The sleeve 4 is connected with a supporting piece 5 with elasticity, a gap is formed between the upper end of the supporting piece 5 and the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2, and when the sleeve 4 moves upwards, the upper end of the supporting piece 5 can prop against the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the support 5 includes a spool 7 and a small spring 8 sleeved on the spool 7, the spool 7 is axially disposed along the body 1, a guide hole is axially disposed through the guide post 4b, the lower end of the spool 7 passes through the guide hole, the lower end of the small spring 8 acts on the connection part of each connecting piece 4c and the guide post 4b, the upper end of the small spring 8 acts on the spool 7, and the spool 7 always has a trend of approaching to the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2 under the action of the elastic force of the small spring 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the spool 7 includes a cylindrical body 7a and a sealing piece 7b, the sealing piece 7b being attached to the upper end of the body, the sealing piece 7b abutting against the lower end face of the packing 2 and closing the lower orifice of the upper center hole of the sealing piece 7b when the ferrule 4 moves upward. The column body 7a sequentially comprises a head portion 7a1, a rod portion 7a2 and a tail portion 7a3 from top to bottom, the rod portion 7a2 penetrates through a guide hole in the guide column 4b, the small spring 8 is sleeved on the rod portion 7a2, the upper end of the small spring 8 is propped against the lower end face of the head portion 7a1, the tail portion 7a3 is in a barb shape, and the tail portion 7a3 is buckled on the lower end face of the guide column 4b under the action of the elastic force of the small spring 8.
As shown in fig. 1 and 5, the upper end face of the head 7a1 is provided with a positioning protruding head 7a11, the longitudinal section of the positioning protruding head 7a11 is T-shaped, a sealing sheet 7b is sleeved on a part with smaller outer diameter of the positioning protruding head 7a11, the outer edge of the sealing sheet 7b extends out of a part with larger outer diameter of the positioning protruding head 7a11, the upper end edge of the sealing sheet 7b is provided with a sealing part 7b1 protruding in an annular shape, the central hole of the sealing gasket 2 and the sealing part 7b1 are coaxial, the inner diameter of the sealing part 7b1 is smaller than the aperture of the central hole of the sealing gasket 2, a gap is reserved between the upper end face of the sealing part 7b1 and the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2, and when the cylinder 4a moves upwards against the elastic force of the large spring 6, the upper end face of the sealing part 7b1 abuts against the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2. In order to increase the contact area when the upper end surface of the seal portion 7b1 abuts against the lower end surface of the gasket 2 and to improve the sealing effect, an annular protruding piece is provided on the outer peripheral side of the upper end of the seal portion 7b 1.
As shown in fig. 1, after the automatic water discharge connector is installed on the water outlet of the faucet 9, when the water pipe 10 is not connected, the lower end of the cylinder 4a of the ferrule 4 is extended out of the water outlet end 1b of the body 1 under the elastic force of the large spring 6, in this state, although the spool 7 always has a tendency to move upwards under the elastic force of the small spring 8, at this time, the elastic force of the large spring 6 is opposite to the elastic force of the small spring 8, so that a gap is formed between the upper end face of the upper sealing part 7b1 of the sealing piece 7b and the lower end face of the sealing gasket 2.
As shown in fig. 2, if water is accumulated in the tap 9 after the tap 9 is closed, the water in the tap 9 flows into the water inlet end 1a of the body 1 under the gravity and acts on the upper end surface of the sealing pad 2, and although the sealing pad 2 has elasticity, the self elasticity of the sealing pad 2 is smaller than the self gravity of the water accumulated in the tap 9, so that after the impact of the water, the center of the sealing pad 2 is deformed downwards, the upper end surface of the sealing pad 2 is separated from the compression ring, and thus, the central hole on the sealing pad 2 is opened, and the water enters the water outlet end 1b of the body 1 through the central hole on the sealing pad 2 and flows outwards from the water outlet end 1b, that is, the water accumulated in the tap 9 is drained, thereby preventing the tap 9 from freezing due to the water accumulated in the inside. When the water is drained, the sealing gasket 2 is reset upwards under the action of the self elastic force, and the upper end surface of the sealing gasket 2 is propped against the compression ring again to shield the central hole on the sealing gasket 2.
As shown in fig. 3, when the automatic water drain connector is connected with the water pipe 10, the water pipe 10 will press the cylinder 4a of the ferrule 4 inwards against the elastic force of the large spring 6, which is equivalent to the upward movement of the ferrule 4 relative to the spool 7. After the water pipe 10 is connected, the end face of the water pipe 10 abuts against the end face of the water outlet end 1b of the body 1, the position of the clamping sleeve 4 is fixed, and the valve column 7 moves upwards under the action of the elastic force of the small spring 8, so that the upper end face of the sealing part 7b1 on the sealing piece 7b abuts against the lower end face of the sealing pad 2, that is, the elastic force of the small spring 8 acts on the sealing pad 2. When the tap 9 is opened, water in the tap 9 enters the water inlet end 1a of the body 1, and at this time, the pressure of the water is larger than the self elastic force of the sealing gasket 2 plus the elastic force of the small spring 8, so that the center of the sealing gasket 2 is deformed downwards to open the center hole of the sealing gasket 2, and the water enters the water outlet end 1b of the body 1 and finally flows into the water pipe 10.
As shown in fig. 4, when the tap 9 is closed, the sealing gasket 2 is restored under the action of the self elastic force, and at the same time, the elastic force of the small spring 8 is acted on the sealing gasket 2 again, and the sealing gasket 2 is abutted against the compression ring again, so that the central hole on the sealing gasket 2 is closed. At this time, even if water exists in the tap 9 and enters the water inlet end 1a of the body 1, the gravity of the water is smaller than the elasticity of the sealing gasket 2 and the elasticity of the small spring 8, so that the water is isolated in the water inlet end 1a of the body 1. Meanwhile, water is remained in the water pipe 10, external air can enter the body 1 through the air inlet hole 1c, and the upper end face of the sealing gasket 2 is abutted against the compression ring to seal the upper port of the central hole of the sealing gasket 2, so that the external air can only enter the water pipe 10 along the water outlet end 1b of the body 1, and the residual water in the water pipe 10 is discharged, so that the water pipe 10 is prevented from being frozen. After the residual accumulated water in the water pipe 10 is emptied, the water pipe 10 is removed to restore the automatic water discharging connector to a state of not being connected with the water pipe 10, so that the water remained in the water tap 9 can be automatically discharged according to the steps.
Example two
The present embodiment is basically the same in structure and principle as the first embodiment, except that: in the present embodiment, the support 5 is a support spring, the lower end of which is inserted on the guide post 4b, and the lower end face of which abuts on the upper end face of each connecting piece 4 c. The support piece 5 is a support spring, the existence of each connecting sheet 4c enables the setting of the clamping sleeve 4 not to influence normal water outlet, and meanwhile, the setting of the guide column 4b enables the support spring to be inserted on the guide column 4b to be connected with the clamping sleeve 4, so that the matching relation between the support piece 5 and the sealing gasket 2 can be changed through the change of the position of the clamping sleeve 4, and therefore, the automatic water draining connector can realize automatic draining of residual water in the water pipe 10 when the water pipe 10 is connected so as to prevent the water pipe 10 from freezing, and realize automatic draining of residual water in the water tap 9 when the water pipe 10 is detached so as to prevent the water tap 9 from freezing.
