In the present embodiment, the bypass structure 46 extends from the mounting position of the outlet motor 30 to the side of the air conditioner. Above-mentioned structure has been left and has made things convenient for the motor to take out the air-out motor from the side of air conditioner from the passageway of the side dismantlement of air conditioner, and air-out motor and drive box do not take place any interference at the dismantlement in-process, make things convenient for the dismantlement maintenance of motor to detect.
In the present embodiment, the driving box 40 is disposed on a side of the air outlet motor 30 away from the bottom case 10 and opposite to the bottom case 10; the bottom of the driving box 40 close to the air outlet motor 30 is provided with an inward concave avoiding groove, and the avoiding groove forms an avoiding structure 46. That is, when the air conditioner is installed on a wall surface, the driving box 40 is located right in front of the outlet motor 30. The avoiding groove is simple in structure and convenient to process. Preferably, the groove wall of the avoiding groove is in an arch structure. The arch structure is convenient to process and reduces the manufacturing cost. Of course, the shape of the groove wall of the relief groove is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the air outlet motor 30 and the driving box 40 are both mounted on the boss 11. The boss 11 has increased the height, can be easy to assemble drive box and air-out motor.
In the present embodiment, both sides of the drive cassette 40 located at the escape groove are mounted on the boss 11. Therefore, the driving box can be conveniently installed on the boss, and the fixing is firmer and more stable.
In this embodiment, the air outlet motor 30 is mounted on one boss 11 of the two bosses 11, and a mounting position 115 for mounting the air outlet motor 30 is provided on one side of the boss 11 close to the driving box 40. The mounting position 115 is convenient for mounting an air outlet motor, and the structure of the driving box is simplified. Preferably, the mounting locations 115 are mounting grooves. The mounting groove is matched with the shape of the air outlet motor.
The operation process that the motor carries out the inspection and maintenance is explained below, the drive box is installed in the one side that is close to the air conditioner in the air-out motor in front, the bottom that is close to the air-out motor of drive box has the arch recess of dodging, dodge the recess and form the dismantlement passageway of dismantling the air-out motor from the side of air conditioner, when carrying out inspection and maintenance to the air-out motor, at first dismantle the curb plate, dismantle the electrical apparatus box again, expose the motor end cover this moment, dismantle the screw of fixed motor end cover, take off the motor end cover and can dismantle the air-out motor promptly. Above-mentioned structure takes the in-process of motor out from the side of air conditioner, and the drive box does not take place any interference with the motor, has greatly made things convenient for the dismantlement maintenance of motor to detect, need not dismantle outward appearance spare part when the maintenance detects the motor, very conveniently dismantle the motor, alleviateed maintainer's work load.

Claims (14)

1. An air conditioner comprising:
a bottom shell (10);
the air outlet motor (30) is detachably arranged on the bottom shell (10);

the driving box (40) is installed on the bottom shell (10), and an avoiding structure (46) on a path for detaching and moving the air outlet motor (30) is reserved on the installation of the driving box (40) on the bottom shell (10);

the bottom shell (10) is provided with a boss (11) protruding towards one side where the driving box (40) is installed, and the air outlet motor (30) and the driving box (40) are installed on the boss (11);
one side of the boss (11) close to the driving box (40) is provided with a mounting position (115) for mounting the air outlet motor (30).
2. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the bypass structure (46) extends from a mounting position of the outlet motor (30) to a side of the air conditioner.
3. The air conditioner according to claim 2, wherein the bottom of the driving box (40) near the air outlet motor (30) is provided with an avoiding groove which is recessed inwards, and the avoiding groove forms the avoiding structure (46).
4. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 3, wherein a groove wall of the escape groove has an arch structure.
5. The air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein both sides of the driving case (40) located at the escape groove are mounted on the boss (11).
6. The air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the mounting location (115) is a mounting groove.

The air conditioner according to claim 3, wherein at least one mounting portion is formed on the boss (11), at least one fitting mounting portion which is fitted with at least one mounting portion in a one-to-one correspondence is provided on the driving box (40), and the mounting portion is engaged with the fitting mounting portion or is in threaded fit with the fitting mounting portion.

The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein when the mounting portion is engaged with the engaging mounting portion, the mounting portion is a engaging hole (111), the engaging mounting portion is a engaging buckle (41) engaged with the engaging hole (111), or the mounting portion is an engaging buckle, and the engaging mounting portion is an engaging hole engaged with the engaging buckle.

The air conditioner according to claim 8, wherein when the mounting portion is the locking hole (111), the number of the locking holes (111) is two, the two locking holes (111) are spaced apart in the width direction of the bottom case (10), and the two locking holes (111) are formed in the upper portion of the boss (11) and are engaged with a locking protrusion (41) formed in the bottom of the driving case (40).

Air conditioner according to claim 9, characterized in that two said snap holes (111) are formed on the top and/or side of said boss (11) and adapted to cooperate correspondingly with said catches (41) formed by outwardly projecting studs on the bottom and/or side walls in the mounted state of said drive box (40).
11. Air conditioner according to claim 10, characterized in that one of said snap holes (111) is formed on the inner side of said boss (11) and is adapted to cooperate with said catch (41) on the rear side wall in the mounted state of said drive box (40).

The air conditioner according to claim 7, wherein when the mounting portion is screw-fitted with the fitting mounting portion, the mounting portion is a screw hole (112) or a screw post, and the fitting mounting portion is a screw hole (42) screw-fitted with the screw hole (112) or the screw post.
13. The air conditioner according to claim 12, wherein a side wall of the driving case (40) has an outwardly protruding mounting lug thereon, and the screw hole (42) is formed on the mounting lug.
14. The air conditioner according to any one of claims 5 to 13, wherein the number of the bosses (11) is two, two bosses (11) are respectively formed at both ends of the bottom case (10) in the length direction thereof, one driving case (40) is provided on each boss (11), and the outlet motor (30) is installed on one boss (11) of the two bosses (11).
