One end of the first return spring 43 remote from the contact plate 42 projects into the recess. Thereby, the position of the first return spring 43 can be made more stable.
According to some embodiments of the application, the ejection device 6 comprises: an ejector block 61 and an elastic member 62. Alternatively, the elastic member 62 may be a spring. An ejector block 61 is provided in the firing chamber 21, the ejector block 61 being capable of abutting against the deformation fitting 3. The elastic member 62 is provided between the inner wall of the case body 2 and the ejector block 61. For example, the rear end of the elastic member 62 may be coupled to the inner wall of the case body 2, the front end of the elastic member 62 may be coupled to the rear end of the ejector block 61, and the elastic member 62 may be configured to always push the ejector block 61 toward the ejection outlet 22. Specifically, before the deformation fitting 3 is launched, the elastic member 62 is in a compressed state, and after the trigger member 5 is triggered, the ejection block 61 pushes the deformation fitting 3 to move toward the launching outlet 22 under the pushing of the elastic member 62.
Specifically, the ejector block 61 is provided with a cavity 611, the cavity 611 has an opening formed at one end of the ejector block 61 remote from the deformation fitting 3, and the other end of the elastic member 62 extends into the cavity 611. When the deformation fitting 3 is installed in the firing chamber 21, the elastic member 62 is in a compressed state of energy storage, so that the ejector block 61 has a tendency to move forward.
For example, referring to fig. 7, an opening of the cavity 611 is formed at the rear end of the ejector block 61, and the front end of the elastic member 62 protrudes into the cavity 611. Specifically, the cavity 611 may be formed by a portion of the rear end surface of the ejector block 61 being recessed forward. The front end of the elastic member 62 may be stopped against the inner wall of the cavity 611 opposite to the opening, and the rear end of the elastic member 62 may be stopped against the inner wall of the housing 202. Thus, the position of the elastic member 62 can be made more stable, and the structure of the wristwatch-type launching toy 100 can be made more compact.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the watch body 2 includes a base 201 and a case 202, the case 202 is connected to the base 201, and the emission outlet 22 is formed on a side wall of the case 202. For example, the emission outlet 22 may be formed on a front sidewall of the housing 202.
Specifically, the ejection device 6 is movably arranged in the seat 201, one of the ejection device 6 and the seat 201 is provided with a guide slide block 612, the other of the ejection device 6 and the seat 201 is provided with a slide groove 25, and the guide slide block 612 extends into the slide groove 25 to be matched with the slide groove 25.
Specifically, the ejector 6 is movable back and forth in the housing 201. When the guide slide block 612 is arranged on the ejection device 6, the base 201 is provided with a sliding groove 25, and when the guide slide block 612 is arranged on the base 201, the sliding groove 25 is arranged on the ejection device 6. For example, in one embodiment of the present invention, the guide slider 612 is provided on the lower surface of the ejector 6, the slide groove 25 is provided in the seat 201, and the slide groove 25 may extend in the front-rear direction. Thereby, the movement direction of the ejection device 6 can be limited, and the ejection device 6 is prevented from deviating in the movement process, so that the elastic device can be ensured to apply forward thrust to the deformation fitting 3, and the deformation fitting 3 can be ensured to move forward to eject the ejection chamber 21.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the watch-type launching toy 100 further includes a catch member 7, the catch member 7 having a locked state in which it engages the deformation fitting 3 and a released state in which it disengages from the deformation fitting 3, the trigger member 5 being associated with the catch member 7 to control the catch member 7 to switch between the locked state and the released state. Specifically, when the deformation fitting 3 is installed in the emission chamber 21, the lock catch 7 may cooperate with the deformation fitting 3 to lock the deformation fitting 3 in the emission chamber 21, preventing the deformation fitting 3 from sliding out of the emission chamber 21. After triggering the trigger piece 5, for example, after pressing the trigger piece 5 downwards, the trigger piece 5 can control the locking piece 7 to be disengaged from the deformation fitting 3 so as to enable the locking piece 7 to be in a release state, and the deformation fitting 3 is unlocked, so that the deformation fitting 3 can be ejected out of the emission cavity 21 under the pushing of the ejection device 6.
For example, after the trigger piece 5 is pressed downwards, the trigger piece 5 can control the unlocking device 4 to trigger the unlocking part 30 of the deformation fitting 3 to unlock the deformation fitting 3, the locking piece 7 is switched from the locking state to the releasing state, the locking piece 7 is disengaged from the deformation fitting 3, and meanwhile, the trigger piece 5 can control the ejection device 6 to apply thrust to the deformation fitting 3, so that the deformation fitting 3 moves towards the emission outlet 22 and ejects the emission cavity 21.
Specifically, referring to fig. 7 to 9, the locker 7 includes: a mounting bracket 71 and two cartridges 72. The mounting frame 71 is provided in the watch body 2, a through hole 713 is provided in the mounting frame 71, and one end (e.g., the front end in fig. 7) of the ejector 6 is inserted into the through hole 713, whereby the moving direction of the ejector 6 can be further defined by the through hole 713.
Further, a stopper 63 is provided on the upper surface of the ejector block 61, and referring to fig. 7 to 9, the stopper 63 is provided adjacent to the rear end of the ejector block 61, and the stopper 63 is higher than the through hole 713. Thus, when the ejector block 61 moves forward, the stopper 63 can be stopped by abutting against the upper plate body of the through hole 713.
The two holders 72 may be symmetrically disposed on both left and right sides of the through-hole 713, that is, the two holders 72 are disposed opposite to each other. Each of the clamping seats 72 is provided with a clamping hook 721, the deformation fitting 3 is provided with a clamping groove 341 matched with the clamping hooks 721, and the two clamping seats 72 can move in the directions of approaching to each other and moving away from each other so that the clamping hooks 721 are matched with or separated from the clamping grooves 341. For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, the hooks 721 may disengage from the slots 341 when the two receptacles 72 are moved in a direction toward each other. It will be appreciated that in another embodiment of the present invention, the hooks 721 may be disengaged from the slots 341 when the two receptacles 72 are moved away from each other.
For example, in some embodiments of the invention, the mounting frame 71 may include an upper mounting frame 711 and a lower mounting frame 712, the lower mounting frame 712 being disposed below the upper mounting frame 711. The mounting 71 may be secured to the housing 202 by screws. Specifically, the housing 202 has a mounting position matching with the upper mounting bracket 711, the housing 202 has a screw post protruding upward, and the lower mounting bracket 712 has a counter bore 7121 corresponding to the screw post. The upper mounting bracket 711 is provided with two accommodating portions 7111 for accommodating the card holder 72, and the two accommodating portions 7111 are located on the left and right sides of the through hole 713. The top of the two accommodating portions 7111 and the side adjacent to the through-hole 713 are opened so that the touch piece 5 cooperates with the card holder 72 to move the two card holders 72 in directions approaching each other and moving away from each other.
In assembly, the upper mounting bracket 711 may be placed in the mounting position, the card holder 72 may be placed in the accommodating portion 7111, and the lower mounting bracket 712 may be mounted on the housing 202 and fastened by a screw. Simple structure and convenient assembly.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the trigger piece 5 is disposed above the mounting frame 71 and can move up and down relative to the mounting frame 71, two protruding feet 52 are disposed on the trigger piece 5, the protruding feet 52 are in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping seats 72, and when the trigger piece 5 moves down, the protruding feet 52 push the corresponding clamping seats 72 to move so that the hooks 721 are disengaged from the clamping grooves 341. For example, refer to fig. 7 and 10. The projecting leg 52 is provided with a first guide surface 521 on a side surface thereof opposite to the corresponding card holder 72, and the first guide surface 521 extends obliquely upward in a direction approaching the card holder 72. The card seat 72 is provided with a second guide surface 722 matched with the first guide surface 521 on the surface opposite to the corresponding convex leg 52. The second guide surface 722 extends obliquely upward in a direction away from the boss 52.
When the trigger piece 5 is not pressed, a certain distance is reserved between the protruding pin 52 and the corresponding clamping seat 72, that is, when the trigger piece 5 is not triggered, the protruding pin 52 is not contacted with the corresponding clamping seat 72. When the trigger 5 is pressed downward, the first guiding surface 521 on the protruding leg 52 is pressed together with the second guiding surface 722 on the corresponding card seat 72, so as to drive the two card seats 72 to move away from each other, so that the hook 721 is disengaged from the slot 341, and the locking member 7 is switched to the unlocking state.
Specifically, a second return spring 73 is provided between the holder 72 and the mount 71. Referring to fig. 10, a mounting post 723 is provided on a side of the cartridge 72 adjacent to the mounting bracket 71, and a second return spring 73 is sleeved on the mounting post 723. When the two holders 72 are moved in a direction away from each other, the second return spring 73 is compressed in an energy storage state, and when the touch member 5 is released, the two holders 72 are moved in a direction approaching each other by the second return spring 73 to be restored.
Specifically, after the deformed fitting 3 ejects the emission cavity 21, the front end of the ejection block 61 extends into the through hole 713 and is in a state of extending into the emission cavity 21, when the deformed fitting 3 is installed in the emission cavity 21, the deformed fitting 3 is first contacted with the ejection block 61, and at this time, the deformed fitting 3 needs to be slightly pressed towards the direction close to the clamping seat 72 with force, so that the deformed fitting 3 presses the ejection block 61 until the clamping groove 341 of the deformed fitting 3 is clamped with the clamping hook 721 of the clamping seat 72 after the clamping seat 72 is pressed, and the filling is completed. In this state, the ejector block 61 is in the retracted state under the restriction of the deformation fitting 3, and the elastic member 62 is compressed in the stored energy state. When the trigger piece 5 is pressed down, the two clamping seats 72 move towards the direction away from each other, the clamping hooks 721 are separated from the clamping grooves 341, so that the locking piece 7 releases the locking connection of the deformation fitting 3, and the ejection block 61 rapidly stretches into the emission cavity 21 under the pushing of the elastic piece 62 to eject the deformation fitting 3.
Further, a bottom plate 26 is provided between the housing 202 and the base 201. The bottom plate 26 may be fixed to the top of the seat 201 by screws. The bottom plate 26 and the shell 202 define a transmitting cavity 21 therebetween, at least one protruding rib 261 is arranged on the bottom plate 26, the protruding rib 261 extends along the moving direction of the deformation fitting 3, and the height of the unlocking part 30 is smaller than the height of the protruding rib 261. Wherein the ribs 261 may be one or more. The bead 261 extends in the front-rear direction. For example, in the example of fig. 3, two ribs 261 are provided, the two ribs 261 are substantially parallel, and a slot for the unlocking portion 30 to move is formed between the two ribs 261. Thereby, when the deformation fitting 3 is mounted in the emission chamber 21, the deformation fitting 3 can be stopped against the rib 261, so that the unlocking portion 30 can be prevented from being triggered by contact with the bottom plate 26.
Specifically, the bottom plate 26 may be provided with a through hole 262, and the through hole 262 is opposite to the unlocking protrusion 4121. When the trigger 5 is pressed, the tilting end 412 of the tilting plate 41 is tilted upward, and the unlocking protrusion 4121 passes through the through hole 262 to contact with the unlocking portion 30 to perform deformation unlocking on the deformation fitting 3, but the deformation fitting 3 is in an undeformed state due to the space limitation of the emission cavity 21 although the deformation fitting 3 is deformed and unlocked due to the limitation of the emission cavity 21. After ejection of the deformation fitting 3 from the firing chamber 21, the deformation into the deployed configuration is due to the lack of space constraints.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the deformation fitting 3 includes a fixing member and a plurality of expansion members, the plurality of expansion members are folded on the fixing member to form a folded configuration, the unlocking portion 30 is provided on the fixing member, and after the unlocking portion 30 is triggered, the plurality of expansion members are expanded relative to the fixing member, and the deformation fitting 3 is deformed from the folded configuration to the expanded configuration.
Specifically, the deployment element comprises: at least one moving member and at least one rotating member. For example, the deployment member may include one moving member and one rotating member, or one moving member and a plurality of rotating members, or a plurality of moving members and one deployment member. For example, in one embodiment of the invention, the deployment element includes a moving element and a plurality of rotating elements.
The moving member is telescopically arranged on the fixed member, and a spring can be arranged in front of the moving member and the fixed member. One of the moving parts is provided with a first locking part matched with the fixed part, when the deformed fitting 3 is in a folded form, the moving part is matched with the unlocking part 30 through the first locking part, and when the unlocking part 30 is triggered, the first locking part is separated from the unlocking part 30. The rotating member is connected with the fixed member through the rotating shaft and the torsion spring, the rotating member is provided with a second clamping member, when the deformed fitting 3 is in a folded form, the second clamping member on the rotating member is matched with the rotating member or the moving member adjacent to the rotating member, and when the unlocking part 30 is triggered, the second clamping member is separated from the rotating member or the moving member adjacent to the second clamping member.
In one embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 11-15, the deformation fitting 3 includes a head 31, a shoulder 32, a hand 33, a foot 34, and a body 35, wherein the body 35 is a fixed member, the head 31, the shoulder 32, and the hand 33 are rotating members, and the foot 34 is a moving member. The engaging groove 341 engaged with the engaging hook 721 of the engaging seat 72 is provided on the sole of the foot 34. The body 35 is composed of a front plate 351 and a rear plate 352, the upper part of the rear plate 352 is exposed, a rotating shaft is arranged at the upper end of the body 35, the head 31 is connected to the rotating shaft, and when the body is in a folded state, the head 31 rotates towards the rear plate 352 and is accommodated in the exposed position of the rear plate 352. The head 31 is locked to the leg 34 by the second locking member a. The second locking member a includes a positioning groove 361 and a positioning projection 362, the positioning groove 361 is formed at the top of the head 31, the positioning projection 362 is formed at a position of the foot 34 opposite to the head 31, and when the deformation fitting 3 is in the folded configuration, the positioning projection 362 of the foot 34 extends into the positioning groove 361, thereby restricting the head 31 from rotating under the action of the torsion spring. In the unfolded state, the head 31 is turned flush with the trunk 35 forming the head 31 of the robot.
As shown in fig. 11 to 15, shaft holes are provided on both sides of the trunk 35, the hand 33 is also provided with shaft holes, the connection between the hand 33 and the trunk 35 is achieved by inserting a pin through the shaft holes, and a torsion spring is provided to keep the hand 33 in a normally open state. In order to make the hand 33 overcome the spring force of the torsion spring and be positioned in the folded state, the hand 33 is clamped with the foot 34 through the second clamping piece b. The second locking member b includes a flange 371 and a flange 372. Specifically, a flange 371 is provided on a side of the hand 33 facing the body 35, and flanges 372 are provided on two sides of the corresponding leg 34, and when the hand 33 rotates to a folded state, the flanges 372 of the leg 34 are inserted into the outside of the flange 371 when the leg 34 is pushed into the folded state, so that the hand 33 is limited to rotate outwards and open under the action of the spring force of the torsion spring.
Shoulder 32 is also bolted to torso 35. When the deformation fitting 3 is in the folded state, the shoulder 32 is engaged with the hand 33 by the second engaging piece c. The second locking member c includes a first locking edge 381 and a first locking protrusion 382. Specifically, the shoulder 32 is provided with a first engaging edge 381 near the hand 33, and a first engaging protrusion 382 is provided at the corresponding hand 33, and when the shoulder 32 and the hand 33 are both folded, the first hook and the first engaging edge 381 engage, so that the shoulder 32 is kept in the folded configuration.
As shown in fig. 12, the unlocking portion 30 is provided on the rear plate 352 of the trunk 35 and protrudes from the surface of the rear plate 352. The unlocking portion 30 is movable relative to the rear plate 352 in a direction perpendicular to the rear plate 352. The first locking member includes a second locking edge 391 and a second locking protrusion 392. Second engaging edges 391 are provided on the left and right sides of the unlocking portion 30, and engaging second engaging protrusions 392 are provided on the corresponding leg portions 34. When the leg 34 moves from the expanded configuration to the collapsed configuration, the second engaging protrusion 392 of the leg 34 presses the second engaging edge 391 of the unlocking unit 30 to move to the other side of the second engaging edge 391 to engage therewith, thereby positioning the leg 34 in the collapsed configuration.
When the trigger 5 is pressed, the unlocking protrusion 4121 of the rocker 41 is tilted to press the unlocking portion 30 of the deformable fitting 3, the unlocking portion 30 is relatively retracted into the trunk 35, the engagement of the foot 34 is released by the unlocking portion 30, the foot 34 of the deformable fitting 3 is moved away from the head 31 to extend out of the trunk 35, the restriction of the head 31 and the hand 33 by the foot 34 is released, the head 31 and the hand 33 are immediately rotated and opened, the restriction of the shoulder 32 is released by the hand 33, and the shoulder 32 is also rotated and opened. The deformation fitting 3 is deformed from the collapsed configuration to the expanded configuration after ejecting the launching chamber 21.
The filling process and the firing process of the deformation fitting 3 are described in detail below.
When the deformation fitting 3 is filled into the transmitting cavity 21, the deformation fitting 3 is deformed to a folded state, at this time, the rotating member and the moving member of the deformation fitting 3 are both limited and the torsion spring or the spring is in an elastically deformed energy storage state, then the unlocking part 30 is inserted into the transmitting cavity 21 towards the bottom plate 26, then the deformation fitting 3 is slightly pressed with force to clamp the clamping groove 341 of the foot 34 of the deformation fitting 3 with the clamping hook 721 of the clamping seat 72, at this time, the unlocking part 30 of the deformation fitting 3 just faces the unlocking projection 4121 of the rocker 41, the convex plate 51 of the touch piece 5 is contacted with the touch plate 42 of the rocker 41, and a certain distance is reserved between the first guiding surface 521 of the convex foot 52 of the touch piece 5 and the second guiding surface 722 of the clamping seat 72.
When the touch piece 5 is pressed downwards, the rocker 41 is driven to realize the tilting, and when the protruding foot 52 of the touch piece 5 just contacts with the clamping seat 72, the unlocking lug 4121 of the rocker 41 is completely tilted, so that the unlocking part 30 relatively retracts into the body 35, namely, the deformation unlocking of the deformation fitting 3 is performed, but the deformation fitting 3 is deformed and unlocked due to the limitation of the emission cavity 21, but is still in an undeformed state due to the space limitation of the emission cavity 21. Then the trigger piece 5 continues to be pressed down, the clamping seat 72 is pressed to release the clamping connection of the deformation fitting 3, the ejection block 61 ejects the deformation fitting 3 out of the emission cavity 21, and the deformation fitting 3 is deformed due to no space limitation after being ejected out of the emission cavity 21.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the watch-type toy 100 further includes a circuit board, a power source, a horn 82 and a power switch 81 electrically connected to each other, the circuit board and the power source being provided in the watch body 2, the horn 82 and the power switch 81 being provided on an outer wall of the watch body 2. The power source may be a button cell.
For example, a circuit board may be disposed between the housing 201 and the base plate 26, a button cell cavity may be provided on the housing 201, and a button cell may be disposed within the button cell cavity. The horn 82 and the power switch 81 may be provided on both left and right sides of the housing 201, respectively. The circuit board, the button cell cavity, the horn 82 and the power switch 81 are electrically connected by wires. When the power switch 81 is turned on, a sound effect can be achieved, enhancing the interest of the watch-type toy 100.
It will be understood, of course, that the watch body 2 may also be provided with a lighting device, which is electrically connected to the circuit board. Thus, an acousto-optic effect can be achieved, and the interest of the watch-type toy 100 can be further improved.

1. A watch type launching toy, comprising:
watchband;
the watch body is arranged on the watchband, an ejection device is arranged in the watch body, an emission cavity is defined in the watch body, and an emission outlet is arranged on one side, opposite to the ejection device, of the emission cavity;
the deformation accessory is provided with an unlocking part, when the unlocking part is triggered, the deformation accessory is deformed from a folded form to an unfolded form, and when the deformation accessory is in the folded form, the deformation accessory is suitable for being installed in the transmitting cavity;
the unlocking device is arranged in the meter body and is associated with the unlocking part of the deformation fitting;
the touch piece is arranged on the watch body, is associated with the unlocking device to control the unlocking device to trigger the unlocking part of the deformation accessory, and is associated with the ejection device to control the ejection device to eject the deformation accessory out of the emission outlet;

The deformation accessory comprises a head, a shoulder, a hand, a foot and a body, wherein the body is the fixing piece, the head, the shoulder and the hand are the rotating pieces, and the foot is the moving piece.
2. The watch type launching toy according to claim 1, wherein the unlocking means comprises:

3. The watch type launching toy of claim 2, wherein the unlocking means further comprises:

The watch type launching toy according to claim 2, wherein a limiting groove is formed in the watch body, the unlocking device is installed in the limiting groove, a pivot shaft is arranged in the middle of the rocker, the pivot shaft extends towards two sides of the width direction of the rocker, a pivot hole is formed in the side wall of the limiting groove, and the pivot shaft extends into the pivot hole to be matched with the pivot hole.
5. A watch-type launch toy according to any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein said ejection means comprises:
the ejection block is arranged in the emission cavity and is abutted against the deformation accessory;
and the elastic piece is arranged between the inner wall of the watch body and the ejection block and is configured to normally push the ejection block to move towards the direction of the emission outlet.

The watch type launching toy according to claim 5, wherein a concave cavity is formed on the ejection block, the concave cavity is provided with an opening, the opening is formed at one end of the ejection block far away from the deformation fitting, and the other end of the elastic piece extends into the concave cavity to be connected with the ejection block.

The watch-type launch toy of claim 5, further comprising a catch member having a locked state in which it engages the deformation fitting and a released state in which it disengages from the deformation fitting, the trigger member being associated with the catch member to control the catch member to switch between the locked state and the released state.
8. The watch-type launch toy of claim 7 wherein said catch comprises:
the mounting frame is arranged in the watch body, a through hole is formed in the mounting frame, and one end of the ejection device extends into the through hole;
the two clamping seats are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the through hole, each clamping seat is provided with a clamping hook, the deformation accessory is provided with a clamping groove matched with the clamping hooks, and the two clamping seats can move in directions close to each other and far away from each other so that the clamping hooks are matched with or separated from the clamping grooves.

The watch-type toy according to claim 8, wherein the trigger piece is disposed above the mounting frame and can move up and down relative to the mounting frame, two protruding feet are disposed on the trigger piece, the protruding feet correspond to the clamping seats one by one, and when the trigger piece moves downward, the protruding feet push the clamping seats corresponding to the protruding feet to move so as to disengage the clamping hooks from the clamping grooves.

11. The watch-type launching toy according to claim 1, wherein the watch body comprises a base body and a housing, the housing is connected to the base body, and the launching outlet is formed on a side wall of the housing.

The watch-type launching toy according to claim 11, wherein the ejection device is movably arranged in the base, one of the ejection device and the base is provided with a guiding sliding block, the other one of the ejection device and the base is provided with a sliding groove, and the guiding sliding block extends into the sliding groove to be matched with the sliding groove.

The watch-type launching toy according to claim 11, wherein a bottom plate is arranged between the shell and the base, the launching cavity is defined between the bottom plate and the shell, at least one protruding rib is arranged on the bottom plate, the protruding rib extends along the moving direction of the deformation fitting, and the height of the unlocking part is smaller than that of the protruding rib.

The watch-type launching toy according to claim 1, further comprising a circuit board, a power supply, a horn and a power switch which are electrically connected with each other, wherein the circuit board and the power supply are arranged in the watch body, and the horn and the power switch are arranged on the outer wall of the watch body.
