Description

Clip applier
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to a clip applier.
Background
Clip appliers are surgical instruments used to perform a clamping operation on tissue clips, typically V-shaped clips, including titanium clips, non-absorbable clips, and the like, during surgery.
The tissue clamp body can refer to fig. 1, and comprises two connected clamp arms, wherein each clamp arm is provided with a protruding part, and correspondingly, the clamp head of the existing clamp applier is provided with a clamping groove matched with the protruding part, so that the tissue clamp is clamped on the clamp applier, and the clamping of the tissue clamp is realized by controlling the clamping of the clamp applier.
However, in the use process, especially in laparoscopic surgery, the clip applier needs to be slightly closed to pass through the puncture sheath and then be opened to clamp the blood vessel or the tissue, and the repeated movement of the tissue clip in the clip applier process easily causes the protruding part of the tissue clip to deviate from the clamping groove towards the direction close to the hinge shaft of the forceps head, so that the tissue clip slips off from the clip applier, and the convenience of clinical use is affected.
Therefore, how to improve the clinical use convenience of the clip applier is a technical problem that needs to be solved by the person skilled in the art at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, the invention aims to provide the clip applier, which improves the convenience of clinical use.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:
the clamp applier comprises two clamp heads hinged with each other, clamping grooves for clamping the protruding portions of the tissue clamps are formed in the clamp heads, the clamp applier further comprises arc-shaped elastic pieces which are respectively connected to the two clamp heads, two ends of each elastic piece are respectively connected to the clamp heads to form a closed loop structure, and the two elastic pieces respectively compress the two clamp arms of the tissue clamps through bending deformation, so that the tissue clamps have a trend of moving away from the hinge shafts of the clamp heads.
Preferably, the two elastic pieces are oppositely arranged, and in a state that the opening formed by the two clamp heads is maximum, the two elastic pieces are contacted and mutually extruded.
Preferably, one end of the elastic sheet, which is close to the clamping groove, is fixedly connected to the clamp head, and one end of the elastic sheet, which is far away from the clamping groove, is slidably connected to the clamp head.
Preferably, a sliding block is arranged at the end part of the elastic sheet, a sliding rail which is in sliding connection with the sliding block is arranged on the clamp head, and the sliding rail can limit the matched sliding block so as to prevent the sliding block from falling out of the sliding rail.
Preferably, the elastic sheet is provided with a limiting groove for clamping the clamping arm of the tissue clamp, so that the clamping arm is prevented from being deviated along a direction parallel to the hinge shaft of the clamp head.
Preferably, the elastic sheet is a metal sheet.
