Description

Juice extracting assembly for juice extracting equipment and juice extracting equipment
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a juice extracting assembly for juice extracting equipment and the juice extracting equipment.
Background
The filter screen in the existing household juicing equipment is a circular screen with small holes or a filter equipment consisting of two or more accessories without holes, has a complex structure and is very troublesome to clean or install. Very waste water resources and time, and high cost.
The filtering holes are easily blocked by food materials during juicing, so that the juicing efficiency is reduced. Furthermore, cleaning the mesh drum after the juice extraction process is completed is a very complex task, typically requiring repeated brushing of the mesh with a brush. The above-mentioned drawbacks lead to a reduced user experience.
Furthermore, when fruit juice without fruit particles and fruit juice containing fruit particles need to be extracted, two different mesh drum fittings provided with a small mesh and a large mesh, respectively, need to be used. Such operation is disadvantageous to the user experience and increases the production costs of the device.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve at least one aspect of the technical problems described above, the present invention provides the following solutions.
A juice extraction assembly for a juice extraction apparatus, the juice extraction assembly comprising: a cover having an inlet formed at an off-center on one side and a rotation shaft hole formed at a center on the other side; a cup body, the cover being fittingly mountable to an open end of the cup body, wherein a residue outlet and a juice outlet are formed on a lower portion of the cup body; an auger rotatably installed in a space formed between the cover and the cup body to extract juice from the material placed in the inlet; and a strainer detachably mounted in the cup body to separate residues from juice; the filter extends along a portion of the circumference of the auger in a circumferential direction about the rotational axis of the auger.
Thus, the area of the filter in the juice extracting assembly is reduced, the juice extracting efficiency is improved, and the workload of cleaning the filter is reduced.
In one embodiment, the filter extends from a position of the juice outlet of the cup to both sides in a circumferential direction around the rotation axis of the screw.
In this way, the juice filtered by the filter can be directly discharged from the juice outlet, and a great amount of juice is prevented from accumulating in the cup body.
In one embodiment, the filter is a filter mesh.
In one embodiment, the filter is coupled by a plurality of fittings; the method comprises the following steps: a first fitting, on which a plurality of first grooves are provided, the first grooves forming first through spaces penetrating through the first fitting; and a second fitting on which a plurality of first protrusions protruding from a surface of the second fitting are provided; the first projection has a shape complementary to the first slot such that the first projection is received in a form-fitting manner within the first slot; and a gap exists between the interface of the first projection and the first groove.
Therefore, the filter can be conveniently split into two accessories, and the cleaning work of the filter is convenient to carry out.
In one embodiment, the first groove and the first projection extend along the circumferential direction; or the first groove and the first projection extend in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction; or the first groove and the first projection extend in a direction that is angled from the circumferential direction. Further, a direction that is at an angle to the circumferential direction means that the direction is not perpendicular or parallel to the circumferential direction, but has an included angle of less than or greater than 90 degrees.
Therefore, gaps can be arranged along different directions so as to meet the requirements of modeling and attractive appearance of the filter.
In one embodiment, at least two sets of first grooves are provided on the first fitting; and at least two groups of first protruding parts protruding from the surface of the second fitting are arranged on the second fitting; and changing a gap size between an interface of the first protrusion and the first groove by correspondingly coupling the first protrusion of the different set with the first groove of the different set when the first fitting is coupled with the second fitting.
In this way, by arranging the circumferential dimensions of the first protrusions of different groups and the first grooves of different groups, juice of different tastes can be obtained by using the same filter assembly. By changing the coupling between the two fittings, juice with different tastes can be obtained directly by only one filter. For example, when the first fitting is coupled with the second fitting, the juicing material of different particle sizes can be passed through the filter assembly by rotating the first fitting or the second fitting about the longitudinal direction of the shaft center of the cartridge such that the different sets of first protrusions correspond to the different sets of first grooves, thereby allowing the gap size between the interfaces of the first protrusions and the first grooves.
In one embodiment, the first protrusion protrudes from an inner side surface of the first fitting when the first fitting and the second fitting are coupled, and a size of the first protrusion protruding from the inner side surface of the first fitting becomes gradually smaller toward a lower portion of the second fitting in a longitudinal direction.
Therefore, the protruding part protruding out of the inner surface of the circumferential side wall of the first accessory can be tightly matched with the screw rod of the juicing device, and juicing materials can be better squeezed and ground. The first protruding part protrudes from the inner surface of the circumferential side wall of the first fitting, and the size of the first protruding part gradually becomes smaller to completely disappear, so that the section can be completely attached to the screw propeller of the juice extracting device, and better squeezing and grinding effects on juice extracting materials are obtained.
In one embodiment, the first groove tapers in size in the circumferential direction along the longitudinal direction toward the first fitting lower portion.
Thus, when the first protrusion is longitudinally arranged, the first protrusion can be guided into the first groove, and the first fitting and the second fitting are conveniently coupled.
In one embodiment, the first fitting and the second fitting are provided with an inwardly protruding arcuate wall at the bottom.
Therefore, the filter can form good fit with the raised central part at the bottom of the cup body, and the sealing effect of the cup body is ensured.
In one embodiment, the filter is shape-fittingly mounted on an inner side wall of the cup and an inner side of the filter abuts the auger.
In one embodiment, the filter is part of a side wall of a cylindrical body extending around the outside of the screw, and a mounting groove matching with the filter is provided on the inside of a circumferential side wall of the cup.
Thus, the filter is fixed inside the cup body, and the filter cannot move in the juicing process.
In one embodiment, the circumferential side wall of the cup is provided with a plurality of ribs protruding in a radial direction from an inner surface of the circumferential side wall of the cup in the longitudinal direction or at an angle to the longitudinal direction; the dimension of the inner surface of the bead protruding from the circumferential side wall of the cup body in the radial direction becomes gradually smaller toward the lower portion of the filter in the longitudinal direction.
Thus, the section can be completely attached to the screw propeller of the juice extracting device, and better squeezing and grinding effects on juice extracting materials are obtained.
In one embodiment, an arcuate appendage is disposed within the cup, the appendage forming a cylinder with the filter around and against the outer circumference of the auger.
Therefore, the convex ribs can be arranged on the accessory instead of the convex ribs, the accessory and the filter form a detachable cylindrical body, and the juicing assembly is convenient to clean.
In one embodiment, the inner side of the accessory is provided with a plurality of ribs protruding in the radial direction from the inner surface of the accessory in the longitudinal direction or at an angle to the longitudinal direction.
In one embodiment, the inner surface of the filter is flush with the ribs inside the cup.
In one embodiment, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the arc-shaped wall of the bottom of the first fitting or the second fitting, and the positioning grooves are used for being matched with the positioning protrusions of the bottom of the cup body, so that the filter can be detachably installed in the cup body.
In one embodiment, the residue outlet of the lower portion of the cup extends through a circumferential sidewall of the cup.
In one embodiment, the juice outlet extends through a circumferential side wall of the cup at a lower portion of the cup.
A further aspect of the invention provides a juice extractor apparatus comprising a juice extractor assembly as defined in any preceding claim.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the juicing effect is realized by a juicing cup body, a filtering accessory and a spiral propeller. Wherein, the filter is only a piece of arc-shaped side wall assembled on the cup body, and the filter is only required to be taken down and washed when the filter is cleaned.

The term "juice extractor assembly" refers to a mechanism that cooperates with an auger in a juice extractor apparatus to extract, grind, and separate extracted juice from residue.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the juice extractor assembly of the present invention includes: lid 10, cup 20, auger 30, filter 40. The cover 10 is shown connected to the cup 20; the cup 20 is disposed around the screw 30, and presses and grinds juice material between the screw 30 and the inner wall of the cup 20 when the screw 30 rotates. The extracted juice is discharged through holes or gaps in the circumferential side wall of the strainer, while the residue is discharged from discharge holes provided in the bottom of the cup body 20.
Cover for a container
As shown in fig. 7, the cover 10 includes: the cup cover 4 is of an inverted convex structure, and the cup cover 4 is wide at the upper part and narrow at the lower part so as to cover the upper end of the opening of the cup body 20; a cylindrical feed inlet 1; the feed port 1 is formed at a side portion of the upper surface of the cup cover 4 such that the feed port 1 protrudes upward, and the disc-shaped discharge tray 2 is formed to open out at an upper end of the feed port 1, so that food can be put into the discharge tray 2 through the feed port 1 to an open lower end of the cup cover 4.
A rotation shaft hole is formed at a central portion of the lower side surface of the cap 4 so that the upper rotation shaft of the screw 30 can be inserted into the shaft hole 3. Preferably, the shaft hole 3 is formed at a central portion of the cap 4, and the feed port 1 is formed in the cap 4 at a position offset from the central portion having the shaft hole 3 by a predetermined distance, so that the screw 30 can be effectively rotated and food can be easily put into the juice extractor.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of arc-shaped second protrusions 5 protrude from the lower edge of the cup cover 4, forming inclined surfaces on the lower surface of the cup cover 4; thus, the inclined surface is flush with the periphery of the cup cover 3.
Cup body
A plurality of arc-shaped third protrusions 6 are provided at an upper portion of an inner circumferential inner surface of the cup body 20; the arcuate third projection 6 may cooperate with an arcuate second projection 5 provided on the lid 10 to lock the lid 10 to the open end of the cup 20 during the juicing process. As described above, the plurality of arc-shaped third protrusions 6 are provided at the upper portion of the inner circumferential inner surface of the cup body 20 and the plurality of arc-shaped second protrusions 4 protrude from the lower edge of the cup cover 3, and thus, the cup cover 3 is rotatably fixed to the cup body 20 by fixing the second protrusions 4 to the third protrusions 6.
The residue outlet 21 and the juice outlet 22 are formed at respective positions spaced apart from each other on a lower portion of the outer circumferential surface of the cup body 20. In the present embodiment, both the residue outlet 21 and the juice outlet 22 are tubular in shape with front ends open so that both the juice outlet 22 and the residue outlet 21 can easily remove juice and residue. During the juice extraction process, the auger 30 abuts against the inside of the cup 20 and the strainer to mill and squeeze the material, further juice is collected through the strainer to the juice outlet 22, and the grounds cup auger 30 is pressed to the grounds outlet 21.
The circumferential side wall of the cup 20 is provided with a plurality of ribs 23 protruding from the inner surface of the circumferential side wall of the cup 20 in the radial direction in the longitudinal direction or at an angle to the longitudinal direction. In this way, the ribs can be in close contact with the screw 30, improving the milling and pressing effect on the material.
In one embodiment, an arcuate appendage (not shown) may be additionally provided within the cup 20, said appendage forming with the filter 40a cylinder around against the periphery of the auger 30; such that a plurality of ribs 23 protruding in a radial direction from the inner surface of the accessory can be provided inside the accessory in the longitudinal direction or at an angle to the longitudinal direction; therefore, the convex rib 23 is not required to be arranged on the cup body 20, and the accessory and the filter 40 are assembled into a cylindrical body, so that the cylindrical body can be detachably separated from the cup body 20, and the cleaning after juice squeezing is convenient.
The dimension of the inner surface of the bead 23 protruding from the circumferential side wall of the cup 20 in the radial direction becomes gradually smaller toward the lower portion of the filter 40 in the longitudinal direction. In this way, this section can be fully engaged with the screw 30 of the juice extractor device, resulting in a better pressing and grinding of the juice extracting material.
Filter device
As shown in fig. 6, the juice extractor assembly filter 40 of the present invention may be formed from a filter mesh.
As shown in fig. 5, the coupling may be made by coupling a plurality of fittings including the first fitting 41 and the second fitting 43. Wherein at least a portion of the second fitting 43 is inserted into the interior of the first fitting 41 to couple into the filter 40.
The filter 40 in the juice extractor assembly of the present invention will be described in detail below.
First fitting
As shown in fig. 5, the first fitting 41 is a substantially arc-shaped piece, and a plurality of first grooves 42 are provided on the first fitting 41, and the first grooves 42 form a first penetrating space penetrating through the first fitting 41; as can be seen from the figure, the lower first groove 42 of the first fitting 42 has a smaller circumferential dimension, while the upper first groove of the first fitting 41 has a larger circumferential dimension. More specifically, the first groove 42 on the first fitting 41 becomes smaller in the sheet upward toward the lower portion of the first fitting 41, so that a first projection 44 (to be described in detail later) can be guided into the first groove 42 in the longitudinal direction.
In one embodiment, the first groove 42 tapers in size in the circumferential direction along the longitudinal direction toward the lower portion of the first fitting 41 to guide the first projection 44 into the first groove 42 along the longitudinal direction
In one embodiment, the first slots 42 are arranged in groups. As shown in the figures, two sets of first grooves 42 are provided on the first fitting 41.
Second fitting
As shown in fig. 5, the second fitting 43 is a generally arcuate piece.
As can be seen in fig. 5, the second fitting 43 is provided with a plurality of first protrusions 44 protruding from the surface of the second fitting 43.
When the second fitting 43 is coupled with the first fitting 41, a gap exists between the interface of the first projection 44 and the first groove 42. Thus, juice can pass through the gap while residues are separated during juice extraction.
Although only the first projection 44 and the first groove 42 are shown in fig. 5 as extending in the circumferential direction around the rotation axis. However, it should be understood that the first groove 42 and the first projection 44 may also extend in a longitudinal direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction; or the first groove 42 and the first projection 44 may also extend in a direction that is angled with respect to the circumferential direction. Wherein a direction that is at an angle to the circumferential direction means that the direction is neither perpendicular nor parallel to the circumferential direction.
Further, the first protruding portions 44 may be arranged in groups, the first number of the first protruding portions 44 may be 7, the second number of the first protruding portions is correspondingly 7, and the first number is different from the second number.
In one embodiment, at least two sets of first grooves 42 are provided on the first fitting 41 when disposed extending in the longitudinal direction; and at least two sets of first protrusions 44 protruding from the surface of the second fitting 43 are provided on the second fitting 43;
And when the first fitting 41 is coupled with the second fitting 43, the gap size between the interfaces of the first protrusions 44 and the first grooves 42 is changed by correspondingly coupling the first protrusions 44 of different groups with the first grooves 42 of different groups.
For example, in one embodiment, a set of first projections 44 may have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3mm, and a corresponding set of first grooves 42 may have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3.5mm, such that the resulting gap has a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 0.5 mm; while the other set of first projections has a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 2.5mm, the corresponding other set of first grooves may have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3mm, so that the resulting gap has a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 0.5 mm.
Thus, the filter assembly in the first coupling state has a smaller gap so as to meet the requirement of squeezing fruit juice without fruit particles.
For example, in another embodiment, one set of first projections 44 have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3mm, and the other set of first grooves having a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3mm are coupled thereto such that the gap formed is approximately closed; meanwhile, the other set of first protrusions 44' may have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 2.5mm, and the corresponding coupled set of first grooves 42 may have a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 3.5mm, such that the resulting gap has a sheet-wise dimension of approximately 1 mm.
Thus, the filter assembly in the second coupling state has a larger gap so as to meet the requirement of squeezing fruit juice with fruit particles.
In one embodiment, after the first fitting 41 and the second fitting 43 are coupled, the first protrusion 44 protrudes from the inner side surface of the first fitting 41, and the size of the first protrusion 44 protruding from the inner side surface of the first fitting 41 becomes gradually smaller toward the lower portion of the second fitting 43 along the longitudinal direction; in this way only in the vertical slots.
In one embodiment, an auger 30 is rotatably installed in a space formed between the cover 10 and the cup 20 to squeeze juice from the material put into the inlet, and the filter 40 extends along a portion of the circumference of the auger 30 in a circumferential direction around the rotation axis of the auger 30;
Further, the strainer 40 extends from the position of the juice outlet 22 of the cup 20 to both sides in the circumferential direction around the rotation axis of the screw 30.
In one embodiment, the strainer 40 is shape-fittingly mounted on the inner side wall of the cup 20 with the inner side of the strainer 40 abutting the auger 30, and further, the strainer 40 is detachably mounted within the cup 20 to separate the residue from the juice.
In one embodiment, the bottom of the first fitting 41 and the second fitting 43 are provided with an arc wall 47 protruding inward, and further, the arc wall of the bottom of the second fitting 43 may be coupled with the arc wall of the bottom of the first fitting 41.
In one embodiment, the arcuate wall 47 at the bottom of the first fitting 41 or the second fitting 43 is provided with a plurality of detents for cooperating with detent projections at the bottom of the cup 20 to allow the filter 40 to be removably mounted within the cup 20.
In one embodiment, a plurality of positioning grooves are formed in the arc-shaped wall at the bottom of the first fitting or the second fitting, and the positioning grooves are used for being matched with the positioning protrusions at the bottom of the cup body 20, so that the filter can be detachably installed in the cup body.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative modes, and it should be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto. One skilled in the art can select the appropriate modulus of the circumferential dimension to achieve different combinations of gap sizes.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; while the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art will appreciate that modifications may be made to the techniques described in the foregoing embodiments, or that equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
