Abstract
The invention discloses an integral waterproof breathing shoe, which comprises a sole and an upper, wherein the outsole of the sole is provided with a breathing device for the shoe, the breathing device for the shoe comprises a breathing device upper part, a waterproof breathable film and a breathing device lower part, the breathing device upper part is attached to the upper surface of the waterproof breathable film, the breathing device lower part is attached to the lower surface of the waterproof breathable film, the breathing device upper part and the breathing device lower part are respectively provided with ventilation holes, the ventilation holes of the breathing device upper part and the ventilation holes of the breathing device lower part are aligned up and down through the waterproof breathable film, the ventilation holes of the breathing device upper part and the outsole upper part are ventilated, the ventilation shoe pad is arranged above the outsole, and the ventilation holes of the breathing device lower part and the outsole lower part are ventilated. The invention also provides a die and a method for processing the integrated waterproof breathing shoe sole. The integral waterproof breathing shoe has the advantages that the whole shoe respirator and the sole are integrally injection molded, so that the sole can be ventilated through the waterproof ventilated membrane on the shoe respirator.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an integral waterproof breathing shoe. The invention also relates to a die for processing the integrated waterproof breathing shoe sole; the invention also relates to a method for processing the integrated waterproof breathing shoe sole.
Background
Conventional waterproof breathing shoes generally include two types, one of which is: the breathing shoe comprises a sole and an upper, wherein the sole is generally provided with an air bag which is communicated with the inner cavity of the shoe and the outer part of the shoe cavity, the air bag of the breathing shoe occupies a larger space of the sole, is not suitable for being arranged in a thinner sole, and has a larger influence on the structural integrity of the whole sole, in particular to the strength; and the second is: the sole is provided with the air holes, and the waterproof and breathable film is arranged in the air holes, but the waterproof and breathable film in the sole with the structure is difficult to arrange and is easy to damage or form water leakage.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an integral waterproof breathing shoe, and the breathing structure of the breathing shoe is more convenient and firm to set and the setting mode is more flexible. The invention further provides a die for processing the integrated waterproof breathing shoe sole. The invention further provides a manufacturing method of the integral waterproof breathing shoe.
The integrated waterproof breathing shoe comprises a sole and an upper, wherein the sole of the sole is provided with a breathing device for the shoe, the breathing device for the shoe comprises a breathing device upper part, a waterproof breathable film and a breathing device lower part, the breathing device upper part is attached to the upper surface of the waterproof breathable film, the breathing device lower part is attached to the lower surface of the waterproof breathable film, the breathing device upper part and the breathing device lower part are respectively provided with ventilation holes, the ventilation holes of the breathing device upper part are aligned with the ventilation holes of the breathing device lower part one by one through the waterproof breathable film, the ventilation holes of the breathing device upper part are ventilated with the upper part of the sole, the ventilation shoe pad is arranged above the sole, and the ventilation holes of the breathing device lower part are ventilated with the lower part of the sole.
The mould for processing the integrated waterproof breathing shoe sole comprises an upper mould and a lower mould, wherein a placement groove is formed in the upper mould and/or the lower mould, after the upper mould and the lower mould are closed, the upper mould seals the upper opening of the shoe respirator, and the lower mould seals the lower opening of the shoe respirator.
The manufacturing method of the integral waterproof breathing shoe provided by the invention comprises the following steps: first, a respirator for shoes is manufactured; then, arranging the shoe respirator in the arrangement grooves of the upper die and the lower die of the die, and respectively pressing the upper surface and the lower surface of the shoe respirator by the upper die and the lower die; then, injecting sole material melt into a sole cavity formed by the upper die, the middle die sleeve and the lower die, wherein the sole material melt wraps the side face of the respirator for the shoe; finally, after the mold is cooled, opening the mold to take out the sole for subsequent processing.
The invention has the technical effects that: 1. the waterproof breathable film is directly combined with the material melt during injection molding, so that the combination of the waterproof breathable film and the sole is firmer, and breakage and water leakage are not easy to occur; 2. the breather for the shoes exists as a breathable unit and can be flexibly arranged at each position needing ventilation in the sole; 3. the waterproof breathable film is only required to be arranged in the shoe respirator, so that the cost can be saved due to less materials; 4. the upper end of the respirator for shoes is exposed in the inner cavity of the shoes, and the lower end of the respirator for shoes is exposed on the lower surface of the sole, so that consumers can more intuitively see the functional units of the respirator for shoes.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, wherein the specific examples are given for the purpose of illustration only and are not intended to be limiting.
Referring to figures 1, 2, 3 and 4, the integral waterproof breathing shoe provided by the invention comprises a sole and an upper 1, wherein the sole 2 of the sole is provided with a breathing apparatus 3 for shoes, the breathing apparatus 3 for shoes comprises a breathing apparatus upper part 4, a waterproof ventilated membrane 5 and a breathing apparatus lower part 6, the breathing apparatus upper part 4 is attached to the upper surface of the waterproof ventilated membrane 5, the breathing apparatus lower part 6 is attached to the lower surface of the waterproof ventilated membrane 5, ventilation holes 7 are formed in the breathing apparatus upper part 4 and the breathing apparatus lower part 6, the ventilation holes 7 of the breathing apparatus upper part 4 are aligned with the ventilation holes 7 of the breathing apparatus lower part 6 one by one up and down through the waterproof ventilated membrane 5, the ventilation holes 7 of the breathing apparatus upper part 4 are ventilated with the upper part of the sole 2, a ventilation insole 8 is arranged above the sole 2, and the ventilation holes 7 of the breathing apparatus lower part 6 are ventilated with the lower part of the sole 2. In the embodiment, the upper surface and the lower surface of the shoe respirator 3 are exposed on the upper side and the lower side of the outsole 2, the shoe respirator 3 is provided with a rim 8, the rim 8 is laterally embedded into the outsole 2, and the matching part of the shoe respirator 3 and the outsole 2 is subjected to injection molding and bonding.
Referring to fig. 5, 6, 7 and 8, the mold for processing the sole of the integral waterproof breathing shoe provided by the invention comprises an upper mold 9 and a lower mold 10, wherein a placement groove 11 is arranged in the upper mold 9 and/or the lower mold 10, after the upper mold 9 and the lower mold 10 are closed, the upper mold 9 seals the upper opening of the respirator 3 for shoes, namely the upper opening of the ventilation hole 7, and the lower mold 10 seals the lower opening of the respirator 3 for shoes, namely the lower opening of the ventilation hole 7. In this embodiment, the upper mold 9 and the lower mold 10 are both provided with a placement groove 11, the upper end and the lower end of the shoe respirator 3 are respectively embedded into the placement grooves 11 of the upper mold 9 and the lower mold 10, the placement groove 11 is surrounded by a convex edge 12, when the shoe respirator is placed in the placement groove and the upper mold and the lower mold are closed, the convex edge 12 of the upper mold 9 and the convex edge 12 of the lower mold 10 are respectively sleeved on the vertical step surface 17 of the shoe respirator 3, and the upper convex edge 12 and the lower convex edge 12 can be simultaneously pressed on the edge 8 of the shoe respirator, and the periphery of the convex edge 12 of the lower mold 10 is provided with a peripheral shallow groove 13.
