located in the middle. Here, in order to obtain suitable magnetic attraction, the magnet is preferably provided in the protective member 3 at a convex portion protruding from the bottom surface of the clearance groove 31, and is adjacent to the front end surface of the convex portion, and the iron piece is provided in the inner side surface of the rear side plate of the housing 12, so that the magnet and the iron piece are attracted to each other through a thin plastic shell, which can meet the positioning and mounting requirements of the protective member 3, and can prevent the magnetic attraction between the protective member 3 and the device body from being too strong to affect the taking-out of the protective member 3. In the in-service use process of protector 3, after the user finishes using, can be with in the protector 3 suitable bending is in order to block into visual chamber 21 to through its outer fringe and the interior wall butt of visual chamber 21, and magnetic attraction between magnet and the iron sheet, and realize the location fixed, whole structural design does not have the block structure of stereoplasm, thereby has not harm the complete machine outward appearance, gets to put protector 3 very convenient, and the advantage of easy and with low costs of operation structure.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
