Abstract
本发明公开了一种石墨烯变频发热板,包括饰面板层、基材板层、石墨烯变频发热膜和底板层,所述基材板层的上下表面均涂有胶粘剂,所述饰面板层粘接在基材板层的上表面,所述底板层粘接在基材板层的下表面,所述基材板层由第一基材板和第二基材板组成,且石墨烯变频发热膜设置在第一基材板与第二基材板的中间处。该石墨烯变频发热板采用石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒作为发热材料,在通电后通过石墨烯碳晶中传导粒子的数量变化实现强大的变频效果,能够有效降低工作频率,达到节能降耗的目的,同时也解决了传统装修领域中电发热板材防潮阻燃性能差的缺点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建材技术领域,具体涉及一种石墨烯变频发热板。
背景技术
石墨烯是一种由碳原子以sp2杂化方式形成的蜂窝状平面薄膜,是一种只有一个原子层厚度的准二维材料,所以又叫做单原子层石墨,其工作原理是在交变的电场作用下,碳原子之间互相碰撞、摩擦产生分子运动,从而产生热能,生成大量的红外线辐射,其电能与热能转换率达98%以上。
电发热板作为一种发热材料被广泛应用于房屋取暖、发热地板、桑拿房等生活领域,以及烤漆房、烘干房等工业领域,目前的电发热板所使用的电热体基本上都是采用金属丝或石墨、碳粉、导电碳黒、炭纤维等粉体材料,电热转换效率低,对于大量使用的金属丝发热体,由于金属丝在高温下的氧化作用,容易产生金属腐蚀、耗能等现象,使用寿命不长。为此,我们提出了一种基于石墨烯变频加热原理的石墨烯变频发热板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种石墨烯变频发热板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种石墨烯变频发热板,包括饰面板层、基材板层、石墨烯变频发热膜和底板层,所述基材板层的上下表面均涂有胶粘剂,所述饰面板层粘接在基材板层的上表面,所述底板层粘接在基材板层的下表面,所述基材板层由第一基材板和第二基材板组成,且石墨烯变频发热膜设置在第一基材板与第二基材板的中间处。
优选的,所述第二基材板的一端表面开设有导线槽,且导线槽的一侧连接有导线万向孔。
优选的,所述石墨烯变频发热膜的表面均匀分布有石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒。
优选的,所述饰面板层的上表面刻有各式花纹图案。
优选的,所述底板层的下表面涂覆有防水膜。
优选的,所述第一基材板和饰面板层、第二基材板和底板层的连接处涂有阻燃剂。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该石墨烯变频发热板采用石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒作为发热材料,在通电后通过石墨烯碳晶中传导粒子的数量变化实现强大的变频效果,能够有效降低工作频率,达到节能降耗的目的,同时也解决了传统装修领域中电发热板材防潮阻燃性能差的缺点。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供了如图1-2所示的一种石墨烯变频发热板,包括饰面板层1、基材板层8、石墨烯变频发热膜3和底板层5,所述基材板层8的上下表面均涂有胶粘剂,所述饰面板层1粘接在基材板层8的上表面,所述底板层5粘接在基材板层8的下表面,所述基材板层8由第一基材板2和第二基材板4组成,且石墨烯变频发热膜3设置在第一基材板2与第二基材板4的中间处。
具体的,所述第二基材板4的一端表面开设有导线槽7,且导线槽7的一侧连接有导线万向孔6,便于通过导线将交流电源和石墨烯变频发热膜3连接起来。
具体的,所述石墨烯变频发热膜3的表面均匀分布有石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒,这种石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒在交流电的作用下能够实现加热升温的效果,并且石墨烯碳晶中的传导粒子数量会发生变化形成强大的变频性能,随着温度的升高,能够降低工作频率,达到节能降耗的目的。
具体的,所述饰面板层1的上表面刻有各式花纹图案,使得整体结构更加美观。
具体的,所述底板层5的下表面涂覆有防水膜,有效提高了整体结构的防水防潮性能。
具体的,所述第一基材板2和饰面板层1、第二基材板4和底板层5的连接处涂有阻燃剂,有效提高了整体结构的阻燃性能。
利用石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒作为发热材料,在通电后通过石墨烯碳晶中传导粒子的数量变化实现强大的变频效果,能够有效降低工作频率,达到节能降耗的目的,底板层5的下表面涂覆有防水膜,第一基材板2和饰面板层1、第二基材板4和底板层5的连接处涂有阻燃剂,有效提高了整体结构的防潮、防水和阻燃性能。

1.一种石墨烯变频发热板,包括饰面板层(1)、基材板层(8)、石墨烯变频发热膜(3)和底板层(5),其特征在于:所述基材板层(8)的上下表面均涂有胶粘剂,所述饰面板层(1)粘接在基材板层(8)的上表面,所述底板层(5)粘接在基材板层(8)的下表面,所述基材板层(8)由第一基材板(2)和第二基材板(4)组成,且石墨烯变频发热膜(3)设置在第一基材板(2)与第二基材板(4)的中间处。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯变频发热板,其特征在于:所述第二基材板(4)的一端表面开设有导线槽(7),且导线槽(7)的一侧连接有导线万向孔(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯变频发热板,其特征在于:所述石墨烯变频发热膜(3)的表面均匀分布有石墨烯特种导电油墨颗粒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯变频发热板,其特征在于:所述饰面板层(1)的上表面刻有各式花纹图案。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯变频发热板,其特征在于:所述底板层(5)的下表面涂覆有防水膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种石墨烯变频发热板,其特征在于:所述第一基材板(2)和饰面板层(1)、第二基材板(4)和底板层(5)的连接处涂有阻燃剂。
