Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a drug sustained-release device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the sustained-release device for drugs in this embodiment includes a closed main container 10, a constriction portion 11 recessed into the main container 10 and a plurality of liquid outlets 12 protruding from the main container 10 are provided on the main container 10, a liquid inlet 13 is provided on the constriction portion 11, and the opening of the liquid inlet 13 is generally larger than the opening of the liquid outlets 12.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the main body container 10 is a gourd-shaped main body container having a constricted portion 11 in the middle, and specifically includes a first container part 101 and a second container part 102 for containing medicine, the first container part 101 and the second container part 102 are fixedly connected, and a liquid inlet 13 is provided on the constricted portion 11; the second container part 102 is provided with a plurality of liquid outlets 12 with milk-like bulges, and the center of gravity of the drug slow-release device is positioned in the second container part 102. The first container part 101 and the second container part 102 may be spherical or ellipsoidal in shape.
By arranging the liquid inlet 13 on the contraction part 11 of the gourd-shaped main body container, the contraction part 11 gradually contracts along with the recession towards the inside of the main body container 10, when water flow or fishes swim to form water flow outside the main body container 10, the contraction part 11 can play a role of drainage and water collection similar to a funnel, and the water outside the main body container 10 can flow into the container to dissolve medicines; the liquid outlet 12 is of an opening structure which is milky and convex, the inner opening is large, the outer opening is small, the speed of releasing the medicine to the external water body through diffusion can be reduced along with the gradual reduction of the convex, the time of the medicine action is prolonged, the medicine release is stable, the use efficiency of the medicine is improved, and the dosage of the medicine is reduced. In addition, the above arrangement ensures that the liquid flows in from the liquid inlet 13 and flows out from the liquid outlet 12 in the general direction.
Of course, in other embodiments, the liquid inlet 13 may be directly disposed on the main container without the constriction 11, and the position and the opening size of the liquid inlet may be set appropriately to ensure that the liquid flows in from the liquid inlet 13 and flows out from the liquid outlet 12. In general, the liquid outlet 12 is disposed at an end of the main container 10 where the center of gravity is located, and the liquid inlet 13 is disposed at a position higher than the liquid outlet 12. In addition, in general, the opening of the liquid inlet 13 is larger than the opening of the liquid outlet 12.
In a specific use of the drug delivery device of this embodiment, a drug or nutrient is placed in the second container member 102 of the drug delivery device, then the medicine slow-release device is put into the water body to be applied with the medicine or the nourishment, when water flows, by the water collecting function of the contraction part 11, water flows into the main body container 10 from the liquid inlet 13 on the contraction part 11, since the centre of gravity of the drug delivery device is located within the second container part 102, normally with the second container part 102 facing downwards, the water flowing in through the liquid inlet 13 mainly flows into the second container part 102 to dissolve the medicine or the nutrient contained therein, and after the medicine or the nutrient is dissolved, concentration difference exists between the inside and the outside of the device, the concentration of the solution in the device is higher than that of the solution outside the device, and the medicine or the nutrient dissolved in the device can be released into the external water body through the liquid outlet 12 by diffusion so as to act on the water body. In the specific application process, the medicine slow-release devices can be arranged at multiple points according to actual requirements, so that the long-time effective medicine concentration of each local water body is formed, and the overall using effect is improved.
In order to facilitate the holding and refilling of the device, in this embodiment, the first container part 101 and the second container part 102 are preferably detachably fixed, in particular by a screw thread or the like. In yet another embodiment, the main body container 10 may be designed as a gourd-shaped main body container which is integrally formed.
In addition, the drug delivery device preferably further comprises a hollow flow-guiding member 14, one end of the hollow flow-guiding member 14 being connected to the inlet 13 and the other end being open to the interior of the main container 10, typically to the drug-containing region. In this embodiment, the hollow flow guide member 14 has one end connected to the inlet 13 and the other end opening into the second container member 102. The hollow flow guiding component 14 may be a flexible conduit, and may be a hollow circular tube or a hollow square tube. Through the arrangement of the hollow diversion part 14, water flowing in from the liquid inlet 13 can be directly drained into the second container part 102 to contain the medicine contained therein, so that the overall controllability of the device is improved.
Further, the hollow flow guiding component 14 is preferably a necking hollow flow guiding component, and an opening of one end of the hollow flow guiding component 14, which is connected with the liquid inlet 13, is larger than an opening of the other end. If the hollow flow guiding component 14 is a hollow circular tube, the diameter of the hollow circular tube decreases gradually from the tube opening connected with one end of the liquid inlet to the other end. By the above manner, on one hand, the water flow rate flowing into the main container 10 can be reduced, and the drug release is prevented from being too fast; on the other hand, the release of the inner drug through the hollow flow guiding member 14 to the outside of the device may be reduced.
In order to facilitate the device sinking into the water body and ensure the stability of the device in the water body when the device is put into use, the drug sustained-release device preferably further comprises a weighting component 15, and the weighting component 15 is usually disposed at a position deviated to one side of the main container 10 where the liquid outlet 12 is disposed. In this embodiment, the weight-increasing part 15 is disposed on the end of the second container part 102 far from the first container part 101 in the drug sustained-release device, so as to ensure that the drug can be kept in the second container part 102 when the device is thrown in a water body, and then released to the outside through the liquid outlet 12, thereby maintaining the stability of drug release.
In addition, in order to facilitate the retraction control of the device, the drug sustained-release device can be provided with an auxiliary control structure for assisting the traction control of the drug sustained-release device. In the present embodiment, the auxiliary control structure is a rope threading hole 16 communicating with the inside of the first container part 101, and the rope threading hole 16 is provided at an end of the first container part 101 far from the second container part 102. In the using process, a user can connect the rope through the rope to the rope through hole through the rope. The arrangement of the rope-threading hole 16 on the end of the first container part 101 far from the second container part 102, that is, the top of the gourd-shaped main body container, can facilitate the device to keep the second container part 102 containing the medicine in the water body facing downwards, and maintain the stable release of the medicine; the stringing hole 16 is communicated with the inside of the main container 10, and when the device is filled with the medicine and is put into water and sinks under the water body, the stringing hole 16 is communicated with the inner space of the main container 10, so that the gas in the main container 10 is discharged, and the water flows into the device through the liquid inlet 13 on the device to dissolve the medicine. Of course, in other embodiments, the auxiliary control structure may be configured as another structure, such as a hook ring structure for binding the rope, or the pulling rope may be directly bound to the contraction portion 11 of the gourd-shaped main body container.
From the above, in the embodiment, the main body container 10 is a gourd-shaped main body container having the constriction 11 at the middle, and the constriction 11 is provided with the liquid inlet 13, so that water can be guided to flow into the main body container 10 through the liquid inlet 13 by the water collecting function of the constriction 11. It is understood that the main container 10 with other shapes may be provided with the contraction part 11 depressed toward the inside of the main container 10, and the liquid inlet 13 is provided on the contraction part 11, so as to collect water by the contraction part 11 and guide the water to flow into the main container 10 through the liquid inlet 13.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of another embodiment of a drug sustained-release device according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the drug sustained-release device of the embodiment includes a main container 20 in a substantially spherical shape, which is made of a flexible material and specifically includes a first container part 201 and a second container part 202 for containing the drug, and the first container part 201 and the second container part 202 are detachably and fixedly connected.
