背景技术
护胫物在本领域中一般是众所周知的。传统上，运动员使用护胫物来保护运动员的胫部区域免受冲击。例如，足球选手可以穿戴护胫物以保护选手免受与被另一选手踢到相关联的冲击。通常，护胫物包括用于提供刚性和保护的硬外壳，结合有穿戴在外壳与选手的胫之间以对皮肤提供舒适和缓冲的内部垫料。
美国运动装备标准操作委员会(National Operating Committee on Standardsfor Athletic Equipment“NOCSAE”)制定了用于各种体育运动(如足球)的防护装备的性能标准。此标准规范确立了制造商供应的新足球护胫物的性能要求。由于安全要求，符合NOCSAE防护性能标准的护胫物通常庞大、沉重、透气不足、或以其他方式使穿戴者不舒适。

现在参考附图，展示了根据本披露的传授内容的示例性透气护胫物10。示例性护胫物10包括具有外表面12A和内表面12B的外壳12、以及联接到外壳12的内表面12B的内部垫料14。外壳12和内部垫料14一起被配置且适配成可以围绕穿戴者腿部穿戴和/或符合穿戴者腿部。示例性外壳12可以由任何合适的冲击吸收材料制成，例如塑料、碳纤维等。同时，内部垫料14可以是任何合适的垫料和/或衬垫，例如泡沫或其他合适材料。在使用时，运动员可以在其胫部区域上穿戴示例性护胫物10。例如，护胫物10可以穿戴在选手的袜子里，内部垫料14放置成紧挨选手的皮肤。虽然未展示出，但是护胫物10可以根据期望包括附加元件，例如用于缠绕穿戴者腿部的固定带、用于将护胫物定位和固持在腿部上的专用袜子、和/或脚踝保护物。
如本领域普通技术人员将认识到的，外壳12可能在正常使用期间、例如在运动竞赛期间受到冲击。更具体地，外壳12可能被其他选手、球或其他装备踢到和/或受到其他冲击。为了防止受伤，外壳12和内部垫料14应当在提供选手舒适性的同时满足各种最低要求，例如NOCSAE的标准。
示例性外壳12包括以总体上交叉影线图案进行分布的多个透气口16。示例性交叉影线图案提供了满足安全标准所需的强度，同时允许穿过外壳12的显著通风。这种通风和通风图案可以帮助冷却穿戴者的皮肤，并且还可以帮助控制气味。如在图4A至图5B中可以看到的，示例性透气口16总体上是菱形的并且被嵌入成与外壳12的外表面12A齐平或低于该外表面。在一个实例中，示例性透气口16各自包括沿透气口周边的至少一部分的倒角边缘17，该倒角边缘允许透气口16看起来较大、但仍允许壳12提供必要的冲击保护强度。更具体地，当直接接触或靠近透气口16时，示例性倒角透气口16帮助分散冲击能量。应理解的是，透气口16的数量、各自的尺寸、形状、图案以及轮廓可以根据期望而改变。例如，在一些情况下，示例性透气口16可以包括或可以不包括倒角边缘17。
除了示例性透气口16之外，示例性外壳12限定了凸起通道18，该凸起通道在此实例中沿着外壳12的中央纵向轴线L延伸(参见图6)。在此实例中，通道包括拱形截面区域。应理解的是，通道18的长度、宽度、轮廓、和/或位置可以根据需要或期望而变化。例如，在本实例中，通道18基本上在外壳12的整个长度上延伸，并且沿着整个长度具有基本上相同的宽度。然而，应理解的是，通道18不需要沿着纵向轴线居中地定位，而是可以偏离轴线，可以具有变化的宽度和/或长度，和/或可以包括围绕外壳分布的多个通道。
在本披露中，示例性通道18的轮廓被确定成用于吸收中心冲击。特别地，NOCSAE标准规定，最重的碰撞保护应位于护胫物的中心，护胫物典型地安置在穿戴者的胫骨上。为了帮助实现这个保护目标，示例性通道18包括凹入的后表面20，如图4B中最佳展示出的。凹入的后表面20和内部垫料14一起限定了中空部22。中空部22有助于保持耐用的、安全的中心冲击和胫骨保护区。
应理解的是，在其他实例中，这个凹入的后表面20可以基本上完全中空，可以包括诸如肋(未示出)等加强元件，或者可以为了性能而以其他方式确定轮廓。更进一步地，凹入的后表面可以被部分地或完全地消除，并且因此外壳12的内表面可以自始至终是基本上平坦的。更进一步地，在其他实例中，中空部22可以至少部分地填充有附加材料，例如泡沫和/或其他合适材料。例如，中空部22可以至少部分地填充具有与内部垫料14不同硬度的泡沫。
根据期望，内部垫料14可以粘附到外壳12的内表面、与该内表面一体形成、或以其他方式安装到该内表面。此外，应理解的是，根据期望，垫料14和壳12之间的连接可以是永久的、半永久的、或可释放的。例如，内部垫料14可以包括可清洗或以其他方式可清洁的材料，该材料可以从壳12上拆卸以进行洗涤。例如，内部垫料14可以用传统的粘合剂物质(如胶)或可释放材料(如钩和环材料)粘附到外壳12上。
在示例性护胫物10中，EVA泡沫垫料14与壳12的实际粘合发生在这两个元件的周边区域附近，即围绕这两个元件的外侧边缘。为了更好地适应本设计中的粘合剂，示例性护胫物10包括在垫料14的边缘周围面向外壳12的基本上平坦的光滑表面，使得泡沫可以牢固地胶合到胫上。在本实例中，所述基本上平坦的表面的宽度约为8mm。当然，如所指出的，粘合点的尺寸、宽度、和/或位置可以根据需要或期望而变化。

Claims (14)

1.一种护胫物，包括：
外壳，所述外壳包括冲击吸收材料，所述外壳具有外表面和内表面，所述内表面的轮廓被确定成符合穿戴者的胫，所述外壳进一步具有在所述外壳的长度上延伸的纵向轴线；
内部垫料，所述内部垫料被安装到所述外壳的内表面；
多个透气口，所述多个透气口延伸穿过所述外壳和所述内部垫料，所述多个透气口分布在所述外壳的外表面上；以及
凸起通道，所述凸起通道至少部分地沿着所述外壳的长度延伸。
2.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述多个透气口以总体上交叉影线图案进行分布。
3.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述多个透气口中的至少一些是菱形的。
4.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述多个透气口中的至少一些被嵌入成与所述外壳的外表面齐平或低于所述外壳的外表面中的至少一个。
5.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述多个透气口中的至少一些包括沿着所述透气口的周边的一部分的倒角边缘。
6.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述凸起通道的纵向轴线偏离所述外壳的纵向轴线。
7.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述凸起通道的纵向轴线与所述外壳的纵向轴线同轴。
8.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述凸起通道在所述外壳上延伸整个长度。
9.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述凸起通道包括拱形截面区域。
10.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述凸起通道具有一定宽度，并且所述凸起通道的宽度沿所述凸起通道的长度是基本上相同的。
11.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述外壳包括多个凸起通道。
12.如权利要求1所述的护胫物，其中，所述内部垫料被安装到所述外壳并且被配置成在所述内部垫料与所述凸起通道的内表面之间限定中空部。
13.如权利要求12所述的护胫物，其中，所述中空部被配置成位于所述穿戴者的胫的胫骨上。
