Abstract

一种蒸汽清洁器,高温高压的水蒸气流经手持的喷头部分,从B处到D处,喷头5内部是变化横截面的,从大到小,再放大,利用文丘里效应,C处产生负压,吸管6从清洁剂容器7中吸入清洁剂,清洁剂与蒸汽自动混合,混合蒸汽通过喷头喷嘴喷出,(D处),投射到待清洁的表面。此种辅助清洁方式比以前的单独水蒸气或者单独清洁剂应用更高效。

本发明涉及厨房用或者其他家用蒸汽清洁器/机,是在蒸汽清洁器的手持喷头部分增加投放清洁剂装置, 在蒸汽离开喷嘴前,自动混合清洁剂。
背景技术
灶台和抽油烟机表面有轻微或者严重的油污,可以用化学清洁剂喷洒,再用抹布擦拭,获得清洁表面;也 可以用高温高压的水蒸汽去冲刷灶台和抽油烟机表面,然后抹布擦拭,获得清洁表面。对于严重的油污, 单一化学清洁剂或者高温高压的水蒸汽都不能高效快捷的辅助完成清洁任务。
近似技术:未正式生效的专利,专利名称---蒸汽清洁器,专利号---2013800242822,提出利用重力或者 泵向蒸汽中投放清洁剂用于地板或者其它待清洁表面。
发明内容
由电加热蒸汽发生器产生高温高压的水蒸气,(举例2-5bar水蒸气,温度100-140摄氏度),由电磁阀或 者机械阀控制,高温高压水蒸气通过连接蒸汽发生器的柔性蒸汽管线到达手持喷头/喷枪部分,进入刚性 气管,刚性气管是变化横截面的,从大到小,再放大,利用文丘里效应(意大利物理学家文丘里Giovanni Battista Venturi),在截面由小变大时,气流周围产生吸力。连接清洁剂容器到刚性气管,清洁剂随着 蒸汽喷射被吸入蒸汽中自动混合,混合蒸汽通过喷头喷嘴喷出,投射到待清洁的表面。然后抹布擦拭,获 得清洁表面。此种辅助清洁方式比以前的单独水蒸气或者单独清洁剂应用更高效。
发明重点在于手持喷头部分增加清洁剂容器,利用文丘里效应,清洁剂被蒸汽流吸取以及混合,然后投射 到要清洁的表面。

---实施方式说明,
1)蒸汽发生器1中加入自来水或者纯净水;
2)清洁剂容器7中加入清洁剂;
3)器具通电,蒸汽发生器受电加热产生高温高压水蒸汽;
4)打开电磁阀或者机械阀2,蒸汽进入蒸汽软管3;蒸汽从A处到达B处;
5)蒸汽进入刚性气管5,在刚性气管内部遇到流通截面变化,变小再变大。
6)蒸汽从喷嘴(刚性气管5外露端)喷出(D处),利用文丘里效应(可参看图2),在吸管6(C处) 产生负压(吸力)从清洁剂容器7中吸入清洁剂,清洁剂进入刚性气管5,与蒸汽混合,一起从喷 嘴喷出(D处)。
7)手握手持部分4,控制蒸汽喷射到要清洁的表面。
8)蒸汽和清洁剂共同作用表面污垢,然后用抹布抹干净。

Claims (4)

1.一种蒸汽清洁器,高温高压的水蒸气流经手持的喷头部分,从B处到D处,喷头5内部是变化横截面的,从大到小,再放大,利用文丘里效应,C处产生负压,吸管6从清洁剂容器7中吸入清洁剂,清洁剂与蒸汽自动混合,混合蒸汽通过喷头喷嘴喷出,(D处),投射到待清洁的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洁器,清洁剂容器和喷头紧紧相连或者喷头穿过清洁器容器,结构紧凑。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洁器,清洁剂的供给不是通过泵或者清洁剂自身重力,而是蒸汽产生的负压,自动吸入清洁剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽清洁器,喷头5内部是变化横截面的,从大到小,再放大,可以是一体的形成内部截面变化,也可以是2个或者3个相连的零件组合实现变化截面;利用文丘里效应,产生负压。
