本发明涉及一种挤胶枪,采用镂空枪筒、可调节推拉杆及硬软胶筒复合结构技术,直观控制施胶过程,达到提高施工质量、降低包装材料成本、降低事故发生率、减少玻璃胶包装废弃物产生量的目的。

一种挤胶枪
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤胶枪,特别涉及一种采用镂空枪筒、可调节推拉杆的挤胶枪。
背景技术
随着中国城市化进程的加速推进,建筑规模、旧建筑维护更新面积不断扩大,建筑功能、装修档次逐渐提高,约占建筑密封胶市场份额40%的硅酮密封胶需求量将持续增长,特别在建筑节能、防水、装饰装修和建筑幕墙等工程中,具有良好的发展前景,预计2020年硅酮密封胶需求量将达到20.9万吨。硅酮密封胶包装材料的使用量、需求量极大。
现有大量使用的挤胶枪一般用于挤出硬胶筒中的硅酮密封胶,外壳为硬质的塑料筒或纸筒,仅能一次性使用,每年丢弃的玻璃胶的硬壳包装数量已达一百万吨以上,造成极大的资源浪费、环境污染。硬胶筒的优点是使用方便;缺点是密封性能要求高,其底盖需要具有呼吸功能,才能适应环境温度的变化,因而制造加工的材料及精度要求极高;底盖只能单向运动,因而仅能作为一次性产品使用;由于温度、变形等因素,底盖极易发生漏气现象,因而极易导致玻璃胶变质;消耗材料多,相同填装量的胶筒相比,软胶筒较塑料胶筒节省70%的材料,塑料硬胶筒的材料成本较高;塑料硬胶筒废弃物属于环境不可降解物,对自然环境的污染、危害极大;硬胶筒的分选及收集,需要耗费大量的人力、物力、财力及运输资源;硬胶筒的处理过程需要消耗大量的资源,产生对人体和环境有害的物质。
市场现有软胶筒包装的结构胶,因其密封性能好、产品不容易变质,主要作为玻璃胶的高端品种通过包含胶筒的专用大型挤胶枪使用,但其成本较高、使用不方便、必须配备专用的挤胶枪,因此开发结合软胶筒特点的使用方便的挤胶枪值得研究。
目前,市场上常见的玻璃胶枪包括手动胶枪、气动胶枪、电动胶枪。操作人员需要用手握着玻璃胶枪,扳动扳机手动压出胶体。但是在操作过程中,胶筒内的胶体存量无法直观看出,软胶筒发生卷袋及破损现象无法及时发现,而且工作结束时对挤胶枪封头等的清洁处理极不方便。
因此如何解决上述现有技术存在的问题,走出惯性思维的误区,成为该领域研究的难点。
发明内容
本发明是为解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种挤胶枪,采用镂空枪筒及可调节推拉杆技术,直观控制施胶过程,达到提高施工质量、降低包装材料成本、降低事故发生率、降低玻璃胶包装废弃物产生量的目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术措施实现的:
一种挤胶枪,该挤胶枪由枪支架、推拉杆、活塞、枪筒连接管座、枪筒、封头及驱动装置组成,其特征在于:所述的枪筒上有一个或多个镂空孔洞,所述的推拉杆为伸缩式推拉杆。
所述的封头与枪筒采用可拆卸结构连接,包括但不限于螺纹、卡扣、翻盖式旋转扣与卡扣组合连接方式。
所述的伸缩式推拉杆具有锁定功能,采用类似伸缩管、伸缩拖把、雨伞伸缩伞柄等的伸缩锁定结构。
所述的枪筒与枪筒连接管座采用可拆卸结构或焊接连接方式。
所述的驱动装置是指手动、电动或气动装置,用于推动推拉杆及固定于推拉杆上的活塞进行挤胶作业。
所述的枪筒连接管座与枪支架采用定位销钉固定连接。
所述的封头设有出胶口,使用时打开封头,将软胶筒放入枪筒,然后剪开软塑包装后,将带有喷嘴的活动盖与封头的出胶口螺纹连接。然后利用驱动装置推动推拉杆及固定于推拉杆上的活塞,使玻璃胶挤出喷嘴。挤完玻璃胶后,打开封头取出软胶筒的软塑包装,再使推拉杆往后运动,装入新的软胶筒,重新开始新的挤胶作业过程。
所述的软胶筒充装玻璃胶并与枪筒密切贴合。
所述的枪筒上的镂空孔洞采用圆形或非圆形形状。
所述的封头与枪筒内径相同。
所述的枪筒、枪支架、活塞、推拉杆、封头采用非金属或金属材料。
所述的软胶筒采用铝塑复合膜或其他复合膜。
本发明未说明的技术特征采用现有公知挤胶枪技术进行配套。
本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:
1、与现有一次性硬胶筒相比,活塞的制造及使用要求降低,使用灵活方便,且能反复使用多次;镂空枪筒能直观观察硬胶筒内底盖的运动情况及软胶筒中玻璃胶的使用情况,有助于及时发现软胶筒卷袋及破损现象;施胶完毕后,通过结构设计无需拆卸结构,即能方便取出软胶筒的软塑包装,对挤胶枪封头部位的清洁处理方便、有效;
2、由于软胶筒的阻隔作用,玻璃胶对枪筒的腐蚀及磨损大为减轻,枪筒的使用寿命大为延长;
3、相比一次性硬胶筒,玻璃胶的质量有了可靠的保证,有效保证了施工质量及产品质量;
4、采用本发明的技术,中国年玻璃胶硬壳废弃物减少量可达97万吨以上,间接的节约效果更加突出,节约了大量的人力、物力、财力,经济、社会、环境效益显著;
5、有助于建立资源节约型、节能环保型社会,产品具有广阔的应用前景。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本技术方案作进一步详细描述。
实施例1:
如图1所示,一种挤胶枪,该挤胶枪由枪支架1、推拉杆2、活塞5、枪筒连接管座3、枪筒4、封头6及驱动装置组成,所述的枪筒4上有一个或多个镂空孔洞7,所述的推拉杆2采用伸缩式推拉杆且具有锁定功能。
所述的驱动装置采用手动扳机结构,包括圆杆推进器15及其配套弹簧11、扳机10、复位压杆12及压杆弹簧14等。
所述的封头6与枪筒4采用可拆卸结构连接,包括但不限于螺纹、卡扣、翻盖式旋转扣与卡扣组合连接方式。
所述的枪筒4与枪筒连接管座3采用可拆卸结构或焊接连接方式。
所述的驱动装置是指手动、电动或气动装置,用于推动推拉杆及固定于推拉杆上的活塞进行挤胶作业。
所述的枪筒连接管座3与枪支架1采用定位销钉13固定连接。
所述的封头6设有出胶口8,使用时打开封头6,将软胶筒放入枪筒4,然后剪开软塑包装后,将带有喷嘴的活动盖与封头6的出胶口螺纹连接。然后利用驱动装置推动推拉杆2及固定于推拉杆2上的活塞5,使玻璃胶挤出喷嘴。挤完玻璃胶后,打开封头6取出软胶筒的软塑包装,再使推拉杆2往后运动,装入新的软胶筒,重新开始新的挤胶作业过程。
所述的软胶筒充装玻璃胶并与枪筒密切贴合。
所述的枪筒4上的镂空孔洞7采用圆形或非圆形形状。
所述的封头6与枪筒4内径相同。
所述的枪筒4、枪支架1、活塞5、推拉杆2、封头6采用塑料材料。
所述的软胶筒采用铝塑复合膜。
本发明未说明的技术特征采用现有公知挤胶枪技术进行配套。
