Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention more apparent and understandable, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a posture reminding method according to an embodiment of the present application is provided, and the method can be applied to electronic devices such as a smart phone, a tablet computer, and a Personal Computer (PC). The present embodiment is described by taking the electronic device as a mobile terminal as an example. As shown in fig. 1, the method mainly comprises the following steps:
101. measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and a measuring object;
the measurement is started automatically when the mobile terminal is powered on, or the measurement can be triggered manually by a user.
Specifically, the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object may be measured by a camera, and the camera may specifically be a binocular camera. The binocular camera can be a front camera of the mobile terminal and also can be a rear camera of the mobile terminal.
When the binocular camera is a front camera of the mobile terminal, as shown in fig. 2, the measurement object is an arm of the mobile terminal held by the user, or a trunk of the user, and the binocular camera can measure distances between the arm and the trunk and the mobile terminal.
When the binocular camera is a rear camera of the mobile terminal, the measurement object may be an object on the rear surface of the mobile terminal, such as a stationary object like a wall, a ceiling, a lamp, etc.
102. If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is smaller than a preset value within the measuring duration, reminding a user using the mobile terminal to adjust the posture;
the preset value is preset in the system, and when the mobile terminal is started for the first time, the preset value is an initial value, and the initial value can be a reasonable value obtained through experiments. After the mobile terminal measures the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object for a plurality of times, the preset value may be an average value obtained by collecting and analyzing the physical structure information of the user himself or by collecting and analyzing the physical structure information of a plurality of users.
The measuring time is also preset and can be set as the fatigue time of a common human body.
If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is smaller than a preset value in the measuring time, the user is reminded to adjust the posture if the user does not change the posture in the measuring time, and if the user is advised to change the posture or have a rest for a certain time, the user can use the mobile terminal again, so that the aims of eliminating the fatigue of the human body and protecting the health are fulfilled.
Specifically, if the binocular camera measures the distances between the mobile terminal and the trunk of the user and the arms holding the mobile terminal, it is required to determine whether the distances between the mobile terminal and the trunk of the user and the arms holding the mobile terminal are both smaller than the preset value, and if both the distances are smaller than the preset value, it is determined that the user has not changed the posture, and the user is reminded to adjust the posture. If the binocular camera measures the distance between the mobile terminal and the trunk of the user independently, whether the distance between the mobile terminal and the trunk of the user is smaller than the preset numerical value or not is confirmed, and if the distance is smaller than the preset numerical value, the user is confirmed not to change the posture, and the user is reminded to adjust the posture. If the distance between the mobile terminal and the arm holding the mobile terminal is measured by the binocular camera independently, whether the distance between the mobile terminal and the arm holding the mobile terminal is smaller than the preset value or not is confirmed, and if the distance between the mobile terminal and the arm holding the mobile terminal is smaller than the preset value, the fact that the posture of the user is not changed is confirmed, and the user is reminded to adjust the posture.
The embodiment applies ergonomics and enables people and the mobile terminal to adapt to each other according to conditions and characteristics of the people and the mobile terminal, thereby creating a comfortable and healthy living environment for human bodies.
103. If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measured object is larger than a preset value in the measurement duration, the measurement duration is shortened by a preset time interval.
And after the preset time interval is shortened, measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object.
If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is greater than the preset value within the measurement duration, which indicates that the user has changed the posture, and the measurement duration is set too long to achieve the purpose of effectively reminding the user, the measurement duration is shortened by a preset time interval, and after the measurement duration is shortened, the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is continuously measured, that is, step 101 is executed.
It should be noted that the time interval is preset in the system, and the time interval is set by obtaining an average value of historical measurement time lengths of each user collected in the database and according to the average value, specifically, calculating a difference between the average value and the measurement time length, and the difference may be directly set as the time interval, or may be set as the time interval after increasing or decreasing the difference by an adjustment value.
According to the posture reminding method provided by the embodiment, by measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object, if the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is smaller than a preset value in the measurement duration, the user using the mobile terminal is reminded to adjust the posture, and if the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is larger than the preset value in the measurement duration, the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is continuously measured after the measurement duration is shortened, so that the posture reminding intelligence is improved, and the body health of the user is protected.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of an implementation of a posture reminding method according to another embodiment of the present application is shown, and the method can be applied to electronic devices such as smart phones, tablet computers, and PCs. The present embodiment is described by taking an electronic device as an example of a mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the method mainly includes the following steps:
201. measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and a measuring object;
the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object can be measured through the camera, and the camera can be a binocular camera. Respectively measuring the distance between a mobile terminal and an arm of a user holding the mobile terminal and the distance between the mobile terminal and the trunk of the user through a front binocular camera of the mobile terminal;
when the binocular camera is a front camera of the mobile terminal, the measurement object is the arm of the mobile terminal held by the user, and can also be the trunk of the user, and the binocular camera can measure the distance between the arm and the trunk and the mobile terminal.
202. If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is smaller than a preset value within the measuring duration, reminding a user using the mobile terminal to adjust the posture;
the preset value is preset in the system, and when the mobile terminal is started for the first time, the preset value is an initial value, and the initial value can be a reasonable value obtained through experiments.
203. If the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is larger than a preset value in the measuring time length, shortening the measuring time length by a preset time interval;
if the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is greater than the preset value within the measurement duration, which indicates that the user has changed the posture, and the measurement duration is set too long to achieve the purpose of effectively reminding the user, the measurement duration is shortened by the preset time interval, and after the measurement duration is shortened, the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is continuously measured, that is, step 201 is continuously executed.
204. If the measurement times reach a first preset time and the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is smaller than a preset value, increasing the current measurement time length by the time interval and recovering the current measurement time length to the measurement time length;
if the measurement times reach the first preset times and the distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is smaller than the preset value, it indicates that the measured distance difference between the mobile terminal and the measurement object in step 203 is larger than the preset value and may be an accidental phenomenon, and then the predicted time length is recovered to the previous time length, and the step of measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is continuously executed, that is, step 201 is executed.
205. When the reminding times reach a second preset time, shortening the measuring time length by the time interval;
when the number of times of reminding reaches the second preset number of times, or when the distance between the measuring mobile terminal and the measuring object reaches the first preset number of times, at this time, the user is more fatigued than the user starts to use the mobile terminal because the user uses the mobile terminal for a long time, so the measuring duration is shortened by the time interval again, and the time interval here may be the same as or different from the time interval in step 203.
The second preset number may be the same as or different from the first preset number.
After the measuring time length is shortened by the time interval, the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is measured, that is, step 201 is executed.
Further, after the number of times of reminding reaches a second preset number of times, after each time of reminding, the current measurement duration is shortened by the time interval to be used as the next measurement duration.
206. Detecting whether the user leaves or not through a camera, or confirming whether the user leaves or not through acquiring the operation data of the mobile terminal;
and confirming that the user leaves if the image shot by the camera shows that the user is not in front of the mobile terminal.
The operation data of the mobile terminal, such as the operation data of the application program, the screen operation data, the input data of the mobile terminal keys and the like, are acquired separately or in combination, so that whether the user leaves can be confirmed, and if the screen and the keys do not detect any user operation, and the application program does not operate, the user leaves can be confirmed.
207. And if the user is confirmed to leave, stopping measuring the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object.
Further, in this example, when it is detected that the user leaves the mobile terminal for the preset duration, the posture reminding mode exits after the used measurement durations and the use sequence of the measurement durations are saved, and the measurement of the distance between the mobile terminal and the measurement object is stopped. When the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is triggered to be measured again, the stored measuring time lengths are respectively used as new measuring time lengths for the current measurement, the user's habitual behaviors are considered, the time lengths are not recalculated when the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is measured every time, but the distance between the mobile terminal and the measuring object is measured by using the stored measuring time lengths, and the calculating time is saved.
