Detailed Description
The following describes specific embodiments of the present invention in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating and illustrating the invention, are not intended to limit the invention.
In addition, the embodiments of the present invention and the features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without collision.
In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the various components with respect to one another in the vertical, vertical or gravitational directions.
In order to solve the problem that the drinking water barrel 100 of the water dispenser is difficult to replace and operate and water leakage and sprinkling are difficult to avoid, the invention provides a novel water dispenser and a smart head thereof in a targeted manner. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a novel smart head of a drinking machine is disclosed, which is used for pushing a water outlet sealing piece 3 of a drinking water bucket 100 when the drinking water bucket 100 is installed so as to break the sealing of the water outlet and drain drinking water in the bucket into a lower machine body of the drinking machine.
In this embodiment, the smart head comprises a base column 1 and a base 2, the base column 1 protruding upward from the center of the base 2. In particular, the top end of the base column 1 is formed with a hooking portion 121, and in connection with fig. 10 and 12, the hooking portion 121 can be used to connect the water outlet sealing member 3 and hook the water outlet sealing member 3 to be capable of resetting to seal the water outlet 101 when the smart head is pulled out of the water outlet 101 of the drinking water bucket 100, thereby realizing automatic resetting sealing. Thus, when the drinking water bucket 100 is dismounted, the drinking water bucket 100 is convenient to dismount without paying excessive attention to water overflow at the water outlet, and the operation convenience is better.
The key is the design of the connection fit between the hooking portion 121 and the outlet seal 3, and the sealing design of the outlet seal 3 and the outlet 101 described in detail below.
When the drinking water bucket 100 is inversely installed on the body of the water dispenser, the hooking part 121 is used for maintaining the connection between the water outlet sealing piece 3 and the base column 1 of the smart head, namely, the water outlet sealing piece 3 is not separated from the smart head, so that the smart head can drive the water outlet sealing piece 3 to return to the water outlet 101 shown in fig. 6 when the drinking water bucket 100 is detached.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 3, the base pillar 1 includes a pillar body 11 having a hollow flow passage 112 and a mushroom head 12 at the tip, and a cap peak annular snap of the mushroom head 12 is formed as a hooking portion 121. The annular snap of the visor portion of the mushroom head 12 may snap-fit with a corresponding snap (e.g., inner snap 32 in fig. 12) at the outlet seal 3, allowing for both a hooking and pulling action. The mushroom head 12 and the annular buckling position of the hat brim are simple in structure, easy to machine and shape, not easy to deform and good in buckling position stress balance during pulling.
Of course, the hooking portion 121 may be any other connection structure capable of hooking and pulling the water outlet sealing member 3, such as a buckle of other shape, a male buckle, a female buckle, a linear insertion structure of a wedge and a corresponding wedge groove, a breakable tether, etc.
In this embodiment, the visor annular snap may be circumferentially continuous or discontinuous. That is, the hooking portion 121 may be a circumferentially continuous complete annular button as shown. Alternatively, the hooking portion 121 may be designed in segments, i.e., including a plurality of arcuate snap-in locations spaced apart in circumferential segments, for ease of machining or for avoidance of mechanical interference.
To facilitate the formation of the snap connection, the cylindrical body 11 comprises a pointed tip 111 connected to the mushroom head 12, the pointed tip 111 having an outer diameter smaller than the mushroom head 12, in particular smaller than the annular snap of the cap bill, so as to form a snap groove inside the annular snap of the cap bill. In the present embodiment, the tip top 111 of the columnar body 11 is preferably formed by a plurality of cutting faces (i.e., the lateral inclined faces a).
Further, a through hole 113 communicated with the hollow runner 112 is formed on the lateral inclined plane A of the tip top 111, and the through hole 113 on the lateral inclined plane A is an axial through hole and extends into the drinking water bucket 100 for drainage downwards in an axial direction. The outer peripheral wall of the columnar body 11 is also provided with a radial through hole 113. Thus, by providing the lateral through-hole and the longitudinal through-hole in the outer peripheral wall of the columnar body 11, air blocking can be prevented, and the smoothness of diversion and drainage can be improved.
In addition, referring to fig. 5 and 8, when the drinking water bucket 100 is flipped over on the body of the water dispenser, the water outlet sealing member 3 is pressed against the top end of the smart head only by the self weight of the drinking water bucket 100 so as to break the water outlet seal. When the structural strength of the water outlet sealing piece 3 is high and the sealing buckling position is good, the water outlet sealing piece is not easy to puncture or lift up. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the top end of the mushroom head 12 is further formed with a tapered pushing portion 123 to reduce the pressure contact area between the water outlet seal 3 and the smart head, and the pressure per unit area is increased, so that the tightness of the water outlet seal 3 is easily damaged, i.e. the water outlet seal 3 can be easily and quickly lifted, and the buckling seal is removed. Meanwhile, the stress time of the smart head is short, the stress is small, and the damage probability of the smart head and the smart seat can be reduced. The tapered pushing portion 123 may be integrally formed at the top end of the mushroom head 12, or may be added later by way of inlaying or the like, such as a inlaid durable metal cone. Alternatively, the mushroom head 12 itself may be formed in a tapered shape, such as where the top surface 122 of the mushroom head 12 is tapered, as well as acting to facilitate the pushing of the smart head. The number of tapered pushing portions 123 formed at the tip of the mushroom head 12 may be 1 or may be plural at intervals.
In particular, the top surface 122 of the mushroom head 12 may also be formed as a spherical surface, and correspondingly the hooking portion receiving cavity B of the nozzle seal 3 shown in fig. 3 is also formed as a semi-spherical cavity. In this way, even if the axial deflection of the water bucket occurs when the water bucket is removed, the water bucket can be conveniently hooked, pulled and reset by utilizing the automatic adjusting and centering effect of the spherical surface, and the water outlet sealing piece 3 can be conveniently reset to seal the water outlet 101.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the drinking machine comprises a machine body (not shown) and a drinking water barrel 100, the smart head is mounted at the top end of the machine body, a water outlet 101 of the drinking water barrel 100 is packaged with a water outlet sealing element 3, the drinking water barrel 100 is reversely buckled on the smart head, the packaged water outlet 101 is downwards, a base column 1 upwards pushes through the water outlet 101 of the drinking water barrel 100 to drain drinking water into the machine body, and after water treatment such as heating, the drinking water can flow out from a water outlet for drinking by a user.
The outlet seal 3 should be capable of sealing and reseating the outlet 101, and should also have a corresponding snap-fit structure or the like capable of hooking engagement with the hooking portion 121 of the smart head.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 3 to 12, the outlet seal 3 seals the outlet 101 in a snap-fit seal. The periphery of the water outlet 101 is formed with a bucket buckling part 101a, and the water outlet sealing member 3 comprises an outer buckling part 31, wherein the outer buckling part 31 is connected with the bucket buckling part 101a to seal the water outlet 101, as shown in fig. 11.
Meanwhile, the outlet seal 3 has an inner snap 32, the inner snap 32 being able to snap with the snap 121 to keep the outlet seal 3 connected to the base 1. Wherein, the inner buckling part 32 can be always hooked with the hooking part 121. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the inner hooking portion 32 and the hooking portion 121 are hooked only when the smart head is pulled out of the water tub. Specifically, the water outlet seal 3 may be provided with a hooking portion receiving cavity B, and an inner catching portion 32 is formed on a peripheral wall of the hooking portion receiving cavity B to define the hooking portion 121 in the hooking portion receiving cavity B, so that the connection with the smart head is maintained in the lifted-out state of the water outlet seal 3 shown in fig. 9.
The water outlet sealing piece 3 is preferably a plastic molding piece, has certain rigidity and strength, has high reliability of a sealing structure, can generate certain deformation on the buckling position, can realize buckling position connection or buckling position separation by applying certain pressure, and is convenient to operate. In addition, although omitted in the drawings to avoid obscuring the focus, it is known that the water dispenser further includes a smart seat disposed at the top of the body, and the smart seat is usually fastened to the top of the body. The smart head can be buckled on the smart seat or integrally formed with the smart seat, and after the smart head stretches into the drinking water bucket 100, the bottom of the drinking water bucket is pressed on the smart seat.
Fig. 6 illustrates an uninstalled state during the insertion of the smart head with the drinking water barrel, wherein the drinking water barrel 100 is in a back-off shape and the water outlet 101 is axially aligned with the base column 1 of the smart head. Fig. 7 shows the mushroom head 12 of the base post 1 in an entered state into the hooking portion receiving cavity B, at which time the water bucket button 101a slides down along the top surface 122 of the mushroom head 12 until the mushroom head 12 is completely entered into the hooking portion receiving cavity B. Fig. 8 shows the state of pressing and pushing the smart head against the water outlet seal 3, wherein the top end of the smart head, i.e. the conical pushing part 123, contacts the bottom surface of the top wall of the water outlet seal 3 and exerts an upward pushing force on the water outlet seal 3, and at this time, the hooking part 121 is separated upward from the inner buckling part 32, as shown in fig. 11. Fig. 9 shows the outlet seal 3 completely disengaged from the outlet, releasing the snap seal, but as described above, the inner snap 32 confines the hooking portion 121 in the hooking portion receiving cavity B, always maintaining the connection relationship with the smart head.
Fig. 10 and 12 each illustrate a state in which the smart head is pulled out from the water tub when the drinking water tub 100 is replaced. Wherein, the hooking part 121 is positioned above the inner buckling part 32 and the two buckling parts are hooked, the smart head is axially pulled away towards the water outlet 101a, and the water outlet sealing element 3 is pulled to reset towards the water outlet 101 a. When the smart head keeps accurate axial withdrawal movement, the water outlet sealing piece 3 can vertically cover the water outlet 101a, so that the outer buckling part 31 is connected with the water bucket buckling part 101a again, and buckling sealing is realized. After the smart head is pulled away from the water outlet 101a, the water outlet 101a is sealed again, and drinking water does not leak in the process, so that the bucket replacement operation is greatly facilitated.
In addition, the outlet seal 3 may seal the outlet 101 in a variety of other suitable ways other than a snap seal. For example, in another preferred embodiment, the outlet seal 3 may be embedded in the outlet 101, i.e. block the outlet 101. The outlet seal 3 should also be provided with a seal retainer portion that matingly engages the hooking portion 121, similar to the inner retainer portion 32 shown. When the smart head is inserted into the water outlet 101, the base column 1 of the smart head can push the water outlet sealing element 3 to be separated from the water outlet 101, and when the smart head is pulled out of the water outlet 101, the hooking part 121 can pull the water outlet sealing element 3 to be reset and embedded in the water outlet 101.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention, many simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present invention, for example, it is conceivable that when the water outlet seal 3 is embedded in the water outlet 101, the water outlet seal 3 may be designed as a normally closed unidirectional valve, when the base column 1 extends into the water outlet seal 3, the valve core of the normally closed unidirectional valve may be switched to the conducting position, and when the base column 1 is pulled out of the water outlet seal 3, the hooking portion 121 toggles the valve core to the blocking position. Similarly, the outlet seal 3 in this embodiment is not pierced by the smart head, but the outlet seal 3 may be pierced, but at the same time the outlet seal 3 is preferably made of a flexible material with a recoverable piercing opening. Simple variants such as these fall within the scope of the invention.
In addition, the specific features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various possible combinations are not described further.
Moreover, any combination of the various embodiments of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which should also be considered as disclosed herein.
