本发明公开了一种木纹板材,属于装饰器材领域,解决现有技术中木材木强度不够,易损,易腐蚀的技术问题,本发明提供的木纹板材包括木皮层,木皮层的底面粘连有金属层,木皮层上设有镂空部,金属层上设有对应镂空部的冲压凸起。

本发明涉及一种木纹板材。
【背景技术】
现有的装饰板材多由木材切割制造而成,但是树木的成长周期长,需要减少树木的使用,而且纯木强度不够,易损,易腐蚀。
【发明内容】
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种木纹板材,减少木材的使用,达到更环保的效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种木纹板材,包括木皮层,所述木皮层的底面粘连有金属层,所述木皮层上设有镂空部,所述金属层上设有对应镂空部的冲压凸起。
进一步的,所述金属层包括若干相粘连的金属板。
进一步的,所述金属板为染色金属板。
进一步的,所述若干金属板中上一层金属板的冲压凸起设有打磨孔,下一层金属板的冲压凸起位于所述打磨孔中。
进一步的,所述金属板的表面设有拉毛部,所述拉毛部和木皮层之间通过胶体粘连。
进一步的,所述木皮层的表面设有油漆层。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的木纹板材,通过木皮和金属组合复合材料,减少木材的使用,且使用金属对木皮形成支撑,强度更高,不易损坏、不易腐蚀和虫蛀,并降低了制造成本,本材料可以用于镜框,装饰材料,家电外壳,汽车内饰,家居外装用料,手机壳等。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合本发明实施例的附图对本发明实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
参考图1和图2所示,一种木纹板材,包括木皮层1、木皮层1的底面粘连有金属层3,木皮层1上按照设计激光雕刻设有镂空部11,金属层3上设有对应镂空部11的冲压凸起2,冲压凸起2与木皮层1的表面平齐,冲压凸起2在木皮层1的表面形成花纹。木皮层1的厚度为0.2mm-0.4mm。本发明通过木皮和金属组合复合材料,减少木材的使用,且使用金属对木皮形成支撑,强度更高,不易损坏、不易腐蚀和虫蛀,并降低了制造成本,本材料可以用于镜框,装饰材料,家电外壳,汽车内饰,家居外装用料,手机壳等。
其中,金属层3包括若干粘连的金属板;金属板的厚度为0.4mm-0.7mm。若干金属板中上一层金属板的冲压凸起设有打磨孔,下一层金属板的冲压凸起位于所述打磨孔中。例如,金属板3包括第一金属板31和第二金属板32,第一金属板的冲压凸起21对应在镂空部11中,第一金属板的冲压凸起11上设有打磨孔4,第二金属板的冲压凸起22位于打磨孔4中。通过该结构可以设置出多种纹路的花纹。且通过多快金属板叠加,在粘合前金属板按照设计更容易弯折定型,又保证了整体的强度。
采用的金属板为染色金属板,可以制作出多彩的花纹。金属板为铝皮、铜皮等有色金属材料。
在金属板的表面设有拉毛部,拉毛部和木皮层1之间通过胶体粘连。各金属板的粘合面之间也设有拉毛部,通过设置拉毛部增强粘合面之间的附着力,增强使用的寿命。
在木皮层1的表面设有油漆层,油漆层可以起到防蛀、装饰美观和延长寿命的作用。

1.一种木纹板材,其特征在于:包括木皮层,所述木皮层的底面粘连有金属层,所述木皮层上设有镂空部,所述金属层上设有对应镂空部的冲压凸起。
2.如权利要求1所述的木纹板材,其特征在于:所述金属层包括若干相粘连的金属板。
3.如权利要求2所述的木纹板材,其特征在于:所述金属板为染色金属板。
4.如权利要求2所述的木纹板材,其特征在于:所述若干金属板中上一层金属板的冲压凸起设有打磨孔,下一层金属板的冲压凸起位于所述打磨孔中。
5.如权利要求2所述的木纹板材,其特征在于:所述金属板的表面设有拉毛部,所述拉毛部和木皮层之间通过胶体粘连。
6.如权利要求1至5之一所述的木纹板材,其特征在于:所述木皮层的表面设有油漆层。
