1. A sewing machine for sewing a munition cap, comprising:
a base;
the machine head is arranged on the base and is used for sewing cloth;
the bracket is arranged on the base and is used for placing the broken dental floss reel;
the measuring ruler is arranged on the operation end face of the base and is used for measuring the length of the broken dental floss; and
the shearing mechanism is arranged on the base and is adjacent to the measuring tape and used for shearing dental floss; the shearing mechanism is in sliding connection with the base and is used for moving along the length direction of the measuring tape;
the shearing mechanism comprises:
the bottom plate is connected with the base in a sliding manner and is used for moving along the length direction of the measuring tape; the upper end face of the bottom plate is provided with a cutter groove;
the length direction of the pressing plate is perpendicular to the length direction of the measuring tape, and the first end of the pressing plate is hinged with the bottom plate; a cutter which is used for being matched with the cutter groove is arranged on the end surface of the pressing plate, which is opposite to the bottom plate; and
the elastic element is arranged between the bottom plate and the pressing plate, the first end of the elastic element is connected with the bottom plate, and the second end of the elastic element is connected with the pressing plate and is used for enabling the pressing plate to be arranged at an angle with the bottom plate in a natural state;
the base is provided with a groove which is parallel to the measuring ruler;
the base plate includes:
the sliding plate is positioned in the groove, and the upper end face of the sliding plate is flush with the operation end face of the base; the sliding plate is in sliding connection with the base and is used for moving along the length direction of the groove; the cutter groove is formed in the upper end face of the sliding plate; and
the fixed plate is connected with the sliding plate and is used for moving under the drive of the sliding plate; the fixed plate is hinged with the pressing plate and is connected with the first end of the elastic element; the fixing plate is provided with a jacking bolt for positioning the fixing plate on the base; the fixed plate is attached to the upper end face of the base;
further comprises:
the guide mechanism is arranged on the base and is positioned between the bracket and the shearing mechanism; the guide mechanism is provided with a guide groove for allowing the broken dental floss to pass through.
2. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the side wall of the groove is provided with a sliding groove, and the sliding plate is provided with a sliding block which is used for being in sliding fit with the sliding groove.
3. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the elastic element is a spring sleeved on the hinge shaft of the bottom plate and the pressing plate.
4. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the support is located below the base.
5. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap of claim 4, wherein the guide mechanism comprises:
the supporting plate is arranged on the operation end surface of the base and is arranged in parallel with the base;
the two support plates are respectively positioned at two sides of the support plate in the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the measuring ruler, and each support plate is perpendicular to the support plate; each support plate is provided with a rail groove which is obliquely arranged; and
the rotating roller is positioned between the two support plates, and two ends of the rotating roller are respectively positioned in the two track grooves; the rotating rollers are rotationally connected with the support plates and used for moving along the track grooves; the gap between the rotating roller and the supporting plate forms the guide groove; the gap between the rotating roller and the supporting plate at a position far away from the shearing mechanism is smaller than the gap between the rotating roller and the supporting plate at a position close to the shearing mechanism.
6. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the supporting plate and the two supporting plates are of an integrated structure and are detachably connected with the base.
7. The sewing machine for sewing a munition cap as claimed in claim 5, wherein: and anti-skid patterns are arranged on the peripheral surface of the rotating roller.
